Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and

more students get the college education, college students are under great

pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after

graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two

years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The

pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now

and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort

their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may

happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much

pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings

motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When

“老师自己都做不到，怎要求我们做到?”可见，教师的言行对学生的影响有多大。如果说家庭是孩子的第一课堂，那么学校无疑是孩子的第二课堂，学生来到学校不仅是学知识，更要学会如何做人。教育本身就意味着一棵树摇动另一棵树，一朵云推动另一朵云，一个灵魂呼唤另一个灵魂，教师无言的人格魅力，远远超过刻意的“教育”。作为一名塑造人类灵魂的工程师，如果凡事能做到正人先正已，以自己的模范行为去感染学生，教育学生，让学生接受你，喜欢你，效仿你，这样就会收到事半功倍的效果。

有了身教的基础，再加上有理的说教，学生才会服从教师的教育，才会更加尊重你。因为榜样的力量是无穷的，老师的言行举止无时无刻不在影响着学生，只有时时处处做好学生的表率，才能在潜移默化中培养学生形成文明的举止和高尚的人格，从而，促进学生的健康成长。

二、相互信任做学生的朋友。

一、对课堂教学行为的重新认识与思考

(一)要及时反思自己的教学

传统意义上的课堂，就是教师讲，学生听，老师很少审视自己的教学是否引起了学生的兴趣，也不够关注学生的参与度是否与自己有关。当学生出现与课堂教学不一致的行为时，只是一味怨学生，很少反思自己的教学行为是否适应了学生心理特点，激发了学生的求知欲。优秀教师之所以优秀，其特点之一，就是每节课后及时反思自己的教学，不断改进教学，以增加课堂教学的魅力，达到及时调控学生的情绪，引导学生积极参与课堂教学的目的，使学生获得更好的发展。

(二)要留给学生思考的空间和时间

学生获取知识的结果，远远比不上他获取结果的过程重要。让学生在学习上有所发现，有所体验，重要的前提是给予他在学习和研究知识的过程中主动思考与积极探究的时间与空间，这样，他的体验才是幸福而自信的。如：“小组合作学习”、“让学生亲历阅读过程”等。

(三)要学会欣赏学生

教师要在教学中树立以学生为本的现代教育观念，给每个学生提供思考、创造、表现及获得成功体验的机会。做到这一点，教师要学会欣赏每一位学生，发现每一位学生的闪光点。学生在老师的关注中，不仅会喜欢老师，喜欢上课，产生融洽和谐的师生情感，还会在课堂上积极表现，快乐愉快地去学习。

二、提升了理论水平，认识到科研的重要性

：

作为新教师，我们没有多少教学经验，理论水平低，对自己的工作不善于总结归纳，现在，通过对教育研究的理解，基本上能用理论来指导自己的实践活动。在教育教学理论的指导下，把握了教改方向，坚定了探索新路子的信心，并增加了教育科研的意识，认识到不能只做教书匠，而要做新时期的教育家，特别是有关综合性学习的教学，我们不但认识了它的重要性，也掌握了一些实际的操作方法和注意事项。综合性学习将带给学生超越课本的新的只是领域，教师要认真对待。

三、认识到继续教育的重要性，树立了终身学习的目标

这次培训，就自身更新优化而言，树立了终身教育(学习)的思想。以前总以为搞继续教育没有学到什么新知识，所以总觉着耽误时间，不如读读书，备备课，这次，通过听取了报告，真正认识到了继续教育的重要性，树立了终身学习的目标，提高了对继续教育的认识。学然后知不足，这是我的一个体会。在培训中，专家的耐心指导、学员的激烈讨论都给我不少启发。通过培训，感觉以前所学的知识太有限了，看问题的眼光也太肤浅了，工作方法也太单一了。在今后的工作中，我要把这次学得的经验运用到教学实践中去，做到课前有预设、有准备，课堂上不呆板，给与学生宽松的学习氛围，课后抓反馈，进行反思，有必要的还要进行课后辅导，促自身的教学不断提高、学生的学习成绩不断飞跃。

四.给培训平台的建议

这次培训确实给了我们许多指导，但本人觉得培训班培训的时间和空间都有限，短短的一个星期时间是不够的。空间方面，学员受培训地方管理器的限制，实际上别的省份的指导和讨论更详细、更精彩，我们是否以后可以随便进入?还有，教师培训不应该只是本门学科的提高，我认为：班主任工作、心理学、教育学、教师自身的修养以及世界别的国家的教育状况与教学经验是不是都要学?我希望专家商讨一下，以后能给我们更广阔的培训平台?期待中!

