但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：

一、读得形式不够多：

在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。

二、牵着学生走：

课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。

我个人认为，激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”，“玩”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。在教学中我们应该做到如下几点：

一、面向全体，分层教学

在游戏教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的游戏要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力反应速度等，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。

二、组织得法，严谨有序

做好游戏的组织工作，做到有条不紊，活而不乱。小学生天性爱游戏，争强好胜，有些学生做起来容易忘乎所以，甚至在课堂上，有时会情不自禁地高声喊，因此，首先，有开始游戏之前讲清规则。纪律要求，评分标准，防患未然。在游戏过程中即使还出现一些混乱，要能理解学生的心理，不一味批评，而是积极讲清楚，在集体活动中，大家应该遵守规则。

三、适时适度

一、优化词汇输入教学，丰富词汇知识积累

词汇是一篇文章最基本的组 成要素。头脑中如果没有一定数量的、且处于鲜活状态的词汇，就无法写出好文章。要写出好的文章，就必须善于从众多的词语中选择和运用最恰当的词语。因此， 加强词汇教学、扩大和丰富学生的词汇量是提高学生写作能力的基础工作。克拉申的“语言输入假说模式”认为：正确和恰当的语言输入将会使语言学习的效果更 佳。

最佳语言输入的两个必要条件：

1)密切相关的

反思自己是成为忠贤的必经之路。曾子曰：“吾日三省吾身：为人谋而不忠乎？与朋友交而不信乎？传不习乎？”曾子强调我们要对每一天的每一件事都加以反思，然后从这些事情中吸取教训，使自己更加完美。反思的过程同样也是一个与自己独处的过程。黄永武在他的文章中写道“独处可以养精、养气、养神、养德…”所以反思可以收摄精神，凝聚生命的全力，因此便有“思一分，慧一分”的效果。

人们习惯于站在整个社会的公平、公正的角度看待问题，依据人的基本道德准则去评判问题，这是社会正义感的表现。同样，它也有一个弊端，那就是：谴责别人自私的人自己本身有可能不大度、不慷慨，类似于《寡人之于国也》中的一句话“以五十步笑百步，则何如？”。因此，我们要反思自己，是不是“五十步之人”，是不是陷入了思维的怪圈。

与反思自身同等重要的是人与人之间的沟通与交流。如果那位太太没有只通过窗户看待世界的话，是不是她的认知就不一样？是不是她不会抱怨？是不是她会和对面楼的人家成为很好的朋友？反观社会，如果人们放下手机，放下平板电脑，真真正正地去观察这个世界，会不会比从电子产品上得到的更有意义？

还记得小的时候，在老家，于一场大雨中活蹦乱跳。而现在，路上行人匆匆，车与车互不相让，人与人之间信任越来越小，人们无论干什么都是一种很急躁的样子。平板电脑、手机、名牌包包，它们在大雨面前不堪一击，大家小心翼翼地饱管这些东西，于是大雨成了阻碍。倘若我们什么都没有，也不怕淋湿衣服和鞋子，痛痛快快地淋一场。

与其抱怨下雨，还不如抛却名贵着装，就像是擦去窗户上的污渍一样，丢掉一切，简简单单。

所以，不要让窗户越来越脏，不要把自己围得越来越小。

[反思与沟通高中作文

对于农村小学教学来说，作文成了语文教师的一大难题，习作成了学生望而生畏的科目。为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。通过这次学习，加之自己十多年来的教学经验，本人认为，小学作文有效教学应注重以下几点。

一、注重平时积累。

作文也像语文基础知识、阅读一样需要积累，比如好词、佳句、精彩片段等。

1、根据课文内容来积累。“重视文本”也是新课标的要求，而且很多课文的思考练习中都出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段，摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习，让学生在背诵时感受语言文字的优美，摘抄中积累材料。如果学生能掌握一些好词佳句就为写作做好了铺垫，能够让他们有词可用、有话可说。比如：在教完《拉萨的天空》这课后，就为学生以后写熟悉的景物作铺垫。

2、通过写日记来积累。坚持写日记是积累材料的最好方式，也是练笔的最佳途径。由于日记的内容很广，可写听到的、可写看到的、也可写想到的。总之，自己的喜怒哀乐都可无拘无束地表现出来，这样就让学生有一个自由表达的空间，也能够写真实的事情。比如：每搞完一次大扫除，都可让学生把当时的情景和感受用日记的形式写出来。

二、注重学以致用，结合实际及时指导。

小学生的知识有一定的局限性，教师结合课文和生活实际及时指导很重要。大家都知道《在大海中永生》是一篇饱含深情的文章，我在教完这篇课文后，举行了一次“我思念的xx”为主题班会活动。要求学生把自己最思念的亲人(不管是生离的，还是死别的)用几句话描述出来。同学们踊跃发言，其中有一位女同学是这样说的“每逢佳节倍思亲！”是啊，转眼间一年的中秋节又到了，半年前与妈妈分别的情景又浮现在我的眼前，记得妈妈要去外出打工的前一天夜晚，我总跟在她身旁，她出去我跟着，她睡觉我伴着，而且我还紧紧地捏着她的手，生怕她即将离去。第二天，我早早地起床了，发现妈妈提着包已跑出了家门，我连头也没梳，散着发就在后面追，我边追边喊，妈妈也边跑边抹泪。到了夜晚，我觉得房子里空荡荡的，怎么也睡不着，只好抱着妈妈睡过的枕头闻闻她留下的体味！这样的描写最感人，学生也能说真话、实话。

三、注重作文的评价。

教师的评价对学生十分重要。评价得当，能激励学生敢于作文、乐于作文，因而对学生的文章不能千篇一律，也不能一棒打死。应根据不同水平的学生给予不同要求的评价，对基础好的学生要有较高的要求，基础差的哪怕是用了一个好词、一个佳句也应该及时表扬。记得有一次，我发现一个平时作文很差的学生在文章中准确地用了一个表示时间过得很快的词“刹那间”，于是我在批语中这样写道：今后能多看点书，认真作好记录，教师相信你的作文会更上一层楼！这样做，能让一些差生得到鼓励，看到希望。

总之，作文教学不是件容易的事，教师必须在教学理论中不断探索，在教学实践中获得。
