I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. At that time I was deeply moved by the main character Marguerite Gautier. “Camille” or “The Lady of the Camellias” by Alexandre Dumas, fils, is the story of Marguerite Gautier, a young courtesan, or kept woman, in Paris in the mid 1800s, and how she falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval, and then tries to escape from her questionable past. She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. Sadly, she died in debt and basically alone, except for her one female friend, Julie Duprat, who helped her during her illness. She had her journal sent to Armand after her death, explaining why she had made the choices she had. 2015年4月高一月考已经结束，学生成绩也已揭晓，根据我们3班学生实际，结合学生的成绩，针对语文学科的具体特点和试卷的具体分析，现反思如下:

1 应重视学生基础知识的训练。根据新课标的具体要求，现行的语文试卷虽然基础知识分值减少，但仍然起到至关重要的作用。如成语题、病句题和同义词的辨析，学生在这次考试中失分较多，尤其是语言表达的两个题，得分尤其低，其原因就是学生进入高中之后，还不是太清楚高中基础知识与初中的区别，以及考试需要注意的答题技巧，所以下一步学习的重点就是加强学生这一方面的训练，力争使学生基础知识这一方面的不足得以改变，向好的方面转变。

2 应该加强学生规范答题的指导。通过认真分析学生的试卷，我发现有一部分试题不是学生不懂或不会，而是学生在答题的过程中，没有按照一定的答题流程去做，以至于被扣分和不得分，如在语文主观题中，必须要求学生按照是什么---为什么----怎么样的规程去做，否则就会被扣分。举一个简单的例子，问这一自然段中作者运用了什么修辞手法，是做具体分析。结果有的学生就简单回答，比喻。而没有按照一定的流程去做，结果可想而知，6分的题目，只能得1分，这一题学生不会吗?不是，为什么不得分原因就是缺乏一定的答题流程。另外，学生答题是眉毛胡子一把抓，不分要点，没有条理性，结果给阅卷造成误解，影响学生得分。这是我教学的下一步中又一重点内容。

3 针对学生的默写和作文中字体的训练应提上一个重要的位置。通过这次考试，我发现默写是我们的一大失分点，一是学生背诵不到位，许多不会填，二是有些会背的内容，错别字现象严重，结果还是不得分。另外在作文中学生的字体还需要有针对性的加强，女生的字体问题不大，都能工整清晰，关键是男生的字体，存在着书写不规范、字体不端正、卷面不整洁等现象，我认为这直接导致作文分值下降，结果是学生总分不高。所以下一步我们会加强学生的练字环节的训练。

总之，我们只有通过反思，才能发现问题，分析问题以至于最后的解决问题，达到我们的教育教学的目的。

学生在对说明文有了一定的学习兴趣后，在课堂教学中，我也十分注重培养学生对说明文知识进行理解与巩固。遇到一个知识点时，教师适当进行阐释，然后再找一些不同层次的学生进行分析，教师便可了解学生对说明文的掌握情况，以便采取相应的策略对学生还未充分掌握的知识加以复习巩固。如在讲到说明文用词的准确性时，我采取让学生反复朗读、然后再把那些用得准确的词删掉（换掉），重新组织成文，让学生与原文进行比较的方法体会说明文语言的准确性，这样，学生对说明文用词的准确性体会就深得多了。

此外，在教授说明文时，也存在一些问题：

首先，我感觉我有些过于强调教师的中心作用。由于学生是第一次系统地接触说明文，怕学生不能理解，所以，在课堂上，每当提问问题学生无动于衷时，我便代替了学生，枯燥地给学生讲解知识点。

其次，在教学过程中，我还有些过高估计学生的能力，对每篇文章都满堂灌。既想把说明文的知识点全部传授给学生，又想让学生准确全面的掌握说明文的知识，能够自主地对一篇说明文进行分析，由于对学生要求较高，在一定程度上打消了学生的积极性。

《义务教育语文课程标准（实验稿）》指出：教学中要“重视引导学生在自我修改和相互修的过程中提高写作能力。”“要引导通过学生的自改和互改，取长补短，促进相互了解和合作，共同提高写作水平。”作文评改的目的就是要让学生形成正确的写作态度与习惯，进一步掌握写作方法，领悟写作规律，提高写作水平和书面表达能力。

