一、树立大作文教学观，正确评价学生的作文

学生的活动天地和思维空间会使他们的一些做法显得有些幼稚，想法有些天真，但那是他们真实情感的流露。按照 “写作教学应贴近学生实际，让学生易于动笔，乐于表达，应引导学生关注现实，热爱生活，说真话、实话、心理话，表达真情实感 ”的要求，在作文评价中，要站在学生的角度去欣赏学生的作文，尊重学生的意愿.重视对学生道德品质的培养，教会他们讲真话。只要具体明白、具有真情实感，教师都应给予肯定和鼓励。只有这样，才能使学生从内心出发，写自己想写的、所追求的、所欣赏的，从而激发他们的写作激情，同时促进他们在知、情、意、行等多方面素质的发展。

作文讲评不是单纯的教师评、学生听，而是师生之间、同学之间进行讨论、评议、修改的互动过程，是师生共同参与的教学活动。要想使评讲课上的生动活泼，教师必须根据作文训练的要求和学生作文的实际情况，灵活选择教学方法并不断创新，才能使作文讲评真正起到抛砖引玉、穿针引线的作用。 以欣赏的眼光来，首先要善于肯定。教师要抓住学生争强好胜的心理，在讲评过程中通过设置灵活多样的欣赏环节，如 “榜上有名 ”、 “佳作亮相 ”、 “片段欣赏 ”等，让学生朗读自己的作品，畅谈自己的写作思路。同时还要注意肯定学生自己的相对进步，从而使每个层次的学生都有展示自己的进步和成绩的机会，使被评价者通过他人的赞赏而受到激励。另外我们还可让学生的表现延展至课外，如鼓励他们投稿等，让他们充分 “炫耀 “自己的成果，享受成功的快乐。 其次在欣赏的过程中教师还要注意 “赏中有评 ”。一是教师要善于用富有启迪性、商讨性、趣味性的语言点拨，引导学生共同讨论.各抒己见，让学生用自己的眼光评评好在哪里，妙在哪里，欠缺又在哪里;二是教师要善于激发提高，唤起学生 “我要修改、我要写得更好 ”的心理需求，主动修改自己的习作。值得提出的是，在学生动手修改、互改前，教师一定要强调 “三分文章七分读 ”，并提出相应的要求，切不可草率过场，敷衍了事，这样在具体的欣赏、评析中，学生会产生一种羡慕之心，会自觉不自觉地以别人的优点为榜样，吸收其中对自己需要的东西.自觉投入修改作文的过程中去。 第三教师要抓住共性、突出重点。学生作文出现的共性问题，大致有以下几个方面：一是语句不够通顺;二是应用文的格式存在问题;三是记叙文的 “四要素 ”不全;四是议论文的论点不突出;五是文章的结构顺序比较混乱;六是记 “流水帐 ”，不能突出重点等。这些共性问题，其实都是学生作文的基础问题。评讲中，如果不注意这些共性问题，草草过场，往往它就成为我们作文教学路上的绊脚石，这点不容忽视。但我们又不能蜻蜓点水、面面俱到。因此教师要根据学生在作文中暴露出来的共性问题每次确定一到两个重点进行落实。

三、引领学生自改、互改，切实提高学生的自改能力

叶圣 陶老 先生说过： “作文教学要重在培养学生的自改能力 ”。因此，在讲评中，教师应充分调动学生的积极性，鼓励学生积极大胆地参与到自改、互改中来，引导学生进行自我反思，这是减轻老师工作负担和压力，培养学生动手、用脑等多方面能力的好举措。首先教师要明确修改方向、提出要求，学生对照要求自改;其次学生在自改的基础上进行互改。在这个过程中，学生可以学习到别人是如何触及生活、触及自然的，是如何展开大胆而合理的想象的，又是怎样以真情实感写出新颖的文章来的，在互改中培养学生的合作精神，在合作中相互学习，从而达到相互沟通、交流的目的。再次教师要引领修改，对部分学生进行面对面的评改和交流，用这种引路的方法，鼓励学生认真观察、亲临社会实践，把笔尖探到现实生活中去，从而激发学生的写作兴趣，以自己的真情实感去强化情感。 综上所述，只要我们语文老师能够抓住关键环节，在讲评作文时讲究科学，注重方法的指导和能力的培养，尊重学生的自主权，创造一个和谐、民主、自由、健康向上的学习、育人环境，我们的作文教学水平就一定能上一个新台阶。

