一、教学环节的设置

我把整个教学过程分为几个部分：1、谈话导入。通过和学生的谈话，让学生找出自己与别人不同的地方，从而告诉学生这些不同的地方都是每个人的特点。抓住特点就能介绍清楚自己，从而引出课题。2、仔细观察，说不同。为了引起学生兴趣，我们有意选择对比较大的两名学生，让学生通过观察来找出他们的不同。3、小组交流，向别人介绍自己。通过这一环节，让学生做到有目的的说，能说会说，为下一步写作垫底。4、完成习作，同桌交流互查。在有了前几个环节的基础上，让学生动笔写作，并相互检查交流。

二、教学中反映出的问题

虽然自己经过准备，并且做了大量的铺垫，但是在实际教学中学生掌握的情况却并不理想。主要存在以下问题：

1、学生的概念模糊不清。在教学中涉及到“个性”、“性格”、“外貌”等抽象的词语。由于我们并没有做详细的讲解和比较，许多学生理解模糊。没有弄清楚含义，从而导致了学生到后来不知道该怎么写。

2、教学设计环节混乱。在教学一开始，我们就将“特点”这个抽象化的概念抛给学生，学生在没有深入理解的基础上，一知半解，使得后来我在后期虽然做了大量的讲解，但学生还是没有明白。

3、沒有考虑到学生的需要。本来对学生来说，介绍自己是一件十分容易的事情，但是我们在教学中给学生设置了较高难度的要求，使学生产生畏难情绪。部分学生无法理解就无法专心倾听，这也是导致课堂中学生注意力分散的重要原因。

4、习作的发散点过多。在教学中，我们给学生归纳出人的特点后，让学生选择，但是因为发散点太多，加上学生对一些概念并不理解，所以写出来的作文不尽人意。

三、对解决措施的思考

三年级学生虽然经历了低年级写话阶段的训练，但作为作文教学的整体思路来看，它则是刚刚起步。因此，教者必须站在整个语文教学的高底，根据小学三年级学生的认知能力，加强作文教学的研究，做到精心设计，有针对性的指导。结合自己这节课和长期的习作教学，我对自己习作教学中要采用的一些措施进行了一定的反思。

1、创设良好的习作氛围，激发学生的写作兴趣。

（1）丰富写作素材，克服学生的畏惧心理，让学生“有东西可写”是克服畏惧的关键。

学生不愿意写作的主要原因就是自己没有东西可写。要丰富学生的写作素材，教师要当好“生活导师”把学生引入丰富多彩的社会生活中，并且指导学生以自己的眼光去观察社会，以自己的情趣去理解分析社会，发展认识和思维能力。平时让学生写观察、记录、小日记、小报告，社会调查等都是较有效的方法。

（2）了解学生的需要，变“苦”为“乐”，克服学生的厌倦心理。

需要是一种内在的动机，学生的需要得到满足，才能够积极参与到习作练习中来。同时，作文教学要想取得高成效，就要努力激发学生的写作动力，提高写作的兴趣。教师建立和谐的师生关系，热爱每一个学生，特别是要关爱学生，教师要把差生当“朋友”，了解他们在写作中的困难，并给以具体指导，热情鼓励，学生有所进步，教师就要给予表扬肯定，帮助学生总结成绩，克服失望心理，树立写作信心。这样，学生的写作兴趣，就会逐渐培养起来。

2、教学过程中突出重点，不能面面俱到。

学生开始作文时，往往觉得不知从哪里写好，写些什么好。首行，我们应该根据教材的安排，认真分析每次习作的要求和要达到的主要目标。自己心里首先要做到心里有数，明确自己本次习作的目的，然后根据目的设置教学重难点，一定要突出每次习作的重点，和学生应该明确的重点。如果在本次习作课上，我只抓住外貌和爱好，这两个特点让学生来写，学生肯定会觉得简单而且和自己生活贴近，写起来也会更容易些。

3、注重二次备课意识的培养

二次备课时教师针对课堂中临时出现的一些问题，结合学生的实际情况，对教学设计的临时修改和调整。这就要求教师在教学过程中随时要关注学生的掌握情况和学习效果，能对学生的需要志上做出反应。在本次习作教学中，如果我们能及时调整教学设计，对学生掌握不清的几个抽象的概念及时让学生进行理解，那么就不会出现学生不知该怎么下笔的情况了。

