我9岁时，妈妈给我找来教练教我蛙泳，当时是放假，所以我每个晚上都去学游泳。到小区游泳池后，教练先把一块正方形的泡沫系在我的背上后，然后，告诉我游泳时脚的动作，手的动作要学会脚的动作后才学。教练又给了我一块三角形的泡沫，要我用手拿在手中，就叫我下水游，因为身上和手上都有泡沫，所以身子可以浮起来，但如果脚不用力的话，身子还是会往下沉，几节课后，教练就把我身上的泡沫摘下，只有一块泡沫游起来真累，每节课教练都要我游十个来回，一个来回50米，每天回家后全身都很酸，大约学了5节课后，教练又把背上的泡沫给了我，不过又把手上的泡沫收走了，他又教我手的动作，我下水后，总游不动，教练就又给我系了一块泡沫在背上，不过这一块只有第一块的一半大，我这次下水后就游的动了，几节课后，教练把大的泡沫收了，我还是可以游动，第12节课时，不用泡沫我都能游了，我终于学会了游泳，心里特别的高兴。

这次游泳活动让我知道了无论学什么东西都要坚持到底才可以学会，在不会游泳时，一下水就很害怕，不过现在我学会了游泳，下水后就会感到很好玩，而且在水中很凉快，是一种特别舒服有趣的活动。我以后要经常游泳，因为游泳又好玩又可以锻炼身体。
