Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

目前，我认为教师队伍整体素质较好，其中许多优秀分子堪称楷模。但在社会趋于多样化的背景下，师德师风建设面临前所未有的新考验。因此，教师必须在思想观念、敬业责任、崇尚科学、善于创新等方面适应时代发展的要求，才能具有符合时代要求的高尚师德师风。只有教师以这种人格的力量去影响学生，才会真正成为受学生欢迎的良师益友，学生才有可能“亲其师、信其道”。

一、对学生成长高度的责任感和事业心是师德师风建设的内涵。

对学生的成长负责，是师德的内涵之义。作为教师，就应当为学生的健康成长负责，对国家的未来负责。教书育人是一种特殊的教育劳动，是一种深入学生内心深处的、形式千变万化且外界难以完全量化的自觉行为，是一种极为细致复杂的艰辛的付出。教师要认清自身劳动的特点，要有崇高的思想境界和高尚的职业道德，一要按;安于平凡。教师的劳动是平凡的，但其中孕育着伟大。如果教师把这个平凡而神圣的岗位仅仅看成个人谋生的手段，就永远不会理解“教师”这两个字的深刻含义，永远不会成功。二要淡泊名利。从某种角度上讲，名利能催人上进，但如果过度，总是处心积虑地在付出和回报之间企求更大的回报时，就会成为制约人的进步和发展的障碍。在这个岗位上，没有令人羡慕的地位和报酬，更没有悠闲自在的舒适和安逸，有的只是默默的付出和贡献。三要讲究职业良心。当老师的就要有职业良心，时刻不忘责任，一心想着祖国的教育事业。

教育本质上是一种培养人的系统活动，也需要受教育者的积极参与。这就要求树立“尊重的教育”理念，充分发挥学生个体的主观能动性，鼓励学生积极主动地学习和参与社会实践活动，使学生的潜力得到充分发挥。

二、团结合作的团队精神是师德师风建设的重要内容。

善于团结合作的精神，应当成为今天师德师风建设的基本内容之一。学校学科建设和育人水平的提高，都要求树立起这个时代所要求的合作意识和团队精神。一个好的学术团队首先要有共同的奋斗目标，但它的实现条件首先是成员间的真诚而密切的合作。

三、共产党员是师德师风建设的中坚力量

师德师风是一所学校的灵魂所在。一所学校的师德师风就是一种治学精神，()一种氛围，一种育人环境，一种无形的力量。它体现教师的职业道德和教风学风校风，直接关系到学校的办学方向和人才培养目标。小学教师既要做传授知识的“经师”，更要做培育人格的“人师”。

“教学生最重要的教他们如何做人、做事和做学问”，这是北大秦志光教授经常挂在嘴边的一句话，也是他自己的工作写照。秦教授不懈地在教学、教育活动中探美求真，严谨治学，爱岗敬业，乐于奉献，不仅是一位“经师”，更是一位“人师”，他用自己良好的师德、师风、师情、师语、师行深深地影响着学生，成为广大教师的楷模。

四、再铸师魂刻不容缓。

“一个学校办得好坏的关键取决于教师的素质!”已成我们的共识。因此，教育者要先受教育，教师要树立为社会主义革命和建设而育人的观念，刻苦钻研理论，精通业务，以自己渊博的学识和高尚的共产主义品德传授并影响学生。

转型期的小学教师应着力提高自己各方面的综合素质，首先要加强培养科学文化素质。作为人类科学文明的传播者和智力资源的开发者，必须与时代同步，打破传统的知识结构，不断调整、更新、丰富、充实自己。精深的专业知识、深刻的理论背景知识、现代教育的基础理论以及较广博的现代科技知识、人文知识和美学知识都是时代对教师的基本要求。二是个性特色培养。新时代小学教师应注意加强自己的个性修养，个性是一个人带有倾向性的本质的稳定的心理特征的总和，教师的个性不仅影响学生知识的学习、智能的发挥，而且影响他们品德的形成和人格的塑造。苏霍姆林斯基说，“一个精神丰富、道德高尚的教师，才能尊重、陶冶学生的个性，而一个无任何个性特色的教师，他培养的学生也无任何个性特色”。