在《课标》中，明确地规定了小学体育的目的：通过体育教学，向学生进行体育卫生保健教育，增进学生健康，增进体质，促进德、智、体全面发展，为提高全民族的的素质奠定基础。教学要求：

1、通过本学期的教学使学生初步掌握立定跳远动作，跑步的基本方法，学会学习方法，发展学生跳跃能力，培养学生运动兴趣。

2、通过游戏发展学生的奔跑能力，培养学生认真、负责的积极态度度，团结协作的团队精神。

3、让学在特定的情境中通过观察、体验、掌握学习的方法。使学生热爱体育运动，并能乐意接受教师的指导，从而体验成功。

4、进一步了解上体育课和锻炼身体的好处，知道一些保护身体健康的简单常识和方法。

5、进一步学会一些基本运动、游戏、韵律活动和舞蹈的方法，发展身体素质和基本活动能力。

6、体验参加体育活动的乐趣，遵守纪律，与同学团结合作。

(二)教材分析

小学三年级体育教材以实践教材为主。根据学生的能力以及学校的条件，体育教材主要选择田径(跑、跳、投)，体操、游戏、小篮球等基础项目，以便使学生跑、跳、投的基本技术得到提高;并挖掘生活中的实用技能。

授课时数根据课程标准要求，本学期共讲19周，每周体育授课为3学时，共60学时。每个学期实际上课定为16周，共48学时。上课过程中，若因场地，天气条件等因素的影响，将临时调整。

第一学期以教学队列，队形走为主，每节课都要有队列对形的练习。配以基本体操、快速跑(站立式起跑、途中跑);耐力跑、定时跑、立定跳远、铅球、身体素质训练、篮球比赛等。另外在上课过程中多做一些辅助性练习，如发展耐力速度的定时跑，定距离跑;发展下肢力量，提高立定跳远成绩的跳起，原地抱膝跳，跳台阶、免子跳等;多上速度力量练习和耐力练习的课(跳跃性、耐力性的反复练习)来改善肌肉的协调性和力量的发挥。

并采用小重量和不负重量的方式，通过协性练习和提高动作速度的练习来提高速度力量。每次授课一个到二个主教材(如：跑步或;立定跳远)其余(如篮球、队列队形、身体素质)训练将作每次课的准备部分内容。每节课都争取有一个或两个小游戏。及时对学生进行评价，根据实际情况将制定小学生体育与健康课成长评价记录袋。

四、课时安排：

每课3课时，共48课时

五、教学措施及注意的问题：

(1)采用主题教学、情景教学等方法，充分发挥游戏活动的作用，激发学生参与体育活动的兴趣。教学中应该努力培养学生主动进取的态度，掌握好学习方法，把握学习规律，让学生在学习过程中去探讨，去理解，去发现。去创造。将学生身心作为一个整体，通过合理的运动实践，在不断克服困难体验运动乐趣;提高运动技能，培养健康和愉快生活的态度，通过从事适宜的运动，了解自己的身体变化，增强体质，培养坚强的意志。

(2)认真备课，精心写好教案。

(3)根据教学任务，提前准备和布置好场地、器材及教学用具。

(4)教学原则、教学方法的运用，要从增强学生体质出发，根据青少年的心理生理特点及学生的实际情况，科学地安排好密度和运动量。

(5)认真做好学生的学期、学年体育成绩的考核和评定，重视资料的积累和保管，并不断改进教学工作，不断提高教学质量。
