一、改变了我原有的观念

(1)在我的印象中，毒品离我非常的遥远，作为一个老师，身边没有吸毒的同事，朋友，亲人，学生还年幼，甚至教育局通知我去学习时，我都觉得有些多此一举，我一个普通的老师，社会关系单纯，能为禁毒做什么贡献?能劝那些吸毒的人放弃吸毒吗?能打击那些毒贩吗?

(2)作为一个初中老师，我们的学生都是12—15岁的青少年，他们距离毒品好像还很遥远，听说吸毒的至少都要20岁以上吧，莫非是叫我去拿学分的?但是经过四天的培训，经过聆听领导的讲话，专家的报告，我彻底改变了以前的想法，确实，禁毒，既要打击，又要教育，堵疏结合，治标治本!而教育的人群，无疑是广大的青少年，广大的在校学生!

二、学校禁毒教育的几点思考

(1)需要学校领导高度重视。如今的学校，面临许多的工作，教育教学、体育、心理健康、传染病防治、安全工作甚至城镇医疗保险的购买等等，学校领导也是忙得焦头烂额，什么工作为主?通常上面主管领导重视的，作为政绩考核的，主!反之，则为次!要让禁毒教育深入开展，必须要学校领导高度重视。

(2)加大宣传力度，营造禁毒氛围。如今很多老师、学生的想法和我刚去参加培训时差不多，认为毒品离我们还很遥远，不知道什么是毒品，不知道如何去拒绝毒品，学校在毒品知识方面、在毒品的危害方面、在毒品的预防方面要多进行宣传、甚至每个学生都要普及。

(3)多进行体验式禁毒教育。光靠老师一张嘴，学生没有去参与，尤其是初中生，好奇心重，他不一定会接受我们的教育，要对他们进行更深层次的教育，必须开展体验式活动，比如观看禁毒电影，与吸毒人员进行面对面交流，与禁毒民警进行沟通等等。

以上是我的一些小小的看法，以后我会在学生的禁毒教育方面多思考，也多向大家学习，为祖国的禁毒事业做出自己的贡献!