作文难写，是很多学生的心声，这一难题就落在语文老师的头上，那么，语文老师，怎样上好作文指导课呢？

一、发挥学生的主体作用。作文指导课要充分发挥学生的主体作用。首先把学习的主动权还给学生。让学生通过读题，找到作文“要写什么，为什么写，怎样写”，教师只在学生不懂或有困难的地方帮助解释即可。其次，教师要注意教给学生学习方法，培养学生独立审题，独立作文的能力。因此，在作文指导课上，教师要教给学生一些规律性的东西，如审题的规律、确立中心、选材的方法、布局谋篇的方法等，只有这样，才能使学生在以后的学习中自如写作。再次，鼓励学生说真话。让学生把自己所听到的、看到的、想到的以及做过的事真实记录下来，哪怕是错的也要如实记录。只有这样，作文才能有血有肉，令人信服，作文的质量才能得到保证。

典范的文章，非常适用于“写”的指导。尤其是教材在安排训练上，很多都照顾到了“读”与“写”相结合。在教学中，教师可以引导学生回忆些范文的写作特点，也可以在学生写作中，遇到实际问题时，引导学生再读课文，从中受到启发，找到方法。

“读”也可以是教材外的内容，在选取内容时，通常是为了解决作文中的某一问题，而选取一个片断，让学生通过阅读，对作文的一些方法有所感知和领会。

四、作文与做人相结合。作文指导课，教师很少关注学生的思想动向，造成一些学生在作文的立意上出问题。

教师必须在指导学生作文时，结合具体的类型作文，同时渗透理想、道德教育。例如：在指导学生写“人物”的作文时，教师一方面要求学生选取先进的典型人物，抓住人物的外貌、语言、动作、神态和心理描写，刻画出人物的特点，启发学生写出人物的高尚品质。

月考的一系列失误，由于马虎失分的多，把自己会做的做错，不后悔才怪呢!以后类似的错误不要再犯，无论做什么马虎总会耽误大局。第二 “画蛇添足”让我吃亏不少，复习资料的时候，要把每个知识点弄清、搞明白，每天学过的知识要及时温习。温故而知新，可以为师矣。

月考，其实并不是多么难，认真、细心的态度会造就一切。

我们的春节是中国人一年中的第一个传统佳节，它标志旧的一年结束，新的一年已经开始。年夜饭，是春节的重要活动之一，中国的百姓家庭对年夜饭极为重视。正月初二，我和爸爸妈妈一起到奶奶家吃年夜饭。

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

《想北平》是老舍先生的散文名篇，语言平实，但蕴涵的感情却非常热烈。学生能读通文章，但真正体会老舍在文字背后的那份炽热感情却很难。学生能读懂文章写了什么，但为什么这么写却很难领悟。基于文本的特点，也基于学生的实际情况，这节课的设计以二期课改的理念为主，遵循《课程标准》“工具性和人文性统一”的原则，回归语文的本源——语言文字。整节课与学生一起读、品，从而使学生真正进入文本。教学时以语言文字的赏析为抓手，由“我的北平”到“象母亲一样的北平”到“象家一样的北平”到“即将失去的北平”，层层推进。整节课学生学得主动、投入，教学效果较好。但遗憾还是有的。文章中某些细节的处理还嫌粗糙，如有些生动的描写，正恰到好处的表现作者的感情，但课堂上细细品位不够。另外，教学时各个环节的勾连还有些牵强。

这个节日的由来逝代中国有一位博学多闻的官吏屈原，他是一位爱民而且又受到尊崇的官吏，但是由於一位充满嫉妒的官吏陷害，从此在朝廷中被皇帝所冷落。由於无法获得皇帝的重视，屈原在忧郁的情况下投汨罗江自尽。

由於对屈原的爱戴，汨罗江畔的居民匆忙的划船在江内寻找屈原，并且将米丢入汨罗江中，以平息汨罗江中的蛟龙。即使他们当时并没有找到屈原，但是他们的行为，直到今天在端午节的时候，仍然被人们传颂纪念著。

The origin of this summer festival centers around a scholarly government official named Chu Yuan. He was a good and respected man，but because of the misdeeds of jealous rivals he eventually fell into disfavor in the emperors court.

Unable to regain the respect of the emperor，in his sorrow Chu Yuan threw himself into the Mi Low river. Because of their admiration for Chu Yuan， the local people living adjacent to the Mi Lo River rushed into their boats to search for him while throwing rice into the waters to appease the river dragons.

Although they were unable to find Chu Yuan，their efforts are still commemorated today during the Dragon Boat Festival.

