上周我给学生们上了节作文课。因为我的教学对象是一群初三年级的特别害怕写作文的孩子们，所以在上课前，我就在想怎么样才能最大限度地减少学生们对“写作”的畏惧感呢？我打算认真地倾听一下同学们的心声。因此在这节课的准备过程中，我向同学们提了个问题：“同学们，你们觉得写作文难吗？具体难在哪里？”鼓励同学们畅所欲言。学生们也许也许也是感受到了我的真诚，也许是少了课堂的约束，表现的特别积极。有的说：“没有内容可写”。有的说：“不知道怎么把要写的内容表达出来”。有的说：“写出来的内容像白开水，越写越没信心了”。听了学生的发言，我心里有底了。学生们在写作方面主要存在如下问题：

一、生活中不是没有写作的材料，而是同学们很少留心观察生活中值得记录的小细节，缺少了善于发现的眼睛。

二、在平时的语文学习中忽略了对写作技法的归纳和演练。

三、缺乏必要的文辞积累，文章缺乏文采。既然找准了病根，那就得趁热打铁，对症下药。

在上课伊始，我在黑板上写下了一个标题：“三句话写好作文”。学生们这下可炸了锅。有的人表示怀疑，有的人迫切想知道究竟是那三句话。在学生的“千呼万唤”中我板书了这三句话并作出了简明的解释：一、把要写的事情写清楚了。（及格）二、把要写的事情写清楚了，并有文采。（优秀）把要写的事情写清楚了，并有自己的感悟。（高分）。公布答案后，学生似乎对我的说法将信将疑。于是，我拿出了事先准备的两篇中考考场作文（《怀念葱油饼相伴的日子》、《那一刻我长大了》），请学生们当一回“小老师”评判一下文章写得怎么样。接下来同学们参与的积极性空前高涨。有的同学说：两篇文章的作者都从生活小事中感受到了真情。有的同学说：《那一刻我长大了》这篇文章，作者观察很细致，用词也特别准确，也很有文采。譬如，作者写因为天气热，补鞋子的老爷爷额上渗出了汗珠。用“渗”而不是“流”。待学生评判完毕，当我告知学生这两篇作文就是今年中考的高分作文时，学生终于信服了写在黑板上的三句话。最后，我给学生们提出了有关写作的两点希望：一、多观察，多练笔。二、从身边的小事写起，记小事，书真情。

课后，我认真地反思了这节课的教学。在课堂上我充分地调动起了学生的学习积极性，体现了学生的主体地位。同时也给了学生一些写作上的启发。但课堂有限学习无限，要想让学生们真正地爱上写作，写好作文，那是一个长期的过程，需要教会学生立足生活，感受生活！

作文一直是困扰语文老师的老大难问题。大家都知道作文很重要，可往往只停留在迷茫与困惑上，未能做出大胆的尝试。即使是级别很高的观摩课也绝少有执教者敢拿作文课冒险。笔者以为，真正困扰作文教学的因素是学生，严格地讲是学生有限的生活。

从表面上看，学生的生活似乎是越来越丰富多彩了，可我们都知道学生的生活面是越来越窄了。单调的生活已经使越来越多的孩子厌倦作文，于是就把作文当成了一种负担。当我们看到假大空的作文时，请扪心自问，学生还能写出什么新鲜的东西来呢？尤其是像我们这样寄宿制学校的学生，大部分时间在校园度过，与社会、家庭接触有限，素材匮乏，写出内容真实的作文很难，写出内容鲜活的作文就更难。毕竟作文来源于生活嘛。正是基于对学生写作现状的基本认知，本学期我们把情境作文教学作为研究课题。通过大胆的尝试，为学生习作提供丰富的素材。

就拿本次习作课来说，教师让学生用橡皮那制作出自己喜欢的作品。这项活动深受学生喜欢，他们乐于参与，不仅动手动口，而且通过活动积累了许多感性的素料，为下一步习作打下了坚实的基础。

事实证明，只要学生有生活，就不用担心他们没东西可写。要时刻提醒自己：生活是作文之源。这就是我执教本次体验作文的最大感受。

一、纵观近年各地中考英语写作题，题材一般是写人、写事、写物、写景、日记、书信、通知、便条等文体。一般来说，不同的写作题材，它的人物，时间，写作的重点也是不尽相同的。下面结合一些常见的题型介绍一下写作的注意事项以及写作技巧。

