They say people feel safer and happier close to home. More than any other holiday, Thanksgiving is a celebration of family and home. Many people say that this year they are especially thankful for their families and friends and the good things in their lives. On Thanksgiving, people enjoy a long day of cooking, eating and talking. The traditional meal almost always includes the turkey with a bread mixture cooked inside. Other traditional Thanksgiving food served with turkey are sweet potatoes, cranberries and pumpkin pie. Stores are said to sell more food at Thanksgiving than at any other time of the year, and many people eat more food at Thanksgiving than at any other time of the year. Over the years, Americans have added new traditions to their Thanksgiving celebration. For example, a number off professional and university football games are played on Thanksgiving Day. We couldnt believe that it was a village. The buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. In the middle of the village there was a school with a wonderful building and a large playground. All the children in the village study there.

The farmers got richer by planting vegetables and raising silkworms. In their houses there were colour TV sets, fridges,washing machines, new furniture and even motorbikes. All these showed the farmers life was getting better and better.

The great changes had attracted foreigners. Today some of them would come to visit it. We were happy for the farmers. We hope the farmers will be richer and happier.

这是我考得最差的一次考试，是高一上学期的第一次月考。再次，我深深的反思一下，希望以此警示自己。

语文——基础知识不好，回家没有认真复习背诵，古诗词默写部分错了几个字。《朝花夕拾》的相关资料课后没有看，没做好充分的准备。作文记叙文写得有点跑题，没有抓住其核心内容，没有真情实感和有些语句不通顺势被扣分的主要原因。对此我对以后学习提出改正，上课要仔细听老师讲课，多复习、背诵等，提高写作水平和能力，多练笔，多读书，多参加有益的活动，扩大知识面，做到“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”的境界。

数学——这次考试我最后悔的一件事是倒数第二题，我在抄写时把符号写反了，本来会做的题，为此扣了7分。还有就是X²-kxy+9y²的那道题，由于我考虑问题不够全面，所以只答了一个6，答案是±6。在以后的考试中，我要细心看题，用全面的眼光看待和思考一个问题，不能只知其一，不知其二。并且也要认真仔细的完成老师不值得午练作业。

英语——在这次考试中，完形填空、改句子和翻译句子方面扣分很多。在试卷中有些单词不认识，有些语法不知道。对此，我要上课认真听讲，多读英语的小短文，扩大知识面，牢记老师讲过和学过的知识，争取下次取得一个好成绩。

历史——这次总体来说还是有进步，就是最后的一个大题扣分严重。写出从1919年以来近代先进中国人向西方学习经历了哪些变化?一看问变化，我的脑子就空了，完全找不到答案。回顾中国的近代变化过程，从中感悟是什么?我也完全忘了这道题的标准答案，所以就写出了我自己感悟。无耐，两道题扣掉了5分。另外丢失的几分，就是我基础知识没有背好，选择题扣掉了。以后我要加倍学习，记住每一道题的标准答案，学得更好!

生物——这是我有史以来考的最高分，以前都在82、81分上徘徊。这次考试的主要原因在于平时做的题目太少，有些题换个方式问就不会了，有些题还是基础知识没有记牢。为了再次提高成绩，我买了一本习题开始做练习，认真背诵课本上的内容，我相信有了这次的提高，就一定会有下一次的。

政治——这次考试考的不好。最后一道15分的大题，只得了2分。在考试前，我把所有的题都看了一遍，除了这一题外的其他题我都背过了。可是，它真考了，而且分数还很高，为什么我背过什么它不考什么，我背不过的它偏要考呢?以后我要改正这种饶幸心理，认真准备好，背过所有的问题。

物理——这是物理的第一次考试，但我认为这么简单的题我考这点分数是完全没道理的。有三道题理解错误。以后我要勤于思考，善于发现问题，去解决问题。

地理——问题主要在于对地图的背诵不好。把安徽和浙江的地理位置记反了，把准格尔盆地和柴达木盆地的位置颠倒了，还有一些地理数据没有记清楚。

反思了我高一第一次月考之后，我相信总结了这些经验教训，下一次我肯定能考得更好。

本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

1.加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。

2.狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3.继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。

现在的语文教学注重学生能力的培养，作文教学可谓是语文教学的重点，识字量后，就要进行简单的写话训练。

看图写话，看图是基础，因此我在指导看图上下功夫。看到一幅图时，我学生分步进行观察（1）从整体入手，初步感知图画的主要内容，即这幅图的内容是什么，或谁在干什么。这样做的目的在于培养学生对事物的认识能力和概括能力。（2）细致观察，合理想象，叙述图意。当你叙述是要有一定的顺序，可以由上而下，由近及远，由内到外；如在写语文书上的一幅图时，我让学生看一看近处你都看到了什么，远处有什么，然后再写下来。有时根据图意，让学生思考为什么会有这样的情况的发生，它是怎么发生的。再抓住图中的细节进行观察，如手中拿着什么，他的的表情如何，为什么会有这样的表情等，从而展开想象，进行写话训练。

当引导学生看懂图以后，让学生同桌之间说一说，课上注意启发学生的求异思维。每次在指导学生看图说话、写话时，要注意发展学生的创造性思维。使他们兴趣盎然，劲头越来越高。在说话课上，我经常这样对他们说：“谁能和大家说不一样？”那个同学比刚才那个同学说得更具体、更生动些？”以此鼓励同学说话的兴趣，因为“兴趣是最好的老师”，学生一旦有了说话的顺序，他们就会积极地表达，久而不厌，心情愉快。如果是之前写过的就把写的好的作文读一读。如果实在没有什么满意的作品，在引导学生看懂图以后，我会进行口头作文的教学，教会学生如何才能把图意表达清楚，因为我觉得现在学生还小，词汇量不够丰富，不会表达，这时的示范起到了一个引领指导的作用，学生只要能模仿老师说的内容进行写话，也是一种有效的练习。

The First Day in High School

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as worried.

