我的妈妈也有严厉的一面。这不，星期六早上我正在作英语作业，妈妈在给我整理以前的考试卷子出现的错题。突然，我听见妈妈的吼声：“芊芊这是哪一次的考试卷子呀？我怎么没有看见过呀？阅读题作得这么马马虎虎呀？”妈妈大人，因为卷子太难了，我不愿意去深入思考，就草草地写出了答案。妈妈听我说完，更是火冒三丈了，眉毛拧成了一团，猛地站起来，狠狠地拍了一下桌子说：“别说了，你怎么有这么多理由？”我无话可说，也不敢反抗，只得听妈妈罗罗嗦嗦了。妈妈看着我很无奈的样子便语重心长地说：“孩子，妈妈不是批评你就不爱你，你要是平时做事这么不认真的话，养成了习惯，以后你作任何事都会马马虎虎，那会惹出大乱子的。你要是当医生，就会给病人开错药方，你要是当会计师，就会算错账，给公司带来损失。遇到困难不要怕，想尽办法去解决，你就会有进步的。”我终于知道了妈妈是用另一种方式来爱我。

妈妈对我89岁的太姥姥的爱也是无微不至的。每天晚上都会起夜看太姥踢没踢被子，睡没睡好。每天陪者她在屋里遛弯，给太姥洗衣、单独做饭、剪指甲……，她们的关系非常亲密。我从中明白了一个道理，一定要孝敬你的长辈。

点点滴滴的事情都体现出妈妈的爱。我真想说一句：“妈妈我爱你！”

Its important for us to be healthy all our life. We cant study or work well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. If we live in a high-rise, we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."
