今天天气非常热，我和几个要好的朋友相约在泳池里游泳和玩水。

我们大家穿好了游泳衣，就下水了。我看见小朋友们一个个都像鱼儿一样在池子里钻上钻下，快活地戏水，满泳池都是一片欢声笑语。只见小A双腿一并，两手一分，翘着脑袋吱吱地游过去，像流线型的海豚似的。而我则像泥鳅那样一下子钻入水中，一会儿又在不远处露出一个水淋淋的小脑袋。

游着游着我还是游得不好，于是我鼓起勇气，戴好眼镜，伸展手臂，站到跳台边，长长地吸了一口气，接着向前上方一跳，只听耳边“呼呼”作响。我不敢睁眼看周围的世界。当我脚碰着凉丝丝的水面时，我才意识到自己已经跃入水中了。等睁开眼睛，却看到的是蓝蓝的一片和一串串水泡。我憋住气，双脚用力蹬水，马上整个身体浮出了水面。

最后在同学的鼓励和帮助下，我游泳的姿势好了很多。直到玩得累了我们才带着微笑回家。今天我们将近游了快2个小时了，时间过得还挺快呢!

我是一朵淘气的云，今天是我的恶搞老爸日。

爸爸非常贪吃，经常抢我的零食。这时候，爸爸正把手伸向我，说：“严汐月，把你的棉花糖拿给我吃吃!”我灵机一动把自己变成棉花糖，递给了爸爸。就在他要吃的时候，我从他的手上“哧溜”一下跑了出去，他只咬到了一团空气，把舌头都咬疼了。他十分纳闷，好好的一块棉花糖怎就突然不见了呢?我坏笑着说：“一定是棉花糖觉着你太贪吃了，所以才逃走的。”爸爸无话可说，只能默认了。

吃不了棉花糖，爸爸就看手机解闷，我警告他：“再看你的眼睛要废了!”他一边看还一边和我说：“我的眼睛一直都会200度，定型了，你的眼睛如果不好好保护的话读书就慢慢升高了，最后看东西恐怕得用上望远镜、显微镜了。”我非常不满意，想到了一个惩罚他的法子。没过一小会儿，爸爸就有些困了，我立刻变成一片薄薄的云，飞到了爸爸的眼前。他惊醒了，发现自己视线模糊，竟然看不清近边的东西了，他大为吃惊，不禁说：“我的眼睛怎么啦?”我说：“这要怪都怪你，你自己不爱护眼睛。”

冬天，爸爸很早就想去睡觉了。他说：“严汐月，给我拿一条厚一点被子过来!”为了治好他的懒惰病，我自己钻进被套里，盖在他身上，待他睡着后，“呼哧”一下子飞到了天花板上，爸爸被冷得瑟瑟发抖，牙齿打架，看到被子自己飞了起来，惊得目瞪口呆。我说：“叫你这么懒，连被子都讨厌你了!”他只好下了床自己搬被子去了。

经过一段时间的集中整治，加上老妈的配合，老爸的贪吃度下降了，近视度也下降了，勤快度显著升高了。耶——

我最喜欢放暑假了!放暑假可以自由自在的躺在床上滚来滚去，也可以随心所欲的玩玩具，更可以眉开眼笑的看电视。

今年的暑假非常特别，爸爸妈妈精心安排带我们全家去上海迪斯尼玩。这次同行去上海游玩的人，有奶奶，有姑姑，有爸爸、妈妈，还有两位姐姐、哥哥和我一共八个人，我们浩浩荡荡的出发了!

出发的前一天，我非常兴奋的检查每个行李箱，东张西望的想看看妈妈准备了什么好吃、好玩的。出发当天我们清晨五点钟，大家就蹦蹦跳跳跳进计程车里赶到飞机场。我迫不及待的想尽快飞到上海，拥抱迪斯尼!

在飞机上，我像一只好奇的井底蛙，手忙脚乱的按着座位上每个开关，我居然发现座位上的屏幕不但可以看电影，还可以玩电动。所以我就开始边享受飞机上的美食，边盯着屏幕上看电影，突然间觉得自已好像飞到另一个世界，过着无忧无虑的生活，太开心了!