1、以图表提供情景的作文要以“读”为主，首先要读懂图表中的数据、时间、编码、序号以及相互间的变化关系，对所给的信息加以分析、推断、筛选、概括、去粗取精；在写作时目的要明确，要注意内容的准确性和严肃性，尤其是图表中的数据、时间等不得有误。

2、以图画提供情景的作文应以“看”为主，通过细心观察图中的人物、景物、文字、环境、数字等，弄清写作的意图，通过分析思考把握逻辑联系，找出主题并借助所给的文字，把图中的信息转化成文章，但要注意，文章不能停留在图画的浅表，而要表达出提供情景的意图和内涵。

3、以提纲提供情景的作文。这种形式本身的要点已经很明确，重点也很突出，只要把各个提纲加以发挥，注意遣词造句的灵活性和语法规则的正确性，就不会造成审题不清而偏离主题，但要注意，文章必须覆盖所提供的各个提纲的要点。

4、以书信格式提供情景的作文。首先要了解书信的格式，英文书信格式与中文有所不同，(1)、一般在信纸的右上角写上写信人的地址和日期，地址应按从小到大的顺序排列；(2)、左边顶格写上收信人的姓名；(3)、正文部分；(4)、祝愿的话；(5)、写信人签名。信的内容一定要按所给的要求写，不要漏写。

二、各地的评分标准略有差异，但是都包括以下几个方面：整体印象、语言表达、词数规定等几方面内容。我们在写作中要尽量避免扣分，争取有加分点。当然用英文写作不同于用母语那样得心应手，常常会受到生词、语法、惯用法的限制，只要同学们平时注意两种语言的异同性，抓住写作要点，也可妙笔生花。

1、为了保证文章层次分明、条理清楚，要把时间固定下来，如：记叙一件事要用过去时；写经常发生的事或对人物的描写，要用一般现在时。整个文章中的人称要一致，首尾呼应，不要随意改动，以免造成误解。

2、不要为了追求“一鸣惊人”而去找一些生冷的词汇，对这些一知半解的词你不会用，不知道如何搭配，结果可能适得其反，使文章显的生硬、不协调，甚至错误百出，所以要使用有把握的词，避免不必要的失分。比如说发生了一起意外事件，我们通常用“have an accident”来表示，不要错误的使用“have an incident”。

3、注意不同语言的表达习惯，也是写好英语作文的重要环节，如“我的理想是做一名歌手”，很多同学写成“My ambition is to do/make a singer，”“to do”表示“做”或者“干”，“to make”表示“制作”，而“做一名歌手”则表示“成为一名歌手”应该用“be/become a singer”；又如“看书、看报”应用“read a book/newspaper”，而不是“see a book/newspaper”。因此，平时应该注意不同语言的表达习惯，切忌望文生义或一味生搬硬套。

4、有些同学因怕出错而只写短句或简单句，写出的文章过于幼稚、空洞乏味。要使文章有血有肉就要把平时学的知识用进去，如：定语从句、宾语从句、非谓语动词和比较等句型，关键时用上一、二个，就能使文章不同凡响，更有文采，特别是对关联词的使用，如“so that”、“not…but”“not only。。。but also”等，会使你的文章逻辑结构紧密、层次鲜明、条理清楚，更能显示出你的英文功底，但要做到这些并非一日之功，要靠平时的不断训练和积累。

5、最简单的增分点就是认真的书写。工整漂亮的书写会给评卷老师留下美好的第一印象，在扣分时自然会“手下留情”，而且很多地区都在写作上有1分的书写分。只要平时多下点功夫，得到这一分并不难。

三、最后将中考写作的基本步骤和技巧归纳为以下几个环节：

1、细心审题细读题目中每一项提示或观察所给的每一幅画，明确文章的中心思想，弄清题意，确定写作体裁，掌握所要表达的要点做到心中有数，避免随心所欲，文不对题。

2、理顺要点在所给提示或图上标出要点，然后按事件先后的顺序或各要点之间的内在联系排序，分出层次。如果是看图作文，则要按图构思，这样做既可避免要点遗漏，又可使表达内容条理清楚。

3、构成框架将理顺的要点或每幅图画的含义加以连贯，构成写作的整体框架，进一步定人称、定时态语态、定顺序、定段落、定开头结尾。基本框架构成后，写作就有了把握。4、组织句子用自己最熟悉的短语或句型将理顺的要点逐句表达出来，多用简单句，用有把握的复合句。要扬长避短，避难就易。若遇到表达障碍，可换一种说法，将一句变成两、三句，只求达意。