4、平时要注重对学生习意识的培养。

我们教学生写作的目的就是要让他们把所见所闻，以及自己的丰富感情表达出来，展示给读者。也就是说，凡是能用语言表述的地方，都可以成为学生写作的内容。我们在指导学生写美学事的同时，还应该有的放矢的帮助他们抓住发生在身边的新鲜的事、奇怪的事、有趣的事。

坚韧——我追求的品格/战胜脆弱

立意上对考生的限制不再那么严格了，可以从提供的两个文题中任意选用一个，也可以“两个都划去，另拟一个适合表现你自己的心理承受力的题目”；文体也由原来的单一议论文文体放开为“可任意运用叙述、描写、抒情、说明和议论几种表达方式中的一种或几种”。

1999年高考作文“假如记忆可以移植”就让考生可以更大程度上摆脱材料作文的束缚，“写作时可以大胆想象，内容只要写与‘假如记忆可以移植’有关就符合要求，具体的角度和写法也可以多种多样，比如编述故事，发表见解，展望前景等等” 。一种话题作文模式开始出现了。话题式作文要求的普遍出现使得考生可以在作文里涉及的范围更广了，“除诗歌之外，其他文体不限”文体的选择空间更大了。考生在立意上可以在话题允许的范围内张扬个性，充分发挥自己的才能，在文体的选择上可以扬长避短，不需要害怕再在考场上“戴着镣铐跳舞”了。

发展到各省自主命题，高考作文命题出现了话题作文，新材料作文，新命题作文多样化趋势。高考作文命题虽然多元化了，但是只要我们留心，就会注意到作文命题的要求中“题目自拟”“自定立意”“文体不限” 等字眼出现的频率很高。应该说，这样的变化发展趋势，使得考生不管是在选材，立意上，还是在构思，语言运用上，都能更好地发挥自己的优势。作文的难度是降低了，但是在作文教学过程中又出现了一些不好的现象，使得高中语文教学中的作文教学出现了令人担忧的现状。

一、 现状

（一）、对作文教学的要求过松

很多高中生，甚至一些高中语文老师都觉得既然高考语文试卷的作文部分对考生的要求不是那么严格了，题目可以自己拟订，立意可以自己确定，连文体都可以不受限制，那么在平时的作文教学过程中就没必要去强化训练了。于是有些高中语文老师根本不把作文教学当一回事。表现在不把作文教学安排在正课时间里进行，而是随便布置一篇，让学生利用课外的时间去完成。随便找篇材料来，或随便弄个话题。也学高考作文的要求，只要不少于800字，除了诗歌以外，随便怎么写都行。甚至有时连材料和话题都不给，因为学校要求一个学期必须写6到8篇作文，为了完成这个任务，只好叫学生按时交几篇作文过来。因为不够重视作文教学，所以作文是收起来了，但是在作文后面简单地写个“阅”字，或者批个日期，或者干脆借用某位语文特级教师或某某语文教育专家的为了防止千人一面的缺点，干脆把收上来的作文又发给学生，让学生互相批改。改完了就写下一篇，也不利用课堂时间评讲。这种情况下，语文老师在学生作文前不对学生进行思维的拓展，学生作文后又不去认真批阅，自然也就谈不上对学生作文的指导作用了。有些高中语文老师认为既然高考语文作文对学生没有那么多的限制，学生在作文这一块又不能失分过多，还是要突出老师在平时课堂教学上的主导性作用，于是便帮助学生走“捷径”，“指导”学生选取诸如《优秀作文选》《高考满分作文》上几篇具有代表性的优秀范文拿来背诵。然后“教”学生如何通过“合法”的途径将别人的作文变成自己的作文。所谓“师傅领进门，修行在个人”肯定有学生活用得好，有些学生活用的能力差些，但等学生走上“正途”了，自己就不用再为学生作文拿不到高分而担忧了。

