So I went to blue house with my mother -- a shop that sells CARDS and presents. Entering the shop, I immediately started to pick. Ive chosen a lovely little card. My mother said I had a good eye.

When I got home, I immediately wrote my greeting to my father on the card. Then I put it alongside the razor and waited patiently.

When my father came home from work, I immediately welcomed the gifts and CARDS to my father. The father saw the special gift and looked at it eagerly. By the time he saw the gift, his mouth was open to "O".

Then my father was very happy to pick me up, and my mother was very happy to see us. In the evening, my mother made a big dinner, and my family enjoyed their fathers day very much. It was an unforgettable fathers day.

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

One July morning, as he was leaving to go to the cornfield, he said :

"Edwin, you can pick up the potatoes in the field today if you want to do that.

" Then he drove away with his horses.

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

came and the potatoes were still in the field. Gramp, dusty and tired, led the

horses to get their drink.

"How many bags of potatoes were there?" Gramp inquired. "I dont know.

"

"How many potatoes did you pick up?"

"I didnt pick any. " "Not any! Why not?"

"You said I could pick, them up if I wanted to. You didnt say I had to.

"

In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

said I could if I wanted to, he meant that I should want to.

Gram hated cruelty and injustice. The injustices of history, even those of

a thousand years before, angered her as much as the injustices of her own

day.

She also had a deep love of beauty. When she was almost seventy-five, and

had gone to live with one of her daughters, she spent a delightful morning

washing dishes because, as she said, the beautiful patterns on the dishes gave

manage to keep the softer qualities in a world of daily struggle.

Such were the two people with whom I spent the months from June to

September in the wonderful days of summer and youth.

Time flies so fast . I will to be a middle school student . In my class , I have a good teacher . Her name is Zhu Xihui.

From June1, 2008, shops and supermarkets are forbidden from offering free plastic bags to customers, according to a new law. A nation-wide campaign against plastic bags has been launched.

Nowadays, Chinese people use up to three billion plastic bags a day. While being very convenient to shoppers, plastic bags also cause serious white pollution” and waste resources.

Though the ban may cause some inconvenience to shoppers, it can help reduce the use of plastic bags when people have to pay for them. Besides, the ban, in away, can promote public awareness of environmental protection.

So I think it necessary to forbid shops and supermarkets from offering free plastic bags. When shopping, we can use cloth bags or baskets instead of plastic bags as we used to.

Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well

as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor

activity for me, I think.

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

雾霾就是一个巨大的病菌，它肆意传染着致癌物，它的病根，也就是雾霾的凶手，可谓是远在天边，近在眼前，造福人类却不考虑后果。原来我们共同的敌人便是自己。倘若一个人连蓝天都没有见过，连呼吸都困难，连吃喝都不能放心，那他该如何生存呢？

After reading The Little Princess， I am deeply impressed by Sara’s way to deal with difficulties. The Little Princess was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett， a famous novelist and dramatist. Sara， the heroine of the novel， was born in a rich family. In order to get a better education， her father took her from India to London so that she could go to the best school. Because Sara was kind-hearted， generous and most of all—rich， she was loved by everyone. All went well until her father died in an accident. Everything changed pletely. She didn’t understand why the teachers and classmates treated her so badly. Even the principal who used to be fond of her， made her work 16 hours a day. Why can’t they make it?However， what impress me most are her characteristics and the thought of her “being a real princess.” This “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces， beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes， but being kind， generous and having good manners. It is unnecessary for “a real princess” to be strong in body， but she must be strong in will. Sara is a real princess in my heart all the time， whether she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic， just because she had the good characters and kind heart. The story went on. Fortunately， a friend of Sara’s father found her and told her that her father left a great sum of money to her. 当我再次伏在窗边眺望远处是，意外地意外发现窗玻璃上多了一些颗粒状的小水珠， 细细的端详，每一颗小水珠里包含着一团小小的白色灰尘微粒，我好生奇怪，窗上的水珠越积越多，慢慢的，小水珠允吸得越来越大，窗外的一切是那么美好，我不禁深深的吸引了……咦？这不就是自然书上所说的雾霾现象吗？我翻出家里一本厚厚的《十万个为什》，哈，找到了，这就是雾霾，它是因为空气中悬浮着大量的烟，尘所造成的，雾霾天对人体的伤害很大，所以说同学们保护好环境吧！

My Teacher

My favourite teacher is my English teacher Ms Cai.Her English name is Mae. She is a beautiful lady. She is very humorous. But sometimes she is very strict with us. But all classmates love and respect her very much. After class she often helps us learn patiently. I like my English teacher,because I think she is the best teacher in the world.