5、串句成篇将写好的句子连贯地组织起来，注意上下句的逻辑关系，适当采用递进、让步、转折、因果等关联词语，使短文浑然一体，层次分明，过渡自然。6、检查修改文章草成后，默读1～2遍，检查修改，尤其要注意人称、大小写、拼写、习惯用语、格式有无错误，要点有无遗漏，文句有无语病，词数是否恰当，行文是否连贯。

。学生怕写，老师怕教，而传统的作文教学，却只能在低谷中呻吟、徘徊。对于农村小学来说，作文更是语文教师的一大难题，为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。所以，结合自己的教学实际，我认为小学作文教学应注重以下几点：

一、注重平时的积累

作文也像语文基础知识、阅读一样需要积累，比如好词、佳句、精彩片段等。

1、根据课文内容来积累。“重视文本”也是新课标的要求，而且很多课文的思考练习中都出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段，摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习，让学生在背诵时感受语言文字的优美，摘抄中积累材料。如果学生能掌握一些好词佳句就为写作做好了铺垫，能够让他们有词可用、有话可说。

2、通过写日记来积累。坚持写日记是积累材料的最好方式，也是练笔的最佳途径。由于日记的内容很广，可写听到的、可写看到的、也可写想到的。总之，自己的喜怒哀乐都可无拘无束地表现出来，这样就让学生有一个自由表达的空间，也能够写真实的事情。比如：每搞完一次大扫除，都可让学生把当时的情景和感受用日记的形式写出来。

二、形式多样，及时有效

作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样，可以是书面的，也可以是口头的；可以采用分数、等级来表示，也可以用评语来表示；还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已，但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的，如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法，要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的，学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的，教师绝不能急功近利，揠苗助长。

三、注重作文的评价

教师的评价对学生十分重要。评价得当，能激励学生敢于作文、乐于作文，因而对学生的文章不能千篇一律，也不能一棒打死。应根据不同水平的学生给予不同要求的评价，对基础好的学生要有较高的要求，基础差的哪怕是用了一个好词、一个佳句也应该及时表扬。记得有一次，我发现一个平时作文很差的学生在文章中准确地用了一个表示时间过得很快的词“刹那间”，于是我在批语中这样写道：今后能多看点书，认真作好记录，教师相信你的作文会更上一层楼！这样做，能让一些差生得到鼓励，看到希望。

总之，作文教学不是件容易的事，教师必须在教学理论中不断探索，在教学实践中获得。

本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选择，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用能力，但从学生成绩来看并不能达到大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际情况，反思自己的教学行为，我想应该从以下几个方面努力：

1.针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自己对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2.阅读理解是学生英语综合能力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读能力的提高将会有很大的帮助。

3.英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中可以进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多提供给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

反思二：初一英语月考反思

第一次七年级英语月考试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，切实有效地考察了所学知识内容。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：

一、试卷题型情况

1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。

2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。

3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。

二、试卷结构分析

试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。

1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。

2、完形填空和阅读理解：难度适中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。

3、词语运用：此题是各大题中得分最低的一个题，主要原因是学生对词的用法掌握不好，一些固定词组记不清。

4、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是比较容易的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，但两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但是还有一部分学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

Currently, some cities are considering a food ban on subways, which has sparked heated discussion. Some people say food should be banned because of the trash and rats they attract. And, garbage from discarded food can cause track fires. Beyond sanitary and mechanical concerns, food can also cause fights, as was discovered last week by one passenger who criticized a woman eating steamed stuffed bun on the subway.

However, some others are opposed to the idea. They argue that people like eating in the train in the morning because they dont have enough time to eat at their houses or restaurants. Sometimes that may be the only time or meal a transit rider may be able to eat especially when traveling long distances. Besides, there are people, for example diabetics, who do require food at various times to maintain blood-sugar levels.

