7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

今年最难忘的就是元宵节了，那天的天气不怎么好，但街上人山人海，大街小巷都挂着五颜六色的灯笼，真是美丽极了。

This year, the most memorable is the Lantern Festival, the day the weather

is not so good, but the streets are crowded with people, the streets are hung

colorful lanterns, it is beautiful.

我和爸爸、妈妈、姐姐、弟弟一起到了中山公园，中山公园的大门在工人叔叔和阿姨们的巧手下被彩灯和其他材料，装饰得特别漂亮。大门上挂着几百个火红的彩灯，就好像红红的太阳，带着微笑，欢迎每个朋友的到来。我们随着人群来到中山公园内，里面的彩灯更好看。我看到一个“美丽的城堡”，代表着美丽祖国的大好河山。还有的彩灯上是叔叔阿姨们用彩纸和其它材料做成的小，朋友在那里跳起了美丽的舞蹈。真让我看得眼花缭乱。

I and my father, mother, brother and sister went to Zhongshan Park,

Zhongshan Park door lights and other materials in the hands of workers and their

uncle aunt, decorated very beautiful. There are hundreds of red lights on the

gate, like the red sun, with a smile, welcome every friends arrival. We came to

Zhongshan Park with the crowds, and the lights were better. I saw a beautiful

castle “ ”, represents the beauty of the motherland beautiful rivers and

mountains of a country. There are lights on is the uncles and aunts with colored

paper and other materials made of small and beautiful dance friends there. It

really makes me look dizzy.

今年的元宵节，真是使我无法忘怀。

This years Lantern Festival is really something I cant forget.

Today is the first day of the New Year, the morning of fresh air and sunshine, mother took me to feel the New Years day outside the atmosphere. Street vehicle comings and goings, flowing very lively, mother took me to the supermarket to buy things, supermarket bustling, originally people rush to buy New Year gift! My mother said he wanted to buy a toy, I say: "I is the big kid dont car these toys, it would save some money to buy school things," then I will take some learning supplies and a cake billet to do our own cake to celebrate New Years day. On the way back to my grandmas I saw many shops, supermarkets in glass written on New Years day wishes everybody happy, return to my grandmas I took the cake billet and brother in above the text is made. Less than half an hour a nifty bright homemade cake will appear in the present, this is really a happy New Year!

时间如同长了一双翅膀，飞到了年末。可是雪精灵却还未到，没有看到银装素裹的雪景真是可惜。但是一年一度的元旦节却是准时报到，只是年年元旦几乎都一样的度过，今年会有所不同吗?元旦有三天的小长假放，这着实让我开心了一把，要知道初三...

下雪了。在那年元旦，我还在家乡的小城里苦读高三。因为离家较远，元旦的假期时间又短，我只好独自蜷缩在宿舍的一隅。空旷的宿舍，是那样的宁静。透过冷冰冰的窗子，凝望着窗外满世界飞舞的雪花，心中涌动着无限的酸楚和惆怅。

老鼠们准备过一个快乐的元旦，就在这时，一件让人说不出是什么感受的事情发生了。这不，天气越来越冷，老鼠哥哥穿上了小鼠奶奶给做的棉袄，老鼠妹妹也有一件，可是爱美之鼠怎会穿棉袄呢?老鼠哥哥可不爱美，只要能有穿的就行呗，哪里还管...

伴着祥云朵朵，我们送走了XX，送走了旧日烦恼，迎来了新的一年，新的风光。XX年的第一天元旦，已悄然来临。起床了!起床了!妈妈大声的叫喊着，好事就九天之上的雷霆，轰隆隆!真是如雷贯耳!

我把一束鲜花工工整整地放在自己的胸前，慢慢地走到了演员的身前。献花的我本应该离演员一定距离，走近时要先向演员行队礼，再把花递上去，转身回来前要先退后两步。元旦的晚上，蔡老师带我去电影院听新年音乐会。

今天不知怎么的，乍往街上一看，到处都是红红火火的，张灯结彩，令我实在是纳闷儿，今儿个是什么日子，值得人类这样高兴?不管了，反正是好日子，就出去逛逛吧，反正会有好东西的!
