Sun Yang sealed a place in Chinas Olympic history with an impressive swim

today is an exciting day. in the morning we had the singing contest. everyone did well in it. somebody sans lyrics and somebody didn’t. when the result came out, only audrey and ellison could be in the second run. vanessa was very sad. but finally she was in the second run. it was really great news for her.

we stayed in our rooms for the whole afternoon. we played cards, slept, read, practiced some english songs for the contest and did out homework. it was a little boring.

以往的我过暑假，作业都留在最后几天去匆忙完成，只求数量而不在乎质量。心中想着只要能完成任务就行，完全不明白暑假作业中的每一道题，都是提升自己学习能力以及夯实基础的宝贵机会!

暑假的第一个月，我再次学习了7年级的内容。有句话说得好：“书读百遍，其义自见。”当我们学习完一样东西，要不断地去复习，去充实。这样才能从中领悟到新的东西，才能促进自己的成长。不仅如此，我还一改以往的恶习，按时完成自己应该完成的作业。这样，到最后几天的时候，不用急急忙忙，没日没夜地赶作业，没有质量又苦了自己，百害而无一利。

临近开学了，我的心中不仅没有了以前的心急与心虚，反而对即将开始的新学期充满了期待。因为我作足了准备，迎接我的是知识的大门。大门中的我，向学习发起挑战，挑战中的我，得到的是知识，是快乐!在快乐中，我不断地去摸索，在摸索中前行……我的精神境界循序渐进，不断升华，再到一个新的大门向我敞开。门中金光万丈，无比辉煌。似仙子所织的锦衣一般完美无瑕。

今天是暑假的第一天，我去参加小记者的一个活动，去焦作气象局参观。

到了那里，我看到了一个用白色的篱笆围成的小花园，里面全部都是测量气象的仪器，我迫不及待的想要钻进去真实看看那里的仪器。进去之后，有一位阿姨先让我们领了这里的介绍书和安全交通知识书······“哇!这么多的书，一二三四五，我来数一数，书本有几套，我来数一数。”我边翻书边嘴里嘟囔着这首儿歌。过了一会阿姨就带我们去看那些仪器，啊!仪器真的好高科技呀。那里的仪器有：太阳能板、雷达、风塔、酸雨架、冻土器、百叶箱······大家可能不知道百叶箱是什么东西吧，那么我就来和大家讲一讲吧。百叶箱是安装温、湿度仪器用的防护设备。百叶箱的作用是防止太阳对仪器的直接辐射和地面对仪器的反射和辐射，保护仪器免受强风、雨、雪等的影响，并使仪器感应部分分又适当通风，能当实地感应外界空气温度和湿的变化。

参观完仪器之后，我们又到了一个会议室里来看了气象局的种种资料，然后我们还看了天气预报是怎样回拨出去的。最后我们来到了一间屋子，那里面还有一个小屋子，是专门用来做天气预报的电视。我们大家在电视上看到有人告诉大家明天的天气会是什么，大家想知道是怎样做的么。其实呀，就是后面一个蓝色的背景，你只要站在那里说，然后再把你的录制出来的演讲把背景一调换就可以，我们班的三个同学还上去体验呢······

假的时候，我和妈妈定了一个计划——每天早上晨跑，以此锻炼身体。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner

经过我们努力，我们来到了“瀑鸣台”，这里是第1425级了，到瀑鸣台，可以零距离地接触瀑布，感受它奔流直下的磅礴气势。

由于体力的限制，我们来到第2199级阶梯时已经气喘吁吁了，这里是“亲瀑台”，它是第二个零距离接触瀑布的地方了，我感受到瀑布的壮美，瀑布飞泻而下，水花溅到我的身上，好爽啊!

但是由于我妈妈实在走不动了，我和爸爸不断地鼓励下，经过两个多小时的努力下我们终于登上了第4099级的仙姑天池了，它是一个美丽的大湖，也是瀑布的水源，据说瀑布的落差有428.5米。我站在高处，再往下看，看到了连绵起伏的山岭，我们刚才走上来的山路弯弯曲曲的，蜿蜒在山中，犹如一条在山中盘旋的骏龙。不久，我们便带着好心情坐在巴士上沿着弯弯曲曲的山路下山了。

这次来到白水寨，让我感受到瀑布磅礴的气势，我体会到了自然的美，同时让我感受到“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”壮观。

今天也没什么值得记录的事情发生，也没有冒出什么莫名其妙的感想，总之就是在家里闷了几乎一天，狂写了一天。

注意了，我说的“狂写”是指我写的那些想写的东西，不包括作业。

感觉真的很无聊，什么事情也没干，包括作业除了这个日记就没写别的。

英语我没那个好记性，单词背着背着就头晕，数学我自认为脑子还是可以的，可是写着写着就想睡觉。总之就是混混沉沉地过了一天，回头望望好像什么都没有做。

真的没有什么可写，而且现在头疼的要死，我先出去转转吧!实在受不了了。

以上写的就当是一篇日记吧!因为我真的没东西写了。

拿起笔来，轻轻地记录下我的心情。

忙碌了一天，此刻，我正伏在书桌前享受家的宁静。

对我而言，心灵的宁静就是躺在床上，枕着松软的枕头，读一本好书，把全身心都放轻松。躲离了喧闹声，我坐在床上静静品读文章，有说不出的惬意。此时，一切重归于寂静，只有床头闹钟还在“滴滴答答”的唱着单调乏味的歌曲陪伴着我，此刻，白天充满生机的我感到了疲惫。而只有家——这个温馨的港湾可以供我休息，让我拥有这种宁静的感觉，让我在外漂泊的心有一个归宿。

