作为教师的我第一次在电影院看纪录片，心潮澎湃更是久久不能平息！《厉害了，我的国》以精准视角尽展中华大国雄姿，让人震撼、使人骄傲、令人感动。

影片从圆梦工程、创新驱动、协调发展、绿色中国、共享小康、开放中国等几个方面，以宏大的视角展现了党的十八大以来，中国所取得的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的历史性成就。中国桥、中国路、中国车、中国港等超级工程，在大规模航拍镜头的记录下气势恢宏。当一幕幕壮观恢弘的大规模航拍镜头从眼前掠过，祖国的壮美山河、卓越成就所带来的震撼与自豪感扑面而来。

7月14、15日，我参加了在昌乐二中召开的全县小学语文教师培训会。会上，听取了四位教师的报告，他们分别是奎文区幸福街小学的王安存，寿光圣城街道西关小学的张丽，我的同事张秀红，青州市实小的张云杰。固然只有短短的两天时间，但通过培训，我受益匪浅，心灵受到了很大的震撼。下面是我的点滴体会：

一、要正确面对工作中的挫折。

张丽老师和张云杰老师在报告中都提到了自己有些坎坷的教学经历，谈到这些，他们没有抱怨，而是以为，正是这些坎坷的经历，才让自己取得了今天的成绩。张云杰老师说：“不要抱怨生活对你的不公，坎坷也是一种财富。”这句话，给了我很大的启迪。

人的一生中，挫折和失意是难免的。在教师的工作中更会经常碰到挫折和困难。如需要不能满足，动机不能实现，教育学生的方法受挫，治理班级的效果不佳，课堂教学不如人意，所教学天生绩不理想，在教学考核中得分不高，评先晋职中未能进围……假如能正确熟悉自己的职业价值，理解自己所从事工作的意义，想办法悦纳自己的职业，就能迅速调整自己的心态，走出精神的低谷。这两位老师的经历告诉我们，假如你把教师职业当作一种事业而不仅是一个饭碗，把教育岗位当作一种创造性地实现自身价值的途径而不是一种负担，那么我们从工作中得到的就会是欢乐，而不是烦恼和悲伤。

二、语文教学要返璞回真。

现今的语文教学或多或少存在费时多，收效却不高，教师辛劳，学生乏味，老师讲得多，学生读书少，语文学习实效差，终极形成“课内损失课外补，老师学生都辛劳”的现象。这是由于教师在教学中背离了语文教学的宗旨。所以，张云杰提出：“语文教学要返璞回真，要回回本位。”“要教学生一生有用的语文。”这里所讲的“真”，即语文教学的本质。那么，如何回回语文教学的本质呢?

首先，重视通过诵读培养学生的语感。

古代的语文教育特别注重通过诵读来培养学生的语言感受能力。古人在这方面积累了很多宝贵经验，已经做为格言流传到今天。如“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”，“书读百遍，其义自见”等，讲的都是诵读对于理解和感受语言所起的重要作用。

有人以为古代的诵读就是强迫学生死记硬背，实在学生根本不理解，这是一种僵死的教学方法，应当全盘否定。于是，他们又走向另一个极端，课堂上完全由教师包办代替，教师讲的头头是道，学生听的昏昏欲睡，一篇文章学完了，学生几乎没有通读一遍课文，课堂上听不见书声琅琅，只闻声教师泛泛的讲解，致使语文教学失往了生机和活力。

诚然，强迫学生诵读记忆有其不公道的因素，但是李白假如没有做到“五岁观六甲，十岁观百家”，他也不可能在盛唐诗坛上独放异彩，名垂史册。事实证实，视听两种感觉器官的相互协调是获取知识的有效途径，况且课堂上教师无停止的分析也未必使每个学生都听得懂，由于还有一个教学方法和教学艺术的题目，那么在这种情况下给学生一些诵读的时间，让学生在诵读中印证教师的讲解，体会课文的思想内容和艺术手法，学生则会自觉规范自己的口语和书面语，表达能力不就进步了吗?

其次，重视模仿，夸大创新。

大凡古代有成就的作家，多是以模仿起步。《朱子语类》上说：“古人作文作诗，多是模仿前人而作之，盖学之即久，自然熟练”。可贵的是，古人不但重视模仿，而且还夸大在模仿的基础上创新。清代学者唐彪在评论韩愈和欧阳修时说：“韩师孟，今读韩文，不见其为孟也;欧学韩，今读欧文，不觉其为韩也;若拘以模仿，如邯郸之学步，里人之效颦，所谓师其神，不见其貌，此最为文之真诀”。由此可以推测，古代的语文教学重视让学生通过模仿进步写作能力，形成自己独特的风格。

我们今天的作文教学提倡让学生写真话，写心里话，这是天经地义的。但是学生能写出真心话，并不即是会写文章。写文章还要讲究章法、技巧，这就需要引导学生模仿好文章在结构、表现手法等方面的优点。叶圣陶先生对此早有过精辟的论述，他说：“课文就是例子。”因此，模仿是沟通阅读和写作的一道桥梁。事实上，很多老师也这样做了，但是他们只知道让学生机械地模仿课文，没有做到古人所说的“师其神，不见其貌”，缺乏创新精神。古人在这方面的宝贵经验值得我们鉴戒。