受教育局和学校的派遣，201x年4月11、12、13日，我前往锡林浩特市参加了由锡盟禁毒办、锡盟教育局组织的“全盟青少年毒品预防教育师资培训班”。

三天时间里，参加了有关《毒品预防教育》和《远离毒品，预防艾滋病》等讲座，也参与了参与式的教学实践活动。本次参加培训学习中，收获很多，但有三个方面心得颇深。

一、认识新型毒品，把握毒品传播、艾滋病传播的新趋势。我国经过上世纪末和本世纪初两次大规模的禁毒人民战争以后，传统毒品已经被人们所认知，广大人民对鸦片类、大麻类、古柯类传统毒品的防范意识明显增强，但新型毒品则以超出人们想象力的形式纷纷登场。以人工方式合成的苯丙胺类(即冰毒)毒品，添加香料后加工成药片状就是“摇头丸”，添加入饮品中就成了“神仙水”，甚至作为添加成分后，以“减肥瘦身药”的形式出现;还有让人兴奋而又感觉不到疼痛，用鼻吸就能吸收的K粉;还有麦角乙二胺，因其药性很强大，属微克级的，毒贩将其稀释后浸泡到印有精美画面的纸片上，滥用药物的人只要含在口中就能达到吸食的目的。让人们在不经意这中接触到这一类型的毒品，防不胜防。 而毒品问题与之相伴的，就是艾滋病的问题，“昨天毒品和艾滋病一针相连，今天毒品和艾滋病是孪生兄弟”，新型毒品以兴奋剂和迷幻类的居多，药品滥用之后也就伴生了犯罪事件和艾滋病的传播。新型毒品以更新的面目出现，让我们“拒绝毒品、远离毒品”的工作增加巨大的困难，我们只有加强学习，更新方法，才能在新一轮的禁毒、防艾工作有好的成效。

二、开展毒品、艾滋病预防教育的关键，要从表层的知识传授深入到转变态度，形成自觉抗拒毒品的观念和行为习惯。目前我国部分中小学虽然已开展了不同形式的预防教育工作，但是，多数学校迫于升学的压力，加之在校学生吸毒情况不突出等原因，并末将毒品预防教育列入学校的重要工作之一，从而形成在校学生吸毒少，离校学生抵御毒品能力差，加上药品滥用人员总体二次复吸率高达98%的现实，如何帮助我们的学生在离开学校后能够自觉抵御毒品的侵害就是我们禁毒、防艾预防教育的关键了。在禁毒、防艾教育中，我们应该在给学生进行毒品知识、预防艾滋病知识教育，同时应着重训练学生的技能，包括生活技能，学会与人交流，学会拒绝等，进而转变学生的态度，培养学生抵抗毒品侵袭的心理素质，提高学生识别毒品、拒绝毒品的能力。

三、参与式教学活动，让学习者以参与者的身份投入活动，从而达到使认知巩固、深化的目的。根据现代教育理论，人在通过自己眼看、耳听之后，如果还通过自己参与，自己去思考、自己去动手、自己去发现的话，对了解知识的记忆会由20%上升到80%。参与式教学活动，以游戏的形式，先由破冰(热身)游戏开始，使参与人员热身，也达到脱敏的效果，进而进入主题，参与人员均有机会持有教员准备好的有相关知识内容的卡片，在教员引导下，让卡片回归到禁毒、防艾的知识链中，其中还有对应的提问、回答和互动环节，让所有学员均投身于学习过程中，在互动中改变观念，产生新的思想，从而在行为上、意识上发生变化。

总之，本次培训班的一个显著特点就是讲座少，参与式教学活动多，在轻松的教学环境中，每一个参加培训的学员都积极投入到学习活动中，并且充分发挥了自己的想象力和创造力。

在培训中，是专家们的精彩讲座一次次的激起我内心的感应，更激起了我的反思，在我以前的教学工作中存在着不少问题，有思想怠慢的问题、有理论和信心不足的问题、也有操作不得法的问题。各位专家的讲座给了我很多启示，让我受益匪浅。下面就是我在这次培训中的一些体会：