有时在读书之余，我会在心中勾画出对于未来的一个又一个美好的幻想。其中有些念头，只是在脑海中一闪而过，稍纵即逝;有的却在心中持续了长久。这些有点远离实际的幻想，在我的努力下，正在慢慢实现。

人生总是需要短暂的休息，使之更有精神，我这种宁静的休息，是在陶冶我的情操。在我的小屋里，我总能感觉到有种家的温馨，有股家的味道在其中久久环绕。这味道并不是用鼻子能够闻出来的，而是需要用心去感受，去体会。这味道也不是用笔能够描述的，它总是深深的藏在心里。这种甜蜜的味道总是爱粘在我的心头，挥之不去，但又给了我心灵一种温暖的依靠。

在家里，我最喜欢看书了。那淡淡的墨香，总让人沉迷在其中。作家诗般的语言，充满哲理的语句，让我着迷。在家中，我可以随着人物的喜而喜，人物的悲而悲，无拘无束。沉浸在书的海洋里，我感到了心灵的温暖。这温暖，是依偎在妈妈怀抱的温暖，丝丝缕缕，藏在心头。这时候，我仿佛回到了童年，找到了童心，还有那心灵深处的宁静，我虽然该升初中了。但我内心深处对家的那种模糊而又清晰的形象还在，而且可能永远存在。

家，是我休息的地方，是我在孤独时感到温暖的地方，是珍藏着我童心的地方，也是我扬帆起航的地方。

在家里，我可以无忧无虑，自由自在，因为家是我的港湾，同时也是我心灵的港湾，我心的依靠。

宁静的家，有一种独特的意境，只有真正融入这意境，才能感到家的意义。我爱我家!

初中生活的第一个暑假来了，繁忙中我不禁想起了去年此时那个闲暇的暑期，最阳光快乐的、没有任何学习任务的暑假。

屋里的空调肆意的地开着，我裹着薄薄的被子，睡在那个甜蜜，没有作业的美好时光里。那时的我，只有一个兴趣班，吃喝玩乐、游山玩水是那些日子的主题曲。每天早上我睡到九点才醒，懒洋洋的我用了一个小时在床上滚来滚去，脸不洗牙不刷，便于电脑前托着腮帮子，在“我的世界”“生死狙击”中陶醉到午饭时间。伴着葱花的佳肴，我狼吞虎咽之后就又埋头呼呼睡去，似乎是想把六年来缺的觉全部补上。临近傍晚，夕阳的余温虽还未散去，我便和家人在羽毛球场上挥汗如雨，尽情享受自己的青春。我在夕阳下奔跑，在多彩的青春中绽放。所有的快乐，幸福，似乎都凝聚在那个暑假。

八月的我似乎就没在家待过，爬名山，赏名水，几乎游遍全国。可贪玩了两个月的我，没有一刻想去弥补自己的错误、缺点，毫不犹豫地把各项任务交给了今夏，交给初中生活中的第一个暑假。

也许初一的这个暑假是最残酷的，放假的第一天，妈妈便乐呵呵地把暑期课程表摆在我的眼前。我刹那间眼前一黑，感觉嗓子里似乎堵了一块乐西似的。我竭尽所能地睁大双眼，竭尽所能地逼近那清晰又刺目的黑色字体，却还是找不到一点空闲的时间。

数学、英语、物理、练字、画画……

可是，反躬自省，自己难道不需要这些补习班吗?练字班会让我写出灵活舒展、美观漂亮的汉字，对自己来说何尝不是一种满足;素描班会使我画出生动形象、惟妙惟肖的大千世界，对自己来说何尝不是一种享受。再想想那些物理了，数学了，英语了，不都是为开学考作准备吗?凡事预则立，不预则废，想到这些，我忽而沉重的心似乎变得轻松了……

这个暑假有补习班的快乐，上个暑假有玩耍的快乐。

我们在生活中要乐观，并在痛苦中找到快乐，把压力转化为动力，这样你就会得到意想不到的惊喜。不要埋头抱怨，因为你会发现，很多人和你一样辛苦，甚至比你更勤奋!

真郁闷，今天居然停电了，这么热的天儿。两三个小时就把今天的作业写完了，家里闷的跟蒸笼似的，躺了会儿实在是睡不着。想给同学打个电话侃侃打发下时间，结果很杯具的发现手机忘了充电，两块电池都一点电都没有。天气太热，家家户户都开空调，耗电量太大，供应不上来才会停电。平常都不觉得，现在才知道电有多么重要，以后一定要节约用电。走到阳台上，角落里的那盆月季竟然开花了，鲜艳的花瓣层层依簇，叶子不是很茂盛，它是我从路边捡回来的，栽到花盆里以后就几乎没管过，平时都是妈妈忙中抽闲给它浇水，我感到惭愧。看见楼下老人们都在树荫下下棋，聊天，我也下楼去了。社区凉亭里有几个小孩子在顽皮的嬉闹，他们玩着童真的游戏，银铃般的笑声阵阵传来。想起童年，也是这样快乐的，转眼间就长成大孩子了。
