第二个礼拜，我参加了舞蹈冬令营，每天都有不同的课程，例如：芭蕾舞、现代舞、武功…等。一整个礼拜下来，使我的舞技更好了。二月十三号星期日，我们全家 去苗栗的苑里玩，主要是要找我外婆的姐姐，不过也有去别的地方参观，例如：妈祖庙、廖府先生庙…等，不能不一提的是，那里有一家卖肉圆的四十年老店，超级 好吃!令人齿颊留香，回味无穷…

不过印象中最深刻的还是回南部时，看到满一百岁的阿祖，虽然她已是一百岁的高龄，不过她的身体还是很健康，可以跑步、走路，都没有生病，可见平日的身体保养是多么的重要啊!

今年我的寒假生活过的很充实、很快乐，也得到许多收获，希望明年的寒假、暑假，都能像这次一样，有个美好的回忆。

再次，出去走亲戚时一定要做到文明礼貌、尊敬长辈。过年时要向老师们和长辈们拜年。

大年初一的早上，一切都是那么的热闹，太阳还没“起床”可天已经蒙蒙亮了。而那空中放鞭炮放出来的烟更是给这个早晨笼上了一层轻纱，一切仿佛都是一场梦。

初一我们先来到了江南水乡——乌镇，初二去了四大古都之一南京，初三去了别有洞天的金华双龙洞。我就重点来讲讲金华双龙洞吧!

像去了北京一定要去万里长城一样，去我金华一定要去双龙洞走走。我们已经到了双龙洞洞口，不知道里面会给我们带来怎样精彩、刺激的旅程呢?我迫不及待的冲了进去，刚到洞口我便看见三艘电动船，每艘船上最多能躺6人。电动船开动了，我们想拍一张照都难，眼前就是那光滑的石头，果然和叶圣陶先生写的《记金华的双龙洞》一模一样呀!

下了船，首先映入眼帘的是名为“将军护腿”，里面是一块极其像腿的石头，外面的小石头仿佛是这护腿的装饰，小巧玲珑的好看极了。其次是“老寿星望仙桃”、“小龙宫殿”和“龟蛇大战”，“老寿星望仙桃”可真是名不虚传，一块岩石上面有一朵类似于祥云的岩石，而“祥云”上面踩着的正是白发苍苍的老寿星，老寿星抬着头仿佛正在张望着什么，噢，老寿星张望的不正是那仙桃吗?看上去就让人垂涎三尺!参观结束之后便是精彩有趣的冒险之旅，你可以选择走也可以不走，这权力掌握在你自己的手中，这次冒险用最快的速度也要40几分钟，所以说这次冒险的路很长但还是很多人参加了，我看了一下竟有三分之一是老年人，孩子就没几个，最多的还是年青人，不过那些年青人远远不如我们这些孩子呢!

As a middle school student, I learn many subjects, I study so hard every day. When I get home, I will do my homework and then go over the book. 接下来就是比赛踢毽子了。谁如果有三个人出的一样，那就他们三个人在一组，其他两个人只能自认倒霉，但是也得心服口服。结果我和表哥表姐一组，姐姐和弟弟在一组。我们把毽子放在手上，然后扔出去用右脚踢，我一次踢三四个，表格跟我差不多，只有表姐最厉害，她一次也能踢十几个，但是弟弟一次只能踢二三个。打不过我们，到了最后我们赢了，姐姐他们输了。

刚踢完毽子没多久，就跑进去看电视，边看边吃，一种神仙般的感觉逍遥自在，就在我们刚看完《天路八部》、《碧血剑》，《神雕侠侣》，《天国的嫁衣》时，就已经到了中午了。我问妈妈要20元钱，要去小店买吃的买玩得。到了小店，我买好多的东西只剩二元了。她们一看我手中的东西，便一拥而上，抢完了便一哄而散。到了最后吃的吃完了，玩的玩完了，什么都没有了，只剩下一些家里的吃的了。

吃完没多久，就吃年夜饭了，桌子上放满了好吃的菜，真是太好吃了，我们吃啊吃啊就吃菜里的冰山一角，还多着呢。接下来是给压岁钱，每人给一百元，加起来有一千多元。到了晚上，我们又看了《春节联欢晚会》看到二点多才睡觉。

真的是快乐的一天，我希望在新的一年里我每天都能这么快乐。

Today we visited Red Star Farm.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

About two hours later, we arrived. On arriving there, we were given a warm

welcome by the farm workers. Then one of the workers showed us around the farm.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.

今天我们参观了红星农场。

寒假里，我最大的收获就是学会了炒“盐水花生”。

那天是星期六，工作了一周的母亲一定很辛苦，好不容易有个双休日，应该让她好好歇歇。于是，我对母亲说：“今天的菜我来做，就炒‘盐水花生’吧!”母亲说：“你就试试吧!”

我把一勺盐放入一小半碗水里，用筷子搅拌均匀，让盐融化在水里。我把调好了的盐水放到一边。又把一碟花生米放入锅里，然后把锅放到液化气灶上，打开电子开关，顿时从小孔里窜出蓝莹莹的火，那火苗在锅底周围不停地跳跃。我炒了一会儿，哎呀，不好了，有几粒花生冒烟了，眼看就要糊了。情急之中我想起了母亲每次炒花生时，都点小火，我怎么点这么大的火呀!我马上把火调小了。我又炒了几下，想：是不是该放盐了?我尝了一粒花生，感觉还不行。过了一会儿，我又尝了一粒，又觉得还不到时候。就这样，我一边炒，一边尝，尝得我都分不清是生的还是熟的了。唉，还是搬救兵吧。于是，我把母亲叫来，母亲笑着说：“你太心急了炒‘盐水花生’要有耐心，要等到花生变成红黄色，发出香味时再放盐水。”于是，我又开始炒起来，慢慢地发现花生渐渐变成了红黄色，我又尝了一粒，哇!真香啊。我把盐水倒进锅里。“滋啦”一声，锅被一层白雾笼罩着。我又开始翻炒起来。过了一会儿，红色的花生穿上了一件银白色的外套。我想：花生一定好了。我把花生盛到盘子里。

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home

in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.