我校九年级学生，有80%完全不会写作文，即除了“My name is XXX.”“I will. do，” 一个正确的句子都写不出来，剩下的5%也在以下方面存在一些常见的错误：

1、没有理解英语的基本句子成分是“主语”+“谓语”

学生经常出现主语跟谓语不一致，包括句子的谓语用得不恰当，谓语用词跟主语不搭配，一个句子没有主语，或多个句子杂在一起。

比如：学生想说“我母亲总是不让我看电视”，写出来的是“my mother always not be allowed I watch TV.”根本就是直接从汉语逐字翻译成英文的。

出现这样的问题，显然是由于句子的基本结构没有弄清楚。看来在今后教学中还要继续强调，并配合造例句练习。

2、动词短语搭配不准确

比如：“I’m not allowed watch TV.”正确的短语“被允许做某事”应该是“be allowed to do…”。

3、丛句语序和连接词问题

很不理解，为什么强调了那么多次，学生在写作文时，丛句语序还会写错？后者连接词和引导词也老师出错。对于连接词，我在讲的时候也感觉到学生没有理解。我讲解的方法就是把课文里面的丛句拿出来分析其语序和联系词，然后再讲相关语法点，最后举例子让学生造句。语序问题，我还会在将来碰到一次强调一次，相信会有效果。但是联系词我就不知道该怎么让孩子听懂了。

比如：“I don’t know that what should I do”“Could you please tell me should I do?”正确的句子应该是“I don’t know what I should do.”“ Could you please tell me what I should do?”.

以上这些问题让我对如何增强学生作文表达能力有了一个不全面的思考。我觉得，提高学生作文能力必须从七年级入手（小学重点在听说，只需知道what 和 how,不需求甚解；到中学阶段就必须知道why了）。

4、句子使用的句型单一

例如；在一次模拟考试当中英语的考试题目就是如果我当选了班长我会怎么做，做哪些事情，九年级五班的英语课代表张雅就一直用一个句型来写“I will do”，虽然全文当中没有一个错误，但因为句型单一所以值得8分，因此在老师教课的过程中还要不断的给学生讲 作文序加以变换句型且需对语句加以润色。

针对以上问题我以后在讲课文和精读篇阅读理解试题时，要注意以下两点：

1、利用课文逐句帮助学生分析理解英文句子的基本结构，即“主语+谓语”；

2、要求学生把有用的动词短语、名词短语以及插入语记牢记清楚。

3、每单元的语言目标，一定要理解并记忆。

4、是学生学会句子的变换使用，有必要时做些句型转换练习。

The happiest memory in my childhood was making snowman with my friends. As

I was a little boy, I always went out with my friends to make snowmen and play

with snow when it snowed heavily. We divided ourselves into several groups, two

or three people in each group. Then, we began to make our own snowman. We used

buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

we compared ours with others’ to decide whose snowman is the best. Sometimes, we

wrapped our scarfs around snowmen or put our caps on their head, so as to make

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

the long-lost fun for me. How I hope it would be snowy this winter!

我国著名心理学家林崇德提出“优秀教师=教学过程反思”的成长模式。叶澜教授说：一个教师写一辈子教案难以成为名师，但如果写三年反思则有可能成为名师。而且，专家们都说写教学反思，贵在及时、贵在坚持。诗歌单元的教学感觉收获比较大，这里反思一下，做个记录。

一、对课堂教学的处理及反思

在课堂教学时，我采取学生有预习和没预习进行不同的教学设计的方法，效果不错。

具体做法是：

教学《沁园春长沙》，三个班级三个上法。

没预习的。先背诵《沁园春?雪》，把握沁园春这一词牌的词的格律节奏。具体做法是先划分《长沙》的节奏，然后集体朗读，找出朗读不规范的地方，再请一个学生朗读。因这个学生朗读没有读出《长沙》的气势，于是，转入分析该词的意境。为了更好地理解意境，我背了一首马致远的《天净沙 秋思》，学生也很喜欢这首词，都会背诵。师生一起背诵完这首词，然后一起分析比较这两首词的意境。分别抓住这两首词里“鹰”和“乌鸦”，“湘江”和“小桥流水”两组意象进行分析，一个豪迈开阔，一个幽静凄凉;一个抒写报国之志，一个抒发思乡之情。明确了意境之后，再进行朗读。这是以朗读来带动意境的分析，以意境的分析来指导朗读。

