杨应芬，焦作市十二届人大代表，博爱县月山镇图王村人，屠王大骨头饭店负责人。艰苦创业，受尽曲折，在自己生活逐渐宽裕的同时，十多年来拿出60多万元关爱孤寡老人，救助贫困群众，帮助贫困学子，热心公益事业受到社会的广泛好评。2013年12月被中央文明办、中国文明网评为"中国好人";连续三年被河南省十大楷模评选活动组委会评选为"河南省敬老之星";2015年5月被河南省人民政府残疾人工作委员会评为"全省助残先进个人";2015年5月被博爱县精神文明建设指导委员会评为"最美博爱人".2012年度"感动焦作"十大物，2012年第二届焦作市志愿服务市长奖、荣获焦作市"十大志愿者"荣誉称号，2011年被评为焦作市"十一五"期间十大创业女性。

杨应芬心系农村带领妇女就业，饭店的三十名服务员全部是周围农村的家庭妇女，和她们在一起就象亲姐妹一样，一起干活，一起吃饭，有苦一起吃，有福一同享，她从来不拖欠姐妹们的工资，而且还通过发奖金的方式，给工人们增加收入。她的17家加盟店，也在她的要求下，以安排农村困难妇女为主，目前，各店安排农村妇女就业达500多人。

情系慈善撑起爱的天空，奉献爱心是需要经济来支撑的，现在杨应芬越来越感觉到自己势单力孤、能力有限，但爱心事业还要做下去。这样她就又想出了一个办法，准备设立一个爱心慈善专柜，以经营床上用品为主，所卖的床上用品均为纯棉花、纯棉布精心制作，经过贫困家庭妇女之手加工而成，去帮助和关心贫困弱势群体。杨应芬坚信只有用真心对待客人，用诚心经营事业，用爱心回报社会，这样才能越走越远，越走路越宽。

不忘初心、砥砺前行，就要有"一枝一叶总关情"的为民情怀。为民情怀是共产党人最显著的政治本色，我们要自觉将人民的需要作为自己的追求，以赤子之心在服务人民中实现自身价值，充分展现广大妇女群体对党的热爱之情、对集聚巾帼力量跟党走的坚定信念。

Lantern Festival The 15th day of the 1st lunar month is the Chinese Lantern

Festival because the first lunar month is called yuan-month and in the ancient

times people called night Xiao. The 15th day is the first night to see a full

moon. So the day is also called Yuan Xiao Festival in China. According to the

Chinese tradition, at the very beginning of a new year, when there is a bright

full moon hanging in the sky, there should be thousands of colorful lanterns

hung out for people to appreciate. At this time, people will try to solve the

puzzles on the lanterns and eat yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) and get all their

families united in the joyful atmosphere.
