良好习惯有着许多优点。早睡早起身体好；勤奋助人成功；诚实助人赢得他人的尊重和信任。

如果我们养成了坏习惯，比如：粗野、懒惰、说谎、偷窃，我们就可能堕落。

接着，我好奇地聆听爷爷讲述旧时的家乡：以前人们无论想要到多远的地方，都是用步行，当然就没有交通工具。而且当时大街小巷也有一两家饭店，还是装修非常简陋的。房子呢?当然不比现在的高楼大厦，全部都是小平屋……
