一、当前语文学习的现状

1.基础差。我们所在学校的生源大多来自山区和坝子，优秀的学生大部分被民族中学、城里的学校所选择，条件稍好一些的少许学生也纷纷到城里读书，剩下的优秀学生甚少。我校有百分之五十的学生对拼音学习很吃力，不会正确注声调，不能完整的拼读生字，多音字不能正确区分，同音字、同义字相互代替，滥用成语，作文记流水帐、病句多、重复嗦、没有内容、写字潦草，不会预习、不会复习，做综合性学习更是难上加难，更谈不上读一些课外书籍，学习始终处于一种被动状态。百分之三十的学生稍微能跟上老师，但思维不灵活；百分之十五的学生很聪明，但不愿意多学，投机取巧；只有百分之五的学生学习有奔头。

2.环境影响。丽江旅游经济的发展，推动了周边地区的经济，许多家庭卖地租房，手头也就宽裕，他们不再追求知识改变命运。同时，现在村子毕业的大学生进入服务业的较多，因为考取事业单位、公务员难上加难，村民们认为反正自家的孩子以后只有进入服务行业，晚进不如早进，读不读书效果都一样，对孩子的要求也就降低了。村民的价值观一发生了变化，孩子学习更加失去了兴趣，没了奋斗目标，更不要说学好语文了。

3.学校理念。众所周知，语文在所有学科的比例中最重，但依学校实际情况来看，却是语文次于数学和英语。因为他们认为在农村语文再提高也不会超过城里的学生，能提高的幅度小，而且费时费力。而理科可以在很短的时间内得到提高。到了初三，更是如此，甚至有些班主任还会对课后看语文的学生进行干涉。在这样理念的灌输下，学生对语文课的学习就可想而知了。

二、对当前状况的反思

谁都知道语文是需要日积月累，不可能一蹴而就，它对一个人的影响是深远的。面对这些具体情况，我不断探索，总结了两点：

1.在课堂中创设诱人情境，点燃激情的火花。孔子说：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”爱因斯坦也说：“兴趣是最好的老师。”可见，爱好和兴趣在学习活动中的重要性。因此，我们就要在语文课堂中，根据教材特点积极创设愉快的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，活跃课堂气氛，让学生充分发挥自己的主观能动性。如讲到杜甫的《石壕吏》，有的同学提出他们要自己诠释，在课堂占主权的我有点诧异，但看他们真诚的眼神，我同意了，给他们课后准备一周的时间。等到一周以后，他们准备了话剧，同时加上自己丰富的想象，把拓展题也完成了。不但把握了人物特点，记住了课文内容，理解了人物的情感，还当堂完成背诵，收到了意想不到的效果。一场表演，对于城里的学生来说不足为奇，可是，对农村学生来说，这一次大胆的尝试，让他们尝到了甜头，找到了自信。以后的古诗词可以尽量让他们去展示，不拘泥于一格。通过这次，我发现，尽量可以朝这个方向发展。

2.学习李元昌老师“不求一日分数高低，但求未来无限发展”的大语文素质教育，致力于调动不同层次学生的内在动力，让每个学生都看到自己的潜能，循循善诱。因为在农村，只要你考不上高中，父母不会再强迫你读书，很多同学都走上各行各业的道路。鉴于这样的考虑，教会学生写通知、失物招领、告示等各种应用文体；同时，让学生读名著，提高自己的素养，拓宽自己的眼界，这样，对走上工作岗位的学生来说，会建立一个正确的人生观、价值观，不至于失去人生目标；对于继续深造的同学来说，会成为一个你不断发展的宝库，引你不断发掘。

Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. I was appreciating the beautiful lake when a scene that didn’t go with its harmony came into my eyes. 2、要善于运用短语

3、要避免汉语思维

用词要符合英语习惯，避免汉语思维的影响，如某些名词和动词搭配已约定俗成，不能随意打乱其搭配习惯，否则会显得生硬和词不达意。如汉语中的“学到知识”，英语中就不能说“learn knowledge”，而要说acquire knowledge (获得知识) 。类似的动宾结构还有achieve success (获得成功)，gain reputation (获得声誉)，attain ones end (达到目的)等。

二、造句方面：句式要准确而多变，活用复合句

简单句用得太多，会造成文章读起来乏味。在评卷员看来，同样意思的内容，能够运用比较复杂的句式结构来表达，当然会认为其运用语言的能力要比只会用简单句来表达要强，评分自然就高。

1、巧用非谓语动词

运用非谓语动词，可使文句看起来更简洁，使语言更加丰富多彩，重点更加突出，增加文采。如：

2、巧用with复合结构

“with+名词/代词+现在分词/过去分词/形容词/副词/介词”结构，常作伴随状语以增加被描绘内容的生动性和情感性，使文章读起来更简洁明了。试比较：

I couldnt go on studying with so much noise troubling me. (高级)

3、巧用复合句

高考评分标准强调使用语法结构的数量和复杂性，鼓励考生尽量使用较复杂的结构，并且对由此产生的错误采取了宽容的态度。如果恰当运用各类从句，就会使文章出彩。

如：(定语从句) Whats more，people have easy access to the Internet，which enables them to send and receive e-mails whenever they like.