再次，注重文道同一，提倡文以载道。

早在两千多年前，孔子就以为“不学诗，无以言”，又说：“诗，可以兴，可以观，可以群，可以怨;迩之事父，远之事君;多识于草木鸟兽之名”。孔子在这里讲的固然是诗歌的教化作用，但也可以推测，古代的语文教育是把“文”和“道”紧密地联系在一起的。“文道同一”的确是语文教学应该遵循的一条重要原则。

我们所提倡的“文道同一”，就是兼顾语文的工具性和人文性，把语文知识教学和学生的思想品德教育有机地融为一体。可惜的是，有的老师在语文教学中，重“文”不重道，只传授知识，不重视育人，或者人为地把文和道割裂开来，将语文课上成了“思想品德教育课”，或者在课文课上加一个长长的思想教育的尾巴，搞穿靴戴帽式的对号进座，这些做法都有悖于“文道同一”这一教学原则。

三、让孩子多读书，读好书。

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”很多大作家一谈起之所以“成名立家”，无不一致以为，那是得益于孩提时期大量地看书。可见，多读书能进步写作能力是古往今来人们的不谋而合。课外阅读是语文教学在课外的延伸，加强课外阅读能让学生多渠道多形式摄取信息，能开拓学生视野，丰富生活，培养创新精神。所以，语文教师要开动脑筋，激起孩子们的阅读爱好，让孩子们多读书读好书，在阅读中增长自己的知识，丰富自己的人生。

在学校党支部的领导组织下，作为一名党员教师我这学期也加入到各类政策和文件的学习中去，认真做好学习笔记，攥写学习心得，，按时保质地完成党小组要求的各项学习任务。同时还认真学习与自己专业相关的书籍，坚持不懈的抓好学习，努力提高理论水平、自己的教学教育教研水平，力争做好骨干教师的示范学科作用。

思想上积极要求上进，严于律己，宽于待人。认真履行党员义务，严守党的纪律，对待教学教研工作持之以恒、、突出工作业绩;牢记宗旨，以创新的思想观念和创新能力，努力使教育教学业绩有更大提高。

工作中，踏实肯干，刻苦钻研业务知识，与同课头的老师多请教，多学习，多思考。工作中统筹兼顾，以高度的责任感、事业心，以勤奋、扎实、知难而进的态度去完成各项工作任务。我所在的教研组这学期新的特岗教师有3个，首次担任物理学科的有2个，我利用课余时间对他们进行听课，对他们的教学进行指导，教给他们分析教材，解读课标，驾驭课堂的技巧，如何发挥实验在物理教学的作用等等。我帮扶的宿舍是九(2)班的101宿舍，有7个学生，由于我带她们物理学科快两年了，加上我跟她们曾来自广武学校，她们的兄弟姐妹有几个都是我曾经的学生，所以我们关系很是融洽。有困难时，她们就相约来找我，我也曾去宿舍看过她们，这些女同学跟我关系很好，马晓红的脸上长了很多青春痘，我给她买药，嘱咐她按时吃，给感冒的同学送去药，鼓励她们坚持晚饭后的跑步，为中考体育做好准备。她们几个里面，黄文清的数学较差，李妍的英语较差。现在的学习状态很稳定，有几个女生的成绩上升很快。

工作中存在的问题:一是由于任教的学科多，作业批改量大，自习课很想给学生多辅导一点，总是感觉力不从心。跟学生沟通不及时，沟通时间少，有些本身能解决的学习问题一拖再拖，影响了孩子们学习的积极性。二是课堂教学设计有待于进一步的优化，跟同课头教师静下心来商量的时间不充分，集体备课的数量远远不能满足教学需求，教师的习题设置，教师的教学语言不够精炼，拖延了教学时间，影响了教学的实效;三在教师专业发展的过程中出现倦怠感。虽然经过一番思想斗争，能继续朝着正确的方向前进，但说明了自身对教师专业发展的进程中所出现的困难估计不足，思想还不够坚定。

针对以上的问题，我想从以下几个方面整改:

1、做到“坚定信念，与时俱进，管好自己，影响周围”。实践自己“平平凡凡做人踏踏实实做事”的诺言。争做一名优秀的共产党员。要做一名优秀党员，一要勤勤恳恳、发奋工作、工作上光明磊落，坚持真理，保持良好心态，不气馁，不退缩，不自暴自弃，不怨天尤人，少一些埋怨，多一些建议，多为学校发展，积极柬言献策。要诚恳接受来自领导和教师的批评意见，本着“言者无罪，闻者足戒”，“有则改之，无则加勉”的态度，虚心听取，认真反思。

2、要努力学习教育教学理论，积极参加各种教学研究活动，提高教育教学技能，不断提高自己所任学科的教学质量。

3、脚踏实地地做好本职工作，树立高度的责任感和敬业精神，尽心尽力把工作做好。用最短的时间完成最好的工作任务。抽出时间多与教师研讨教学，与学生多沟通，关注她们的成长。

以上就是我这一学期来工作中存在的问题剖析和认识情况，没有认识到的问题希望各位领导和党员教师给予提出，并进行批评指正。
