Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. 第二天，我早早地就起床了，等待着收割。然后全副武装和三姐还有一个比我小一岁的妹妹来到了田地，走在泥泞、狭窄的路上，觉得不小心就容易滑到田里，会被蚂蟥咬，可这事说来就来，我小心地走着到一个非常泥泞的地方，脚一踩到地上，唰的摔到了田里，我心想：啊!我这乌鸦嘴，，我起不来了!三姐看见后，连忙用力地把我拖了上来，三姐害怕地说：“小心点儿被蚂蟥咬了可不好办呀!”一场惊恐过后，终于到了田里，二姑正在专心致志地收割着。

表妹看见水里有几只小蝌蚪连忙捉了起来，我用泥土建了一个窝把小蝌蚪放进去，把水倒入泥土里，可一下子水就浸入泥里了，于是表妹赶紧又去装水倒入泥巴里，可怜的小蝌蚪在泥里拼命的扭动身体。我和表妹干脆把泥里的小蝌蚪抓出来丢去别人的田地，马上又去水里捉小蝌蚪放在泥窝里，装水放水，丢掉小蝌蚪……就这样重复着玩了几个小时。

暑假期间，我学习了蛙泳，这次暑假，我决定学习自由泳，因为自由泳更快。我的教练姓卢，学习自由泳的第一天，因为已经一年没下水了，我还是有点害怕，于是，我倒数10下，跳!

经过一番复习，我渐渐的习惯了水，第一节课，教练教我了打腿，打腿可不轻松，得绷紧、伸直，打腿，我的腿十分酸痛，但我想：坚持坚持住!加油!我使出吃奶的力气打腿，终于，赢得了教练的肯定。

腿部动作我得出了要领：自由泳腿部的打水动作，虽然也有一定的推进作用，但主要是起

到保持身体的平衡。尽量放松脚踝，绷直脚尖，大腿带动小腿打水，腰部以下用力，上半身保持不动，这样打水才有力度，而且不会左右晃动。

经过三节课的反复的练习，我很不错的掌握了打腿。

打腿学完了就是划手了，划手比较简单一点。步骤：手臂在空中完成移臂之后，大臂内旋，使肘关节处于最高点，手指伸直并拢，掌心斜向外下方，指尖自然触水，接着是小臂，最后大臂自然插入水中。完成入水之后，手掌掌心开始由斜向外下转为斜向内后，逐渐弯手肘、弯曲手腕，手肘始终高于手臂，为下一步的划水做好准备。有个问题：我的手指总合不拢，于是我每天回家后都练一会，果然，一个星期后，问题解决了，真是“有志者，事竟成”啊!

最后，是换气，头只往右转，露出一半，只要右手划的时候吸气就好了。

这样，配合起来就好了。这次学习，让我懂了：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”

暑假的一天，妈妈对我说：“你不是一直想学做菜吗?我今天就教你做西红柿蛋汤。”我听了后很开心，挽起袖子就开始学了。

妈妈让我从冰箱里拿出2个西红柿，把它洗干净。然后示范怎么用刀把它切成一片片的，我右手拿着刀，左手拿着西红柿，还没下刀，我就感觉有点怕，生怕切到自己的手，妈妈对我说：“不用担心，慢慢来，切下去时刀离手稍远一些，是不会切到手的。”我听了后就不害怕了，不一会儿，我就切完了，妈妈说虽然切得有点宽，但不会影响汤的味道。

我又从冰箱里拿出2枚鸡蛋，把它放在碗里用筷子搅匀。接着我把灶打燃，往锅子里放少许油，等油热了，就把西红柿倒进锅里，这时油溅到了我的手臂上，痛得我大叫了一声，妈妈说因为西红柿中有水份，所以会把油溅出来一点，下次小心一点就好了。我在锅里放了2勺盐，继续翻炒西红柿，直到炒出汁，就把事先准备好的一碗清水倒入锅中，等水开了以后，就把搅匀的蛋液均匀地倒在锅里，等水再次沸腾、蛋液也变色后，就可以关火出锅了。把它盛到碗里以后，再洒点葱花，这样色香味俱全的西红柿蛋汤就做好了!

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

job. They are equipped with many skills and are capable of a lot of things.

Their ability has nothing to do with swimming skill.

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

can be got by many ways.

This summer vacation, I took part in the English summer camp. I found many

interesting things here.

First, the children in the camp are very young and lovely. They taught me a

lot. We always paly together and study together. Everydaywe are very happy. It’s

a vew life to me. Because it is a good chance to know many good friends. It

brings me a colourful life.

Second, the teachers in the English summer camp are very kind, and some are

beautiful. For example, our headteacher Miss Zhu, and many foreign teachers.

They teach us English and help us improve English. I think attending their

classes is very interesting and exceting.

In the class, we can play games, and learn more English words. They always

come up with many good ideas which let us feel happy. I get a new feeling and my

whole body feel refreshed.

Third, thescenery of Zhejiang University is so beautiful. There are many

trees, flowers and other plants. It’s a colourful school. There are also some

lakes and bridges. It is the paradise of my new life. I think it is a special

place. It makes me relaxed and happy.

So I think Zhejiang University is equal to giving me a new life.

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

我们这次暑假去了沙巴，去了那里一个岛上，在船上，只见海水清澈见底，可以看到水底的沙石，有时也可以看到小鱼在水下欢快地游着。

我们上了岸，坐在了沙滩上，一缕阳光照在了我的身上，也照在这座岛上。

岛中央有一些树，树上有果子。那儿也有椰子树，那椰子树高大粗壮，叶子都可以当遮阳伞了。树杆一层一层的，像许多把尖刀。树杆粗壮的两个人才能抱住。有许多鸟栖息在那里，叽叽喳喳的叫着，像一首欢快的乐曲。我和爸爸来到这里，进椰林还见到几只蝴蝶在飞呢，美丽极了。我和爸爸想用石头砸下来一个椰子，可树太高了，完全砸不到啊!