4、巧用倒装句、感叹句、强调句、虚拟语气句等

使用这些句式可使文章化平淡为生动，加强语气，使评卷老师感受作者的强烈情感。

5、巧用排山倒海句

三、谋篇方面：结构要清晰而流畅，巧用过渡词

众所周知，语言的最高层次不是传统语法所说的句子，而是语篇。语篇指的是一系列连接的语段或句子构成的语言整体。一篇好的文章不但句子正确，要点齐全，更重要的是有效地使用了语句间的连接成分。因此，恰当使用好连接性的词语和句子，是使作文获得高分的一个重要因素。

小数在我们日常生活中应用十分广泛，我为 学生创设了一个按高矮顺序给小朋友排队的情境，出示的数据有 80 厘米、 1 米 45 厘米、 0.95 米、 1.32 米，这都是一些不同单位、不同形式的数据，不便于比较。在实际生活和计算中，有时需要把不同计量单位数据进行改写，将它们改写成相同计量单位再进行比较。这时我先让学生在没有改写的情况下，先试着按身高进行排队并谈谈感受。

一、设计悬念，激发兴趣

学生发现这些数据计量单位不同，很难一下就排好队。如果单位相同的话，就能很快排好队。于是我采取小组合作的讨论形式，让学生展开交流如何把 80 厘米化为（ ）米，学生发现这道题也就是将单名数改写成小数，同时学生通过讨论还发现了两种改写方法：一种是直接利用计量单位的关系，另一种是利用低级单位改写成高级单位的数要除以进率，再联系小数点位置移动引起小数大小变化的规律。大多数学生采取的是第二种方法，其实这两种方法都是可取的，这时应鼓励学生无论用哪种方法，只要方法正确，都是可以的，这里我应该强调一下。

二、鼓励在做中积累经验

将 1 米 45 厘米化为（ ）米，这是属于将复名数改写成小数的情况，这比单名数改写为小数稍微难一些。我没有给他们任何提示，做之前让学生自主探索改写的方法，这对班上中下面学生来说有一定难度，因此我参与到学生的讨论中，及时对部分学生进行帮助，指导学生认真掌握复名数改写成小数改写的方法。通过学习 80 厘米和 1 米 45 米的改写还有一个关键就是要让学生学会归纳改写方法。一个学生不光要学到知识，还要学会表达。

有些事情是可以教的，但创新意识不是靠教师教出来的，是：“做出来的”，是学生在各个学习环节中不断亲身经历、不断锻炼、不断积累而形成的。因此，我们 因坚持在“做”中培养学生的问题意识，从而逐步提升学生的创新意识。

If we accept our imperfect side, we will live in the easy way and can enjoy the life.

[高中英语作文：接纳不完美的一面

培养学生自主学习能力，让合作、探究的理念指导自己的教学，以便更有效地提高课堂教学效率，这是新形势下，我们每位教师都必须思索的现实问题。

我根据名师的经验和专家报告的思想去年在初一尝试了“预习——质疑——讨论——反馈”的四环节小组学习方法，也初步培养了学生的质疑、发现问题的能力，但学生自学的习惯还没有很好地养成，更谈不上学习的兴趣了。我们语文学科的博杂更决定了兴趣、爱好及习惯的重要性，摆在面前的即是作文的老大难问题——如何克服以往的“老师命题，提出要求，学生思考成文，批改收交”学生被动接受的局面，有时毫无兴趣可言，书写起来更谈不上真情流露，相关的批改反馈的针对性及实效性也较差，这种被动消极的作文课我思考了好久决定尝试一种小组合作的学习方法，在开学的三周内，先在12班进行了试验，现把初步的思路简单介绍：

作文课，一反常态，先分析了上次学生作文的得失，由此定出作文的要求及目标。针对上次对新闻事实的叙述交待不清，而提出“合理交代清记叙的要素，交待清楚一件事”的总体要求。

然后各小组在组长的组织下，讨论拟题并简单说说构思，组长示意，老师计时。

静思独立，老师观察各小组的情况。

成文后，组长示意可以写读书笔记。

统一完成后，合作批改。

第一步：交换找优点，评价闪光点，写出主要内容，概括大意。

第二步：再交换挑毛病，指不足(比如错别字，病句等)。

第三步：本人小声读文，动情优美处，大声的读，后品味反思别人的评价，结合自己的感受，对自己提出中肯的建议。

最后，交流心得。每组推一篇美文大家共赏，由作文负责人根据各小组记分，上交由老师根据各小组的情况，找出优缺点，并概括不足(共性的东西)，思考下一次作文要求及目标。

经过这样一改动，学生的作文课上，以小组为单位全部动起来，全身心积极投入，每位同学至少读了三篇同类的作文，又听读了6篇美文，不论从听觉、视觉上都获得很大的收获，相对以往单一，枯燥的形式，学生的积极性，大大提高，小组之间的凝聚力、向心力增强。

由于刚刚开始，毕竟有它的极多不完善的地方，比如时间的分配，各小组时间的不均衡，小组之间成员能力水平的差异等等，决定了我今后将会更加努力去探索、完善。

健康对于我们每个人来说是非常重要的，但你的父母天天忙于工作而忽略了这个问题，你很为他们担忧。请你以此为话题，并结合提示给他们写一封信。

提示：1.要走路去上班，而不是开车或坐车;

2.每周至少去体育馆锻炼一次，或打球、或游泳;