到了迪斯尼，我拉着爸爸妈妈去玩刺激、可怕的海盗船，忽然船在黑暗中往下掉，整个人好像要飞出来，吓的我抱着妈妈哇哇叫!接下来一声枪声，又让我魂飞魄散!虽然很可怕，下次我还是要再去挑战。当然迪斯尼还有许多新奇可爱的玩偶，我最喜欢巴斯光年星际历险和赛车游戏、以及五彩缤纷的花车游行，都让我流连忘返!

时光飞逝!五天四夜的上海之旅很快就结束，虽然很舍不得离开迪斯尼，但是我也有点想家了，我的家没有像迪斯尼这么好玩，但是它是最温暖可爱的地方!

暑假里，我的每一天的时间都被安排满了！没有办法，是小孩就要被大人安排来安排去。星期一上午上作文课，中饭后又要上两节画画课，然后回家写作业，写完作业晚上还要去学游泳。把爸妈安排的所有事做完，回到家就已经晚上九点多了，也就到了我睡觉的时间了。星期二是这样。星期三也是这样。星期四、星期五还是这样。直到周末我才稍微有些空，但也是上午在家写作业，下午连上画画课，只有晚上和爸爸妈妈出去吃顿饭，之后就回家睡觉了。这是我这段日子的生活，被安排得满满的，一分一秒空闲都不留。我真想像一些男孩子一样任性，天天在家里看电视打游戏，可我是个女孩子，女孩子应该有女孩子的乖巧，不能像男孩子那样想干什么就干什么，想不听大人话就不听大人话。小孩就是小孩，不能像大人一样安排自己的时间。可怜了我的暑假啊！

这天，爸爸开车带我们去了黄金海岸，我们到那儿的时候已是中午十二点半了。到了吃饭的时间，我们就先品尝了一下大海里的美味。那顿午餐我们吃了海虾、各种各样的小海螺和小鱼，味道真是好极了!吃完饭后已是下午2点，这时骄阳似火，但我们还是忍不住想早点畅游大海。

我们换好游泳衣，我和妈妈一人租了一个游泳圈，因为有海浪，会游泳的妈妈也不得不套着游泳圈才敢下海。我们来到南沙滩，哇，人真多呀。

下午三四点的时候，海水涨潮了，海浪一个接一个地涌来。我游到深水区等海浪，不一会儿，我就被海浪冲回了岸上。我不停地往深水区游，海浪一遍又一遍地把我冲回岸上。在玩的时候，我经常被海浪盖住，还会喝几口咸咸的海水，有趣极了!

在水里玩够了，我就到沙滩上玩，沙滩上有许多许多很小很小的沙蟹，可是它们跑得太快了，我捉不住，只好到海边拣贝壳。每次浪冲到沙滩上来，就会留下来一些活的可以吃的小贝壳，它们总是一个劲儿地往沙子里钻，不过也不会逃过我锐利的眼睛，哈哈，都被我捉住了。

我在这里玩得非常开心，不想离开。在爸爸妈妈不停的催促下，才恋恋不舍的离去。我喜欢大海，喜欢和她一起嬉戏，如果以后有机会我一定会再去的。

暑假期间，我学习了蛙泳，这次暑假，我决定学习自由泳，因为自由泳更快。我的教练姓卢，学习自由泳的第一天，因为已经一年没下水了，我还是有点害怕，于是，我倒数10下，跳!

经过一番复习，我渐渐的习惯了水，第一节课，教练教我了打腿，打腿可不轻松，得绷紧、伸直，打腿，我的腿十分酸痛，但我想：坚持坚持住!加油!我使出吃奶的力气打腿，终于，赢得了教练的肯定。

腿部动作我得出了要领：自由泳腿部的打水动作，虽然也有一定的推进作用，但主要是起

到保持身体的平衡。尽量放松脚踝，绷直脚尖，大腿带动小腿打水，腰部以下用力，上半身保持不动，这样打水才有力度，而且不会左右晃动。

经过三节课的反复的练习，我很不错的掌握了打腿。

打腿学完了就是划手了，划手比较简单一点。步骤：手臂在空中完成移臂之后，大臂内旋，使肘关节处于最高点，手指伸直并拢，掌心斜向外下方，指尖自然触水，接着是小臂，最后大臂自然插入水中。完成入水之后，手掌掌心开始由斜向外下转为斜向内后，逐渐弯手肘、弯曲手腕，手肘始终高于手臂，为下一步的划水做好准备。有个问题：我的手指总合不拢，于是我每天回家后都练一会，果然，一个星期后，问题解决了，真是“有志者，事竟成”啊!

