More and more college students, in recent years, are finding it difficult

to find jobs. This may sound strange since college students used to be the "most

favored" people in society. They have received a higher education, hence they

are more intelligent, knowledgeable than their counterparts who failed to attend

college. But chances are that some of them can hardly find jobs after graduating

from colleges.

There are two reasons that account for this strange phenomenon. One is that

some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world

around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such

factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant

to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the

majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As

a result, they canonly sit and miss opportunities.

To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own

strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the

job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to

material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future

development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they

should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of

society.

About two weeks from now, college students will begin to enjoy their long summer holidays. Many are looking for odd jobs, of which tutoring is almost the most popular one.

These students say, by doing pan-time jobs, they can not only make some money for next terms tuition, but also enrich their holidays. They prefer to be tutors because this has more to do with what they have learned in class.

there are many causes for this disquieting phenomenon and we should try to solve

2008年金融海啸，美国著名的老牌投资银行雷曼兄弟破产，消息一出，震惊世界。因为商界一直有Too Big To Fall(太重要以至于不能倒下)的潜规则，所以当这个有着158年的超级投行的最终倒下，也说明了此次金融危机的影响之深。

国家不幸诗家幸，人们预计马上好莱坞就会投资拍摄相关影片。影迷已经手拿爆米花等在电影院里，不成想等来却是老态龙钟刚刚出狱的哥顿·盖科(《华尔街2：金钱永不眠》)和头戴棒球帽永远在挑战山姆大叔的胖子迈克·摩尔(《资本主义：一个爱情故事》)。两部影片，前者竟让资本大鳄有了亲情的概念，后者虽有出色的资料整理和剪辑观念，但是又失之艺术气息。

直到2011年圣丹斯电影节，狮门影业慧眼识珠，迅速拍下这部由名不见经传的导演初哥J·C·陈多尔、凯文·史派西、杰瑞米·艾恩斯、扎克·昆图等数名男星共同主演的影片的发行权。美国以及全球的观众，才得以欣赏到好莱坞第一部能够如此清晰的解析金融危机起源的精彩独立制作影片。

影片讲述的正是2008年金融风暴之前的24小时内，一个老牌投资银行内发生的所有事情。根据影片的阐述，投行在三年内经营了一款将不同信用评级整合在一起的抵押债券，在发行了大量该类债券后才最终清楚其风险性，但是为时已晚，由于杠杆效应，一旦出现下跌，公司需要赔付的价值甚至远远高于公司的总值。而就在此时，“补仓”的抉择出现在了众人的面前。投行老板图尔德描述此情此景为“音乐停了，风暴来了”。

影片完美的遵循了古典戏剧的三一定律，一天之内，一个故事、同一个场景，变化的只是人物的语言、状态和失焦的摩天大楼窗外景色。影片的终极问题，也和经典戏剧一样——当面对矛盾时，人如何选择，或者，用另一句话来说，什么是对，什么是错。对于影片中的人物来说，选择就是，卖掉不良资产，还是破产。当交易部的头目山姆拒绝将不良资产转移给同行的时候，他认为：“我们正在把毫无价值的东西卖出给自己的交易伙伴，我们正在搞垮别人的事业，彻底的。以后，没有人会买我们的东西。”这是一个从事了34年金融工作的行家里手心中的职业操守，同时也是一个金融从业人员的“盗亦有道”，毕竟自己手下的股票经纪人们即将把手中大笔的不良债权和股票卖给自己建立起程度相当深的买家、交易员和客户。如果成功，投行可能会幸免于难，但是金融业会受到巨大冲击，同时，自己也将从此上了同行的黑名单。

信奉曹操信条“宁肯我负天下人”的老板图尔德则认为，有必要“让公司走自己的路，哪怕让其他公司无路可走”。别忘了这位精神领袖对于自己员工——金融从业人员的教诲是：“更快、更狡猾或者干脆作弊”。也许正是这种认识，使得他轻而易举的选择了将债券和股票抛售的做法。

绝妙的是， 对于自己挑起的，即将到来的金融危机，图尔德认为：“1937年、1957年、1984年、1987年，1997年，2000年，都一样，周而复始，这种情况一直会发生，我们改变不了什么，我们只不过是控制不住自己罢了。我们只不过是采取措施，做对了我们赚一笔，做错了横尸街头。”图尔德对于金融危机的宿命式总结，精准的令人无可辩驳。

最后风险评估员彼得问山姆，转嫁掉不良资产是否正确时，山姆反问“对谁来说”，彼得回答“我不知道”，山姆则替人们回答：“我也不知道。”事实也是这样，当一个组织或者团体的规模以及带来的影响过于强大的时候，个人的属性就被衰减的无比渺小。在这种情况下，对错之间的界限就会开始模糊。一个错误的决定，既来自一个集合，也来自一个个人。不过，毕竟金融危机发源于这个万恶的投行，最终苦果却要世人均摊。即便资产缩水，拥有高薪的金融从业者也一定比工鞋阶层好过，这估计也是纽约“占领华尔街”运动兴起的原因。

有趣的是，影片在拍摄的时候，“占领华尔街”运动并未开始。不过《商海通牒》毫不遮掩的曝出了投行中各个级别的年薪数目，最初级的如彼得和赛斯，大约为25万美元，交易组头目威尔250万，大老板图尔德自然更是高的没边，9千万的分红和年薪，身价数十亿。单凭这不平等到极点的工资条，就足以被工薪阶层棒杀。但是，话说回来，那些聚集在华尔街，举牌抗议的示威者，又是否真的无辜到可以随便向华尔街大鳄们扔出石头?一个席卷全球的金融危机，起源又是否只是投行的金融精英闯下的大祸?对此，导演给出了自己的答案。

片中有一个场景，评估员塞斯问长官威尔，这次的危机会给平常人带来的影响，威尔这样反击塞斯的内疚：“这些普通人，他们想要的生活就是香车豪宅，但是他们根本负担不起。这就是为什么我们这么重要，我们是他们豪华生活的根本原因。我们用手指在他们天平的一端压了一下，我们抽走手指，那时候才是真正的公平社会，但是他们马上就会不干。他们想要我们给的东西，但是又喜欢假装不知道这些东西是怎么来的。他们装伪君子比我强多了，去他们的吧。”当听到来自不同阵容的致命攻击时，不知占领华尔街的将领们，会作何感想。向来热衷于超前消费观念的美国人民，在使用信用卡预支舒适生活，利用金融衍生品大赚金钱的时候，是否也曾在心中暗暗担心过这样的一天?

影片的结尾，投行成功将大部分债券和股票分摊给了更多的同行，一场危机已经在所难免。山姆来到前妻家的草坪，为自己死去的老狗挖一份坑穴，面对早已形同陌路的前妻，和因为肝部肿瘤而辞世的宠物，山姆擦干眼泪，奋力铲向地面。直到画面消失字幕升起，铁锹与地面的撞击声依然冲击着观众的神经，令人怀疑，死去的究竟是老狗，还是其他的什么?
