所以，雾霾天气应减少出门，外出戴口罩，以防污染物由口鼻侵入肺部，注意饮食，平时要多喝水，及时补充维生素D。雾霾天气时，空气中的污染物很多，应及时关闭门窗，避免室外的污染物进入污染室内空气，诱发急性呼吸道和心血管疾病的发生。雾霾的形成有五个原因：一、大气气压低，空气不流动是主要因素，由于空气的不流动，使空气中的微小颗粒聚集漂浮在空气中；二、地面灰尘大，空气湿度低，地面的人和车流使灰尘搅动起来。三、汽车的尾气是主要污染物，近年来城市的汽车越来越多，排放的汽车尾气是雾霾的一个重要因素；四、一些工厂制造的二次污染；五、冬季取暖排放的CO。2等污染物。原来，雾霾的成因主要是我们人类自己对环境的污染和破坏造成的。

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. say that failure lashes them to work harder. Some think that failures are so

depressing and we should not to make any failures. For me, I cherish failures
