观看完"两优一先""两学一做"特别节目《榜样》之后，我感触颇深。一方面，是由衷敬佩这些优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者的坚定的信念及可贵的创新、奉献、坚守、担当和责任精神;另一方面，又深感自己在实际工作岗位上看上去是整天忙忙碌碌，却是碌碌无为。

《榜样》让我印象最为深刻的是山村教师支月英，她的先进事迹深深地触动了我的心弦。且不说36年的坚守和奉献需要付出多大的勇气、承受多大的重担。仅就身为一名女性，青春年少时远离温暖人心的家乡，为妻为母后难以照顾到家人，这对于她又隐含多少不舍和隐忍。短短十分钟的时间难以细述她几十年来为大山孩子们所付出的一切，但榜样的力量早已注入我的心灵，她的那一句"我不是因为有希望才选择坚守，而是因为坚守了，才可能看到希望"，感染着我向她看齐，做一名无愧于心的人民教师。

追随榜样，让我学会立足实际和热爱岗位。只有从实际出发，发自内心的热爱自己所在的岗位，才会积极主动地投入到工作的大事小情中，身在其中，乐在其中。支老师正是出于对大山孩子们、对教育事业的真心热爱，才舍弃不下那里，选择"一直一直教下去，教到自己教不动为止"。

追随榜样，让我懂得肩负责任和勇于担当。有的人经常拿"地球离了谁都能转，少了我一个无所谓"来当挡箭牌，给自己找借口推脱工作。但设想如果支老师也抱有这样的消极态度，当家人几次想办法让她离开大山的时候，她能抑制住心动，决心坚守孩子们吗?正是因为她的这种责任感、使命感，才使得她成为山里人们的精神支柱。

追随榜样，让我坚持甘于付出和无私奉献。不只是浮于表面的口头上的精神鼓励，还要有慷慨解囊的物质帮助。就像支老师不仅带给孩子们飞出大山的希望，更自费购买教具学具，为贫困失学的孩子垫付学杂费。

重温《榜样》的力量，我深感：榜样无处不在，榜样的力量无处不至。即便是节目中宣扬的先进人物，他们也都有各自的榜样，或是家人，或是同行......而榜样又是无界限的，深处不同行业、不同岗位的我们，都能感受到榜样身上所散发出来的正能量，激励着我们不断追随他们的脚步，努力有所作为，绽放自我华彩。

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

教师对小学英语写作究竟要写些什么缺乏明确的认识。大部分写作练习表现为简单机械的抄写，学生容易完成，老师易于批改，但写作内容与学生生活缺乏练习。

3、母语文法的束缚

小学生刚刚接触英语，在表达的过程中难免受到母语的构词法、语法和思维方式的影响，用汉语的方式组词或组句，以至于出现大量的文法错误，让人啼笑皆非。