最后，是换气，头只往右转，露出一半，只要右手划的时候吸气就好了。

这样，配合起来就好了。这次学习，让我懂了：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can

swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water

with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I

grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in

summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. While winter swimming

makes me feel excited and achievability. In general, swimming keeps me fit in

both physical and mental. Whenever I feel upset, I would go swimming and then I

my daily life

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock. after

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

我的日常生活

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么?因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

气死我了!难道眼皮跳动的噩梦到现在还没有结束?为什么倒霉的事情一件接着一件。

先是电脑坏了，再是电视出故障，最后我想去书店缓解一下郁闷的心情，却发现书卡不知道被放在哪里了!

我觉得我应该好好反省一下了，因为我发现电脑一坏，我好象什么事情都没有了，也不能怪我，首先，那两本书我是在网上看的，日记我是在电脑上写的，剪贴我是在电脑上做的，古诗也是在电脑上找的，就连课外阅读我也是在网上进行的。

看电脑一时半会儿还好不了，我真的开始考虑我在没有电脑的这段时间该怎么过了。

首先，日记我又懒得用手写，剪贴也没精力去找那些好的文章，至于那两本“好书”，如果我在现实生活中找得到，那我还干吗要去网上看呢?

说来说去，好象也就课外阅读可以在书店正常进行了，偏偏那个书店最近又没进什么新书，旧的我又都看过了……

郁闷啊!

周二的时候天气很热，在家里很闷，我和爸爸、妈妈怀着无比期盼的心情，去黄龙溪古镇游玩。

一路上，车子飞快的向前奔驰着，车窗外的风景很美，我一路观看着，让我忘记了晕车的痛苦，不知不觉地就到黄龙溪。

到了黄龙溪，我刚下车，放眼一看，哇!黄龙溪街上人山人海，远远望去，就像一群群五颜六色的小蜜蜂，这里一团，那里一个，可走近一看，原来是旅游的人们。街上卖小吃的商贩的吆喝声、人们的笑声、戏水的哗哗声……，各种声音交织在一起，好像一曲动听的歌曲。

黄龙溪的水清澈见底，水也不深，刚好没过脚背，有许多调皮的小伙伴们在水中嬉戏打闹，还有些大人，也在水中玩得笑不合嘴，他们也好像又回到了童年那种欢乐的时光里。

黄龙溪可美丽了，小溪两边都栽满了大树，树叶繁茂，每棵大树都像一把伞一样，为人们遮住阳光。树上有很多不知名的鸟儿叽叽喳喳的叫个不停，好像在说“来到黄龙溪，黄龙溪真美啊!”

我们高兴地在街上玩儿着，一会儿在水中玩耍，一会儿买东西吃，一会儿逛商店……，走着走着，我发现很多商铺外都挂着红灯笼，我怀着好奇的心去问一个店铺的阿姨：“阿姨，今天又没过节，为什么家家户户都挂着大红灯笼啊?”，阿姨微笑地说：“黄龙溪天天都想过节一样热闹，还有挂着灯笼预示着生意红红火火”。哇，原来做生意还有这么多讲究，我不得不佩服那些做生意的人们能吃苦耐闹，他们对生活也充满了希望。

时间一分一秒地很快就过去了，天快黑了，街上的人们也慢慢变少了，我也和爸爸、妈妈准备离开。在上车之前，我久久的望着黄龙溪，不愿离开，好想再多玩儿一会儿，后来还是妈妈强行把我拉到了车子里。

回到家里，我迫不及待的叫爸爸把照片催到电脑里，一边看着照片，一边回味，仿佛又会到了黄龙溪……

我喜欢黄龙溪，期待下次再去游玩。