一、对课堂教学行为的重新认识与思考

课堂是教师教学生命力的所在地，也是学生智慧的发源地之一。

(一)要及时反思自己的教学

传统意义上的课堂，就是教师讲，学生听，老师很少审视自己的教学是否引起了学生的兴趣，也不够关注学生的参与度是否与自己有关。当学生出现与课堂教学不一致的行为时，只是一味怨学生，很少反思自己的教学行为是否适应了学生心理特点，激发了学生的求知欲。优秀教师之所以优秀，其特点之一，就是每节课后及时反思自己的教学，不断改进教学，以增加课堂教学的魅力，达到及时调控学生的情绪，引导学生积极参与课堂教学的目的，使学生获得更好的发展。

(二)要留给学生思考的空间和时间

学生获取知识的结果，远远比不上他获取结果的过程重要。让学生在学习上有所发现，有所体验，重要的前提是给予他在学习和研究知识的过程中主动思考与积极探究的时间与空间，这样，他的体验才是幸福而自信的。如：“小组合作学习”、“让学生亲历阅读过程”等。

(三)要学会欣赏学生

教师要在教学中树立以学生为本的现代教育观念，给每个学生提供思考、创造、表现及获得成功体验的机会。做到这一点，教师要学会欣赏每一位学生，发现每一位学生的闪光点。学生在老师的关注中，不仅会喜欢老师，喜欢上课，产生融洽和谐的师生情感，还会在课堂上积极表现，快乐愉快地去学习。

二、提升了理论水平，认识到科研的重要性

：

作为新教师，我们没有多少教学经验，理论水平低，对自己的工作不善于总结归纳，现在，通过对教育研究的理解，基本上能用理论来指导自己的实践活动。在教育教学理论的指导下，把握了教改方向，坚定了探索新路子的信心，并增加了教育科研的意识，认识到不能只做教书匠，而要做新时期的教育家，特别是有关综合性学习的教学，我们不但认识了它的重要性，也掌握了一些实际的操作方法和注意事项。综合性学习将带给学生超越课本的新的只是领域，教师要认真对待。

三、认识到继续教育的重要性，树立了终身学习的目标

这次培训，就自身更新优化而言，树立了终身教育(学习)的思想。以前总以为搞继续教育没有学到什么新知识，所以总觉着耽误时间，不如读读书，备备课，这次，通过听取了报告，真正认识到了继续教育的重要性，树立了终身学习的目标，提高了对继续教育的认识。学然后知不足，这是我的一个体会。在培训中，专家的耐心指导、学员的激烈讨论都给我不少启发。通过培训，感觉以前所学的知识太有限了，看问题的眼光也太肤浅了，工作方法也太单一了。在今后的工作中，我要把这次学得的经验运用到教学实践中去，做到课前有预设、有准备，课堂上不呆板，给与学生宽松的学习氛围，课后抓反馈，进行反思，有必要的还要进行课后辅导，促自身的教学不断提高、学生的学习成绩不断飞跃。

培训结束了，再次感谢专家的指导，同时也感谢我们的辅导老师，道一声：“你们辛苦了!谢谢!”

四.给培训平台的建议

这次培训确实给了我们许多指导，但本人觉得培训班培训的时间和空间都有限，短短的一个星期时间是不够的。空间方面，学员受培训地方管理器的限制，实际上别的省份的指导和讨论更详细、更精彩，我们是否以后可以随便进入?还有，教师培训不应该只是本门学科的提高，我认为：班主任工作、心理学、教育学、教师自身的修养以及世界别的国家的教育状况与教学经验是不是都要学?我希望专家商讨一下，以后能给我们更广阔的培训平台?期待中!

My School Day

Today is Friday. It’s sunny. My aunt comes to my home with her dog, Nannan. Nannan is very active. She is from Boston. She is fat. Her fur is so soft. She has two big eyes, a black nose and a big mouth. Her teeth are very sharp. Her tongue is purple. Her paws are very sharp, too. She’s very pretty and easy-going.

I like Nannan, I do hope mum buys me that dog.
