受教育局和学校的派遣，201x年4月11、12、13日，我前往锡林浩特市参加了由锡盟禁毒办、锡盟教育局组织的“全盟青少年毒品预防教育师资培训班”。

二、开展毒品、艾滋病预防教育的关键，要从表层的知识传授深入到转变态度，形成自觉抗拒毒品的观念和行为习惯。目前我国部分中小学虽然已开展了不同形式的预防教育工作，但是，多数学校迫于升学的压力，加之在校学生吸毒情况不突出等原因，并末将毒品预防教育列入学校的重要工作之一，从而形成在校学生吸毒少，离校学生抵御毒品能力差，加上药品滥用人员总体二次复吸率高达98%的现实，如何帮助我们的学生在离开学校后能够自觉抵御毒品的侵害就是我们禁毒、防艾预防教育的关键了。在禁毒、防艾教育中，我们应该在给学生进行毒品知识、预防艾滋病知识教育，同时应着重训练学生的技能，包括生活技能，学会与人交流，学会拒绝等，进而转变学生的态度，培养学生抵抗毒品侵袭的心理素质，提高学生识别毒品、拒绝毒品的能力。

三、参与式教学活动，让学习者以参与者的身份投入活动，从而达到使认知巩固、深化的目的。根据现代教育理论，人在通过自己眼看、耳听之后，如果还通过自己参与，自己去思考、自己去动手、自己去发现的话，对了解知识的记忆会由20%上升到80%。参与式教学活动，以游戏的形式，先由破冰(热身)游戏开始，使参与人员热身，也达到脱敏的效果，进而进入主题，参与人员均有机会持有教员准备好的有相关知识内容的卡片，在教员引导下，让卡片回归到禁毒、防艾的知识链中，其中还有对应的提问、回答和互动环节，让所有学员均投身于学习过程中，在互动中改变观念，产生新的思想，从而在行为上、意识上发生变化。

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic.

First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class.

Second, I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

可能仅仅是习惯性的一句话，习惯性的一个表情，习惯性的一个眼神，就会改变孩子的一生!不知那位老师是否想象到，毕淑敏直到现在也不敢开口大声唱歌。可见，教师的教育习惯对学生的影响是多么巨大呀!而我们的许多教育者却并没有意识到这一点。

对孩子对学生批评训斥的原因大多源于孩子的成绩，我们对孩子的教育不能只看分数，因为决定人生成败或幸福与痛苦的往往不是学问的高低，而是人格的健康水平，行为习惯恰恰是影响人格发展的关键因素之一。由于少年儿童时期是行为习惯养成的关键时期，培养好习惯自然成为少年儿童教育的根本使命。 我们不得不重提，著名教育家叶圣陶先生提出的那句珍贵的话：教育就是培养习惯。 正是知道习惯的重要性，我们才需要不断地教育孩子要养成好习惯，改正坏习惯。而反观我们自身，我们的习惯养成如何呢?我们身上是不是也有一些需要改正的习惯?我们身上是不是已经存在了一些需要改变而又很容易忽略的习惯? 作为教育者，反思教育习惯应该是一项重要的工作。因为教师的教育习惯直接影响了学生行为习惯的形成，对于孩子的成长是担负着一定责任的。可以说，教育习惯是教育观念乃至教师综合素质最持久最顽强的表现，好的教育习惯决定了教师必然走向成功，坏的教育习惯决定了教师必然走向失败。

毫无疑问，教育习惯是值得反思的，只有反思才能觉醒，只有觉醒才有行动。但是，仅仅反思是不够的，仅仅觉醒甚至一般的行动也是不够的，必须养成良好的教育习惯。也许可以说，只有广大教师与父母养成了良好的教育习惯，发现孩子和解放孩子才有了希望，孩子的健康成长才让人放心。
