xx年8月2日至4日，我县组织了小学语文骨干教师暑期培训，我幸运地参加了这次培训活动。培训内容全面而细致，深刻而生动。从县教研室朱建淑老师的《如何搞好网络大集体备课》到林鹏飞老师的《依托集体备课》;从夏萍老师的《小学语文课标的目的和认识》到王慧老师的外出学习汇报《关于语文课堂教学的有效性》;从优质课堂观摩《给予树》到《揠苗助长》、《“凤辣子”初见林黛玉》。通过这次培训让我了解了很多，学到了很多，不但开阔了眼界，真是受益匪浅。虽然学习的时间只有短短的三天，但在朱建淑老师的合理安排和精心指导下，我们每位教师都感觉收获不少，下面将我这几天的心得体会总结如下：

一、系统学习网络大集体备课，促进教研网络化、现代代。

县教研室朱老师教我们如何加入网络教研平台，协作组等，让我们学到了一手好活，并对集体备课有了更全面的认识。我认为网络教研是新时期教育发展的趋势，教师要想跟上时代的潮流与时俱进，必然要与网络进行亲密接触。而教师要想在专业方面有所提高，必然要参加教研活动。网络教研是一种以网络为手段开展教研工作的新方式，网络能给予我们无穷的信息和资源，网络能使我们的教育资源得到共享。构建高效课堂的根本保障是课堂教学，很大程度上取决于备课是否充分，是否有效。网络大集体备课是把备课的方式由机械重复备课向积累优化式备课转变，个人封闭式备课向合作开放式备课转变，文本式向电子式备课转变，为教师减负增效。

二、学会不断反思，在反思中成长进步。

在培训期间，我们观摩了优质课堂《给予树》、《揠苗助长》和蒋军晶老师的《“凤辣子”初见林黛玉》，使我们能够切实提高教育教学的能力和水平。特别是蒋老师的《“凤辣子”初见林黛玉》到现在还记忆犹新，蒋老师对于《红楼梦》的深刻解读，对人物王熙凤的性格把握是那样准确。教学中，他耐心引导学生通过凤辣子的衣着、言行来理解人物的内心，他适时点拨，语言风趣，课堂上不时发出阵阵笑声。在愉快的学习中，学生最终明白了凤辣子的真正目的不是关心林黛玉，而是讨好贾母、炫耀自己的地位。从中可见蒋老师的教学功底之深厚，是我们应该学习的。

im of the opinion that taiwans students are pathetic because they have too much pressure in their lives. because they have to pass the joint college entrance eam, they must study hard, to meet their teachers and parents epectations, they have to study day and night. but its such a shame because most students dont know what they really want and what their goals in their future should be. so what should they strive towards? should they only want to get the best grades and pass the jcee? the answer is no. in my view, all students should calm down for a few minutes and think earnestly about what they want.

Last year, my friend gave me a little dog. i was fond of him very much. i liked to play with him after school and he liked to follow me wherever i went. i was very glad that i had a "body guard".

Last winter i was very busy with my lessons and came home very late every day.however, no matter how late i went home, my dog used to stand at a comer near my school waiting for me. when i passed there, he barked two or three times then ran towards me. it seemed that he was calling me.

My dog not only,took good care of me, but also was respoasible at home. when strangers came to my house, he barked at them but not hurt them. what a lovely dog he is! (135 words)

我家的小狗

去年，朋友送我一只小狗，我非常喜欢它，放学后就和它一起玩耍，无论我走到哪儿它都跟在身后。我很高兴有这样一位“保镖”。

去年冬天我忙于功课，每天回家都很晚。然而无论我到家多晚，这只小狗总是在学校附近的一个角落处等我。当我从那经过时，它全冲我叫两声然后跑过来，似乎它是在叫我。

我家的狗不但对我照顾周到，而且还肩负着看家的重任，每当有陌生人来到我家，它总是叫个不停，但并不咬他们。多么可爱的一只狗啊!

亲爱的同学们：

大家好，新学年伊始，我们带着希望又踏上了新的征程。同学们，一年之计在于春，春天的到来，必将使万物欣欣向荣，使我们的生活充满活力，也必将是新希望的开始。因此，我想对大家提几点建议：

第一， 树立一个信心：我能我行

自信心对我们的学习很重要。我们读书学习，需要有决心、有信心、有行动。因此，送大家三句话：“相信自己，我能成功!鼓励自己，天天成功!超越自己，一定成功!”

第二， 创立一种学风：认真刻苦

凡事从“认真”开始，认认真真地读书，认认真真地上课，认认真真地做作业。学业成功的过程离不开勤奋和刻苦。“天才出于勤奋”，“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”，“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”这些格言说的都是“认真刻苦”这个道理。

第三， 培养一个习惯：自觉自愿

学业进步，贵在自觉。同学们应该在老师的指引下，培养自己良好的行为习惯、学习习惯和生活习惯。国有国法，家有家规，同学们要自觉自愿地遵守校纪校规，自觉养成良好的学习习惯和生活习惯。

第四， 创设一个环境：文明有序

“课堂是学习的场所”，我们在课堂里要文明有序地开展学习;“校园是我们的家园”，同学们要做到语言文明，行为文明，在校园内不乱丢杂物;爱护我们花园式的学园和家园。希望你们不负众望，珍惜时间，争分夺秒，刻苦学习，勇于拼搏，以优异的成绩回报家长、学校和老师，从各个方面为低年级的学弟学妹们做出表率，为母校争光添彩，再创新高。一年更比一年好!

新的一年开始的时候，你们会有很多心愿，你们也收到很多的祝福。今天，我给同学们三个祝福。