高中生都会察言观色，都能判断出老师把教学的重点放在什么地方。看到老师不把作文教学当一回事，就是为了完成任务。所以自己也随便在作文书上“借用”一篇，交上去，帮老师完成教学任务。老师看到自己能拿出“量多，质优”的作文，必定很高兴，又何必再花时间去苦思冥想呢？有那时间还不如多花些时间放在数理化的学习上。鉴于老师教导自己背几篇好文章就可以了，所以平时也不在对其他的优秀文章感兴趣，更不用说花大大量的时间去啃那些大部头著作了。有些认真写作的学生想写出一些自己的东西，又因为缺少老师的指导而导致作文出现偏题，中心不突出，文体不明等问题，或者因为自己的平时积累少，见识面过于狭窄，写作时候感觉内容空洞。导致“散文”“杂文”大量产生。

（二）教师对学生限制过多

与上面情况相反，有些高中语文老师，特别是教龄比较长的一些老师，已经习惯了原来的作文教学模式，感觉指导学生写议论文有套路，能够得心应手，最能够写出一些有深刻思想的文章来。而对记叙文，散文嗤之以鼻，感觉那太肤浅了，是小学生，初中生捣鼓的玩意儿，高中生不能停留在那个初级阶段。指导学生写议论文比指导学生写散文要方便些，实用些。可以指导学生抓住写议论文“论点，论据，论证”三要素，帮他们搜集相关可以作为论据的好材料，好诗词，名言警句。因此在作文教学过程中要求学生专攻议论文，而对其他文体的训练相对来说少之又少，甚至禁止高中生写其他文体的作文。稍微放松一点也只是要求高中学生写叙议结合的作文，并强调必须把重点放在议论上。写作步骤，写作体裁，甚至连作为论据的材料都要求学生必须按照自己提供的来运用。这样一来，老师在学生写作之前就把立意，文体箍死了，就大大束缚了学生的思路，限制了他们的思维，导致“制造”出大量的大同小异的作文“产品”的结果。

二、对策

1、转变观念

高中语文教师要转变观念，要充分认识到高考模式的改革是为了适应素质教育的需要，意在促进学生的综合发展。不是说要考倒考生，也不是要放任自流。因此，高中语文教师在课堂教学中不要搬用原来的一套来训练学生专攻一种文体。也不要只重分析，轻写作。对学生限制过多就扼杀了他们的想象力，使他们感到作文枯燥无味。听说读写四种能力，每样能力都不可或缺，所以在语文教学过程中一定不能人为地把这四个方面割裂开来，不能偏重哪一项而不顾其他。所谓“题目自拟”“立意自定”“文体不限”是为学生提供更多的选择与表现的机会，不是说考生可以随便写，胡乱写，也不是说可以准备几篇范文就可以随便套用，不确定的因素实际上要求学生的基本功更扎实才行，是指学生在能够熟练运用各种文体，可以确定几种立意的基础上选取其中一种自己最好把握，最能展示自己才华的一种方案来。作为高中语文教师，必须在平时的教学中重视作文教学。要让学生在写作文这一块上做到各种文体都能写，又有写某种文体的特长，做到“一专多能”。

2、科学指导

在语文教学课堂上，教师要采取多种方法为学生提供听说读写的训练机会，鼓励学生自己动手动脑。学生自己能做的，教师尽量不做；学生还不会做或做不好的，老师要指导但尽量少做。作文教学过程中，要以培养学生的发散思维能力为目的，激发学生的兴趣。从命题开始，就要采取多种学生感兴趣的方式，变高中学生写作时无兴趣为有兴趣，变暂时兴趣为长期兴趣，变教师要学生写作文为学生自己要写作文。具体指导学生在观察中思考、在阅读中思考、在交流中思考。启发他们下笔前思考为什么写、写什么和怎么写，写出初稿后要认真思考如何修改、如何加工等等。教师可以利用课堂时间，自习时间为学生推荐美文，也可以让学生自己找自认为比较好的文章，在同学们之间交流，从而扩充学生的视野，积累素材。