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new teachers, new classmates etc. It would be a new start for each student. And what I was worried about is that I had no friends here. I wondered if no liked to play with me. Were the teachers strict with students?

一提起作文，不仅让学生头疼，也会让老师头疼。特别是在我们这样偏远的农村中学，许多优秀学生有时见了写作文也会“一声叹息”，就更不用提那些“学困生”了，他们要么简简单单三言两语应付了事，更有的学生干脆不写。问其原因，他们都是振振有词，不会写或者是无事可写，无话可说，要想让他们说爱写作文还真是不容易。看到这种情况，我不禁思索起来：“是啊，他们本身写一两句话都不容易，要他们流畅地写出一篇600字左右的文章，何其难啊！”但是有没有可能激发他们的写作兴趣，让他们也有话可说呢？通过平时在写作教学中有意无意的尝试，我摸索出了几点激发“学困生”写作兴趣的方法：一、选取贴近生活的“学困生”关注的素材。“学困生”总是一副事不关已，高高挂起的态度，不闻不问甚至睡大觉。可是一次训练“缺陷也能变成长处”这一作文时，我问同学们有哪些材料可选，前面的同学纷纷举了贝多芬等经典名人事例后，我又问还有没有其他一些热点的素材呢？正在班上鸦雀无声时，坐在最后的最调皮的大个子韩清同学扯起嗓子喊了起来：“火箭队的布鲁克斯，他在nba里算个子小的，本不适合打篮球，但他作为得分后卫身体灵活，速度快，带领火箭队打败了强大的湖人队！”我一听，感觉眼前一亮，这不正是像他这样的学生关注的适合写作的素材么？于是我马上对他加以肯定和表扬，并鼓励他在自己的作文中就可以运用这些材料。在以后进行作文选材时，因为这些“学困生”对热点事件比那些“优秀生”更关注，我就经常让他们说一说有关热点，这样既激发了他们对作文的兴趣，又为其他同学要提供了很好的平时没有关注的热点素材，真可谓一举两得。由此我们也感受到了这些“学困生”并不是无话可说，而是老师没有挖掘出他们感兴趣的话题和素材来发挥他们的潜力呀！ 二、引进多媒体等“学困生”感兴趣的教学手段  针对许多“学困生”喜欢上网这一特点，我尝试着把多媒体教学适当引入作文课堂，使“黑白”世界变得有声有色，特别是在我们这样的农村学校，多媒体对学生而言还是新鲜事物，更具新鲜感，自然怀有一种猎奇心，进而积极主动地参与其中。

如我在教授《热点素材在作文中的运用》这一内容时，针对08年很多省市的中高考作文出现了汶川地震有关的内容，我就结合这次地震中感人的人物和事迹，从网络上找到了一些相关文字，图片，诗歌等，通过分类组合，配上音乐，利用多媒体展示给学生，连那些平时上课就无精打采，左顾右盼的一些“学困生”看到这些画面后也都鸦雀无声，有的甚至开始抽泣，学生对这些人和事的印象非常深刻，不仅这些写作上的“学困生”也能在作文中自如运用，更让学生在思想上深切感受到人间大爱和真情，激发了学生的凝聚力和爱国热情。这样真正做到了教书育人，特别是让那些“学困生”也能主动参与到写作中来。

三、尊重“学困生”个性，引导他们讲真话，抒真情

在平时的写作时，我们总是习惯于让学生根据教师的要求写作。作文一旦布置下去，学生就没有再选择的余地，甚至连表达的思路、立意都无法选择。这样的作文，学习优秀的学生可能会按照老师要求的模式写下去，而“学困生”们总是要么写一些停留在小学生水平的假大空话，要么干脆不写。可是我在一次作文训练《老师，请你__》时，一位平时一写作文就睡大觉的学生写了一篇《老师，请你也多关注我》，针对教师只关注前面成绩优秀的学生而不管他们这些所谓的“差生”这一现象，发表了自己的观点和看法，表达自己的不满，希望老师的眼光能多看他们一眼。整篇作文可谓情词恳切，表达流畅，写的全是自己和所感、所想。我觉得这篇文章相比来说有创造性，真正做到了“以我手写我心”。原来，这些“学困生”并不是完全不会写作文，而是教师为了应对考试，要求学生为了高分跟着一些套话转，按照固定模式写。而“学困生”往往都有自己的个性，不愿跟着转。我就想，对于这些学困生，为什么不让他们去选择自己写作呢？为什么不能划出更多的自由写作空间呢？他们也需要更多心灵表白，把自己的所思所想写出来。于是，我在以后的作文教学中，对于那些“学困生”，引导他们自由写作，甚至可以让他们自己命题，尽可能让他们选择感兴趣的话题，让他们在自由状态下表达内心的想法，然后加以适当的引导，让作文成为他们表现自己，张扬个性的一面镜子。这样作文竟然也成了他们感兴趣的一课了。

以上几点只是我在作文教学中慢慢尝试、总结出来的，对于“学困生”来说，这些方法确实能起到一定作用。我相信只要教师在教学中用心去发现、尝试，作文课对于“学困生”来说也不会再是一潭吹不起涟漪的死水，让他们也能够容易地对作文说一声“我爱你”！