Personally, Im against the ban because of the huge inconvenience it would cause to commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe we should have a little common courtesy. 烟花对于孩子们来说是他们所喜爱的，每次放烟花的时候，孩子们都是高兴的，因为它五颜六色，形态各异，而且能飞到天上去，在天空中飞散开来，有的像花，有的像流星，有的像鱼…但又不常见，只有在喜庆的节日里才能见到。

本次活动以引导幼儿欣赏烟花来激发幼儿的兴趣，让他们在观察后说说烟花的样子和颜色，随后展示作品，并示范不同形式的作品创作方法，幼儿兴趣浓厚，仿佛过节一般。

这是一次混龄幼儿参与的活动，由于中小班幼儿所处的年龄段不同，能力及目标各不相同，活动之初，不论是目标的制定还是作品的创作形式，都是我纠结的难题。目标难度大，小班幼儿达不到，目标低，中班幼儿得不到良好的发展。最后所选定这三种形式，既发展了中班幼儿，又拔高了小班幼儿。

同一主题，运用不同的创作形式来表现，这一方法，本次参与活动的幼儿第一次参与，他们同大多数的幼儿一样，对新鲜事物充满强烈的好奇心，由于第一次使用刮画纸，所以有一多半的孩子选择了“刮画纸刮烟花”，剩余的孩子选择了“彩色纸屑放烟花”，而“油画棒画烟花”却没人选择。“彩色纸屑放烟花”要剪除大量的碎纸屑，在时间不充足的情况下，对个别小班幼儿有很大的难度，所以，活动进行到一半时，有小班孩子放弃了，改为“油画棒画烟花”。

同一主题下不同形式的创作，对幼儿的技能要求较高，相对于大班幼儿来说，它对中小班的孩子而言，有一定的难度，但通过实践，孩子们的主动性、积极性增强了，表现力和想象力有了新的提高，关键是幼儿的兴趣更加浓厚了。

语文月考考完了，我的内心充满着失望和无奈。辛辛苦苦付出，却得不到回报，心里的感受可想而知。学生的基础不好，又没有养成优良的学习上习惯。

1、基础不落实。从选择题的得分，可以看出学生的语文基础知识严重欠缺。没有任何语文积累，初中三年基本等于零。错别字、语病、排序、文言虚词等题目得分率很低，毫无基础，与高考相差十万八千里。

2、学习上不用心。3班不及格人数5人，4班2人。有的同学坐在教室里心不在焉，一个单元下来，什么也没有学到。上课讲过好多遍的东西还是一问三不知，最突出的是文言翻译。几句简单的话，讲了无数遍，还在课件里把译文打出来了，可仍然翻不出来。6分只得1分或2分者大有人在。

3、学习上不扎实。背诵很烂，当背诵的没有背，当默写的默不出来。不知道每天都在干些什么。

4、作文无材料。作文大都是空话连篇，记叙文不懂怎样记叙、抒情，议论文不懂怎样举例、议论，如同一张白张。

反思：切不可对学生估计太高，今后要走的路还很长。教学要脚踏实地，少讲一点，多练一点，重点内容各个过关，不可好高骛远。有的可以让学生当堂做练习，就做在听课笔记上。

这次的期中语文考试成绩和平时的差不多，尤其是作文。因为我每次的作文分数不是26分，就是28分。(总是40分)因此，我非常希望下次的作文可以考到30分以上，并且我打算在以后的每个星期里都至少要看3到5篇作文左右，希望下次的作文一定能有所突破。

而且我还发现我的古诗文阅读也不好，因为我听了老师讲课之后发现我的答案和老师所讲的答案简直是牛头不对马嘴。但是对于这一方面我实在是没有办法，因为我也不知道如何提高他，所以我只有在其他方面考的更好，得到更多的一些分数了。这次考试唯一让我感到欣慰的就是默写了。因为这次的默写我一个字也没写错，得到了满分了。而且我考前还没看一下书，就是在背诵的时候也没太在意怎么写，但是我最后还是全写对了。太幸运了。

最后，我还想说的就是字音了，因为这次试卷的第一题就是字音，但是我还是做错了。在做题的时候，我认为“人才济济”的济是读第四声，但是正确的读音应该是第三声。

通过这次的考试，我认为我下次一定要相信自己，做好读音题，提振信心，做好开门红，而且希望下次的考试成绩比这次更好。

这次月考成绩是败的一败涂地啊，简直不知道用啥说了。都没考好，语文这回竟然考了个我历史中的最低分。

The happiest memory in my childhood was making snowman with my friends. As

I was a little boy, I always went out with my friends to make snowmen and play

with snow when it snowed heavily. We divided ourselves into several groups, two

or three people in each group. Then, we began to make our own snowman. We used

buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

we compared ours with others’ to decide whose snowman is the best. Sometimes, we

wrapped our scarfs around snowmen or put our caps on their head, so as to make

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

the long-lost fun for me. How I hope it would be snowy this winter!