3、细心批阅

学生作文完成后，就象一个工人生产出一种产品后希望得知自己产品的质量如何一样，很希望知道老师对自己的作文是个什么评价。教师的批阅能够对他们的成功之处加以赞赏，对不足之处委婉地提出建议，那么学生从教师评语里能够得到写作的信心和需要努力和提高的方向。如果教师只布置作文任务，而不仔细批阅，那么学生就感到老师对作文不重视，自己的劳动成果不被尊重。更重要的是他们不知道自己该在哪方面努力，作文水平也就得不到提高，自然对往后老师布置的作文不感兴趣。当然，教师可以采取灵活多变的方法批阅，可以把全批全改，部分批改，学生相互批改等批阅方法综合运用。总之，要对学生作文认真批阅。

4、适当点评

作文批阅完成之后还要注意利用课堂时间适当对学生的作文在全班进行点评。可以就全班此次作文普遍在哪些方面很成功，哪些方面普遍存在问题进行点评。并可选取写的比较好的作文作为范文，指出哪些地方写得很成功，同学们要多加学习。选取中等水平的作文让同学们去分析哪些地方成功，哪些地方需要改进。在师生共同的点评中吸取经验，总结教训。这样一来全班的作文水平都能够得到提高。

总之，高中语文教师要对作文教学重视，要抱科学的态度对待不断变化的高考作文发展趋势。在平时的语文作文教学过程中做到学生写作前的科学指导，写作后的细心批阅和点评，不断提高学生写作文的兴趣和能力。真正让高中生经过三年的科学作文训练，能够在高考考场上在作文这一块上能做到“游刃有余”！

4、记学生见解

在课堂教学过程中，学生是学习的主体，他们总会有“创新的火花”在闪烁，教师应当充分肯定学生在课堂上提出的一些独到的见解，这样不仅使学生的好方法、好思路得以推广，而且对他们也是一种赞赏和激励。同时，这些难能可贵的见解也是对课堂教学的补充与完善，可拓宽教师的教学思路，提高教学水平。因此，将其记录下来，可以作为以后丰富教学的材料养分。

5、记再教设计

一节课下来，静心沉思，摸索出了哪些教学规律；教法上有哪些创新；知识点上有什么发现；组织教学方面有何新招；解题的诸多误区有无突破；启迪是否得当；训练是否到位等等。及时记下这些得失，并进行必要的归类与取舍，考虑一下再教这部分内容时应该如何做，写出“再教设计”，这样可以做到扬长避短、精益求精，把自己的教学水平提高到一个新的境界和高度。总之，写课后反思，贵在及时，贵在坚持，贵在执着地追求。一有所得，及时记下，有话则长，无话则短，以记促思，以思促教，长期积累，必有“集腋成裘、聚沙成塔”的收获。

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

As the new bell tolled, the Chinese people exclaimed with excitement, "the New Year is here! New Year! Ah! What a wonderful New Year! I am excited to run back and forth in my home, unable to restrain my joyful mood, the Spring Festival composition 600 words. The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words "Have all your wishes ". People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .

实习进入第五周，幼儿园一日常规基本可以应对了。相对于各种研讨，我更享受与孩子们在一起的时间。不论是带活动，还是进行游戏，只要与孩子们在一起会更加开心、单纯。我可以体会“传道、授业、解惑”的成就感;可以认真思考小A为什么总是不够坚强;还可以实践各种教育理念并找出现实与理论的差距，更好地进行反思;可以感受孩子们的喜怒哀乐，真正的去了解，而不是以书本上的知识来套孩子的心理成长阶段或是干脆将他们看成是“成人的缩小版”，以自己的思维方式来判断幼儿的想法。

这不仅使我反思，幼儿教育的本质究竟是什么?当然研讨也许是为了教师的成长，随即带来的也许是更好的集体活动，不可否认这样的确会带了很多益处。但是，教师成长的同时，幼儿又获得了什么呢?难道我们不应该把重中之重放到研究现实中的孩子吗?不用花过多精力在课题组的活动研讨，而是着重在日常教学，用心做好每一天的集体教学。也许，在经历过课题的历练后，教师的整体素质都会有质的飞跃，但是谁来为教师成长过程中正在带领的孩子“买单”?事实上，日常教学更能锻炼教师的素质。