第二种处理，有布置预习。先背诵全词，然后纠正个别句子节奏。要求学生拿出纸笔，选自己喜欢的句子或者个别字词或者上片或者下片，进行鉴赏，把鉴赏内容写出来。不懂鉴赏的，把你的问题提出来。鉴赏过程中遇到问题的，也把问题写出来。这么做，主要是了解学生预习的程度，到底通过自己的预习，已经掌握了多少内容，还存在多少问题，同时，笔头的交流，可以促进学生思考，避免思维偷懒。十分钟之后，把这些纸条收上来，表扬鉴赏很好的同学，并把他们的鉴赏读出来，老师再做点评补充。重要的知识点落实好之后，再看学生的问题。学生的问题，先交给学生，讨论不出结果之后，再由老师讲解。学生的问题相对集中于这首词的写作背景。由此再引出知人论世的鉴赏方法。

第三种处理，把毛泽东诗词背诵放在前面，通过了解毛泽东多首诗词之后，再具体探究《长沙》。课前直接先提出问题，老师按照学生的问题来组织教学，然后再把重点的知识点落实清楚，最后再归纳诗歌鉴赏的方法，并引导学生鉴赏其他诗词。

教学反思：

一二两种的处理感觉都比较好，师生互动比较和谐。第三种处理课时用得少，但互动效果不好，上课下来比较累。看来，在多样化的学习方式中，新课程突显自主、合作、探究的学习方式是有其道理的。

二、对将比赛引入语文课堂教学的反思

第一单元的教学，有两次尝试。一次是组织毛泽东诗词背诵比赛。一次是小组讲解诗歌比赛。

毛泽东诗词背诵比赛。课前布置，要求组长负责组织好准备工作。比赛内容分两项，一是诗词背诵，二是名句背诵。9班张心瑜同学一口气背三首，10班的李舒恬同学一口气背六首，13班的邱婧熹同学一口气背7首。这些同学的表现让其他同学十分钦佩，掌声热烈异常。她们的积极表现也带动了其他同学，其中，10班的李舒恬同学那一组几乎每位同学都至少发言一次，一个小组表现出昂扬的斗志。这种竞争的方式，直接带动了学生学习的主动性，同时也为准备充分的同学提供了展示的舞台。

教学反思：

小组讲解诗歌比赛，三个班级只有一个班级做得比较好，大部分小组准备不够充分，与预期目标差距很大，最后还是要由老师来讲解。但准备充分的小组，学生讲解的效果会比老师讲解更好。如果课前老师能够过问一下小组长的组织情况，或者多进行督促指导，可能效果会更好一些。

三、对于开展语文第二课堂的反思

根据第一单元诗歌学习的特点，提出让学生制作自己的诗集活动作为语文第二课堂的主要内容。

诗集要求自己设计封面;然后在封二贴上自己的照片，照片可以是卡通画，自画像，或者生活照、大头贴等;在照片下要写上作者介绍，介绍文字可长可短，风格不限，可以庄重严肃，可以诙谐幽默，可以亦庄亦谐;然后为目录，目录要求有四个栏目，即“我所喜欢的诗歌”“我所创作的诗歌”“我所翻译的诗歌(要求附原诗)”“我所仿写的诗歌(要求附原诗)”，各个栏目底下不规定几首;诗歌长短不限制，空白之处可以画插图。诗歌单元开始之时布置，结束之时上交。

从交上来的作业看，可以归纳出几点成功的地方：

1、写诗歌特别认真，因为这是他们的第一本诗集，即使诗歌不是写得很好，但已经迈出了独立创作诗歌的第一步。9班李苗同学自创作诗歌11首，是三个班级里创作诗歌最多的学生。

2、学生自己编辑诗集，自己写序。13班邱婧熹同学写了一千多字的序言，写的非常好。

3、排版设计的过程中，注意到了排版技巧。

4、封面的设计也让学生尝试到了设计的喜悦。

5、装帧创意。一些学生很有创意。不用订书机，而是穿孔，然后用细纸条穿联，十分精致。例如9班江澍怡的集子。还有，9班曹璐同学的诗集也十分精美，采用云朵状的外形，并配以彩色插图和花边镶嵌，用中国结装订。

6、一些爱画画的学生，还在他的诗集上画上了美丽的插图，不会画画的，他们就采用贴图，也很有创意。

教学反思：

这个活动充分调动了学生学习诗歌，创作诗歌的积极性，同时还培养了学生的创新精神和动手能力。学生对这个创意活动很感兴趣。

总之，中外好诗不可胜数，教材里的诗歌只是举例性质的，无法反映中外诗歌的全貌，教师除了在教学中要善于延伸拓展，指导学生举一反三之外，阅读更多的中外名诗，提高诗歌鉴赏力。但是课时不够，我们不能做过多的拓展。课前安排学生推荐鉴赏两首诗歌，将有利于诗歌学习的拓展。从这些活动中，我们发现学生充满着无限的创造力，关键看老师的引导了。
