I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

我在英语学校换过好几位老师，而令我印象最为深刻的还是王欣老师。

She’s very kind, like an old friend. She can sing. She can draw. She can dance. She can speak very good English. She can tell us stories. She can play games with us. When we have an English lesson, we feel very happy. All of us are interested in her lesson.

I have a good teacher. I think I’m very lucky.

Every May in Chinese lunar calendar is Dragon Boat Festival, do you know anything about it? Let me speak for you.

Once upon a time, there was a patriotic poet Qu Yuan, once he went to Beijing to go to work, see a decline of state variable, then vote Miluo River to commit suicide. Before he died, he wrote a poem. People in order to commemorate the patriotic poet, the annual Lunar New Year in May at the beginning of a dragon boat festival.

The main contents of the Dragon Boat Festival is the dragon boat racing, zongzi.

从小到大，我遇到过很多英语老师，但是让我印象最深刻的应该是我人生中的第一位英语老师。小学三年级，我们开始正式学习英语。小时候的我们总是对各种新鲜的事物充满好奇心，对于一门新的语言课程大家都充满了期待，期待学习一门语言，期待见到新的老师。

第一次上课时，大家把自己手中的英语课本翻来翻去，对里面的内容特别感兴趣，虽然我们那时还不知道那些都是什么意思。伴随着上课铃声响起，一位女老师走进了教室。老师看起来非常年轻，面带笑容，十分亲和。接着，老师进行了一番自我介绍，然后简单介绍了一下我们即将学习的英语课程。就这样，我人生中的第一节英语课正式开始看。老师教我们认识英语字母，教我们读单词，教我们读句子。非常有趣的一节英语课就这么过去了。

由于对新知识充满无限好奇，下课之后，同学们都涌向老师询问各种问题，而老师始终耐心给我们讲解。后来，为了我们更好学习英语，老师开始让我们背诵、听写。每次，总会有几个同学留在最后背不会或者总默写错误，老师也没有用严厉的话语指责他们，而是非常耐心的引导同学，帮助同学进行记忆，直至全部同学都完成。或许是因为老师，我们同学都对学习英语充满兴趣，最后考试成绩也都很好。

很庆幸，我有一位这么好的英语老师。

I would rather suffer hardships than fail。 In other words， to achieve

success is my only desire。 We all know that there are many factors of success。

you。 I would rather be scolded than cheat (others)。

我宁愿受苦难不愿失败。换句话说，获致成功是我唯一的愿望。我们大家明白成功要素很多。此刻让我们把它们最重要的写在下方。

勤勉――一个人虽然不大聪明，但是他地能做成他的工作，如果他苦干的话。那是不容置疑的。

毅力――当你失败的时候，不要灰心。要继续工作，直到你到达目的为止。

诚实――如果你说谎或不守信，没有人会信赖你。我宁愿挨骂不愿欺骗人。

四年级的时候，我们换了一位英语老师，她姓张，带着一副眼镜，让人感觉她肚子里都是墨水，同时也给我们带来一种很严肃的感觉，我们都有点怕她，她一进门全班都坐得端端正正。

不过随着几节英语课上下来，我们发现Miss张严肃的表面下藏着一颗有趣的心。她上课时说话语调会根据课文内容而变，比较夸张，就像在演动画片一样，我觉得她似乎能让枯燥的学习变得生动起来。她也总是会说一些笑话给我们听，这些笑话总能让我们成功的记住相关英语知识。有一次，Miss张为了让我们记住有day前面就一定有on时，她对我们说：on和day是一家人，是一辈子都不能分开的。还让我们把on和day用一个爱心连起来，这让我记忆非常深刻，因为太形象了啊！后来，每次考试在填空题或者选择题里有这题时，我就会想起“一家人”和“爱心连接”，这样我从来没有在这上面错过。Miss张真厉害，居然想到用这种方式让我们记忆知识点，而且不容易忘记！

Miss张的年龄应该是我们的阿姨辈了，但是我总觉得她就像是我们的大姐姐一样宠着我们。有一次，Miss张双手反背在身后站在走廊里眺望操场，她手里拿了一个袋子，里面有花生酥等许多小食物。我和王奕茹一下课就看到了，于是我倆偷偷摸摸地走到她背后，盯着食物袋，悄悄嘀咕着里面有些什么好吃的。这时Miss张忽然转过身来，我们两个吓了一跳，她也被我们吓了一跳，心里肯定在想：咦，这两个小丫头跟在我后面做什么？她疑惑地看了我们一眼就往办公室走去。我和王奕茹一看大事不好，美食要跑了，就赶紧追上Miss张。我们可怜巴巴地看着她，忽闪忽闪着我们的小眼睛，眼神还不时瞄向她手里的食物袋。我想Miss张应该是读懂了我们的眼神，因为她的嘴角藏着一抹笑，还给了我倆一人一个花生酥，不过她让我们不要告诉别人，说这是我们三个人的秘密。我和王奕茹开心地跑回了教室。

Miss张就是这样，表面似乎很严肃，其实内心充满了童趣。她真的是一个有趣的老师，会跟我们一起笑，一起闹，教我们英语知识时也给我们带来了快乐。谢谢您，Miss张！

On Sense of Responsibility

By sense of responsibihty， we mean the realization of one＇s task， duty or obligation。 As a teacher， one should he reslonsible to the students。 As a student， one should recognize his or her duty and should be blamed if one fails to carry out one＇s duty。

Duty calls for the students to study hard。 It is no easy task。 I have to plnck up my courage， face the difficulties and accept thechallenge。 I must be responsible re myself for everything I do。

Now my heart isheavy with the burden of senseof responsibility。 The pressure lends to my care and worry， but I should be thankful for it。 This sense of responsibility spurs me to go on。 I must make steady progress in study， My ability and attitude toward life and study concerns not only the school， but also my own future。 To have a good position in society， to repay my parents， teachers and the school leaders for their kindness， I must study hard。 Relying on my own efforts I want to be my best self。

From now on， I will read books that I do not like to read， and do things that I do not like to do。 In fact， there is no absolute like or dislike。 The more you read， the more you are interested in reading。 I have had such personal experience。 Therefore， I can carry on to the end， doing things in which I am uninterested to the end。 It concerns my future。

责任感

所谓责任感，就是认识到自己的任务、职责和义务。作为一个老师，要对学生负责；作为学生，应认识到自己的职责，如果不履行职责，就应受到责备。

责任要求学生努力学习，这任务可不轻，我得鼓起勇气，面对困难，接受挑战。我必须对自己所做的一切负责。

现在，我心里的责任感比任何时候都沉重，这种压力给我带来烦恼和苦衷，但我又要感谢这种责任感对我的鞭策。我必须学得踏实，因为我现在所做的一切不仅仅为在学校有个交代，也为自己未来在社会上有一席之地，以报答父母、老师和学校领导的厚爱。我必须努力学习，依靠个人努力而完善自我。

今后，我要看不喜欢看的书，做不喜欢做的事，事实上，没有绝对的喜欢和不喜欢。书是越读越有趣，我有切身体会。因此，我要把不感兴趣的事做到底，这关系到我的未来。