如果是课题组的活动研讨，还算是在为将来的幼儿奠定基础。但是，花费幼儿教师大量时间的需要上交的诸多琐碎的材料里，有多少是基于幼儿，基于真正意义上的教育反思呢?事实上，有许多材料是“虚假材料”，幼儿教师在一种“不得不”的情况下，编造出一些没有营养的东西交差。所以，现实中的理论教育很多是“虚假”的，因为用虚假创造出的必然是虚假。

教育是由许多的弊端，和现实的制约因素。但是，教师如果想研究适应现实的教学，谈何容易?教师们被各种“虚假”的事件所累，在被动的情况下又怎么会呈现出“真诚”的教育呢?得出这个感慨真的是一件很悲伤的事情。

不过，现实的教育并不会使我失去希望。理论引领实践，这句话说起来容易、易懂，做起来真的难上加难。在现实中，我们很容易抛弃之前秉持的理念，或者说是一种淡忘。恍然回头，才发现已经开始走远了。所以，反思是必要的，也是重要的，它使我们不致在前进的道路上偏离太远。但是我们需要的是真是的反思，反思人尽皆知、理所当然的教育理念实践时出现的矛盾与冲突;反思五大领域活动设计时是否体现出学科的本质;反思设计活动时的思考与实践后的差距，等等这些都会极大地丰富一个教师的实战经验，更重要的是帮助孩子们得到更恰当更负责任的教育。

In order to besuccessful, people work so hard, they believe they can achieve their goals, butlacking luck stops them achieving their goals.

So working hard doesn’t meanbringing people success directly, they just need to try more times, withoutluck, they still can make their goals. Luck can help people close to success,without hard-work, they can’t be successful. Hard-work and luck make peoplerealize their goals, but without luck, people still can make it by trying moretimes.

在这节指导作文课当中，存在几个问题：指导学生写作文的开头时，没有像学生说明写的是作文的开头。另外，在评价作文时，只是指名学生读自己的作文，这就不能直面地指导学生学习如何修改作文，借助投影机投影学生的作文，这样，学生就可以清楚地看到如何修改作

这是一节作文指导课，在这节课当中，我指导学生展开想象的翅膀，让他们在想象的天空中自由地翱翔，充分尊重他们独特的个性，使他们通过这一节课的“变”来实现他们的梦想或者心愿。

回想这节课，有几个地方需要反思：

一、第一环节是以孙悟空的变进行导入，凭着孙悟空在学生脑海中的鲜明形象，孙悟空那出神入化的72变成功地引起了学生想变的欲望。老师因势利导鼓励学生根据自己的心愿也来变一变，从而打开了学生的想象之门。

二、对于农村三年级的学生来说，写一篇佳作对他们并不容易。因此，指导他们写好文章的开头尤为重要。我出示例文中的开头，指导学生明确作文的开头要说清楚两个方面，()一是“想变什么？”，二是“为什么要变？”也就是说要变的原因。当给学生说明之后，并没有立刻让学生写，而是先让同学按要求进行讨论，通过小组内的讨论，同学之间可以互相学习写开头的方法，提高他们合作学习的能力。

The first fact I worry about is noise pollution. People can"t sleep well if there is too much noise. That"s why so many people prefer to live in the countryside rather than live in the noisy city. I suggest all the factories and cars shouldn"t make terrible noises. If they make terrible noise that isn"t allowed, they will be fined, and we can also produce the cars which can"t make terrible noise.

The other pollution is rubbish pollution. If everyone makes so much rubbish, one day we may live in a world filled with rubbish. Some people throw the waste paper about. I suggest rubbish should be put into different kinds of dustbins or paper bags.

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes

toward life. Secondly, due to having little in common with each other, they are

unwilling to sit down and talk face to face. Besides, as modern life is so

stressful, both of them are so busy with their study or work that they have not

enough time to exchange their ideas.

To bridge the generation gap is not easy at all, but we can do something to

shorten it. For one thing, children should respect their parents as well as

accept their good advice. For another, parents should not only show their love

and care to the kids, but also support their good life view. As long as the old

and young can understand each other, it would be more harmonious in family and

world.