在现实的作文教学中，许多老师一般都侧重于“改”，而忽略“评”，这没有把握住“评改”的基本内涵。实际上，“评改”是“评”和“改”两个语素并列组合而成的词语，二者不可偏颇。因此，作文之“评改”，不仅要从字词、语法、逻辑的角度帮助学生改正错误之处，从内容、结构、表达等方面帮助学生修改不适当的地方，而且还要对学生的作文做出中肯的评论与评价。同时，对学生在习作中表现出来的不良习惯和不正确的态度要进行适度地批评与纠正，让学生形成正确的写作态度与习惯，进一步掌握写作方法，领悟写作规律，提高写作水平和书面表达能力。现结合自己的教学实际，谈谈我对作文的评改一些看法。

一、认清本质，正确对待。

作为一名小学语文教师要认识到小学生作文是习作，是一项练笔活动，是书面表达的最基本训练，而并不是艺术，不是文学创作，只要学生能正确地、清楚明白地表达自己的思想就行。因此，教师要求每一个学生把他的每一篇作文都写成小学生优秀作文是不现实的，因为我们培养的不是小学语文教师，更不是培养作家和文学评论家。所以，教师在批改学生作文时不要用成人的水平去对孩子的文字评头论足，更不能用文学编辑和文学评论家的眼光去看待小学生作文.

我们在批评他们的作文时要尊重他们的劳动成果，力求保持学生作文的原意，绝不能用教师的思路去代替学生的思路。因为小学生的生活积累和语文知识都很有限，有的孩子在作文中，难免有些语言表达方面的不足，但那是无关紧要的，随着他们语文知识的增长，孩子们自然会知道怎样把他们想说的话说得更清楚、更明白。如果教师对他们的作文要求过高过严只会实得其反，那很容易打击他们的写作兴趣，使他们产生畏惧写作文的心理。所以教师在评改他们的作文时，只要学生写的是真话，是自己心里想说的话，表达的是真情实感，只要“其意义不谬误”，“字句已通顺”，哪怕有的是幼稚可笑的，也不必大评大改，把学生的一篇作文搞得面目全非。因为我们评改作文的目的不是代替学生修改文章，而是要指导学生掌握修改文章的方法，让他们学会自己修改作文。

二、形式多样，及时有效。

作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样，可以是书面的，也可以是口头的；可以采用分数、等级来表示，也可以用评语来表示；还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已，但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的，如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法，要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的，学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的，教师绝不能急功近利，揠苗助长。

事实上，如果学生每次把作文本交上来后，教师都要经过十天半月的批改后才能进行评讲，那时学生对自己当时是怎样写作的早已忘得一干二净了，等老师把批改好了的作文本发到他们手里的时候，他们大多只是浏览一下成绩或评语而已，而对自己的习作连认真地看一遍的兴趣都没有了，即使老师把他们的作文改得再仔细，对学生作文水平的不断提高也不会产生较大的影响，反而使老师的批改显得劳而无功了。所以我们在评改他们的作文时，要尽量提高自己的工作效率，争对学生习作的实际情况，以有利于学生作文水平的不断提高为目的，灵活运用作文评价与评改的方式、方法，让学生能及时从本次作文中吸取经验和教训。

三、因人而异，以鼓励为主。

教师在评价、批改学生的作文时既要面向全体学生，注重学生作文整体水平的不断提高，又要注重因人而异、对症下药，争对不同程度的学生提出不同的要求，有的学生作文必须“求精”，而对另一些学生的作文“求通”就行了，千万不能用一个统一的标准“一刀切”。教师评改作文时要把严格要求与提高学生作文的积极性有机地结合起来，要坚持一分为二的观点，用发展的眼光和战略的眼光对学生作文进行公正的评价。我们在评价、批改作文时要学会用放大镜去发现学生在作文中取得的成绩，而不是用显微镜去寻找他们在作文中存在的不足，要努力去发现学生在作文中的进步，恰当地指出他们在作文中存在的不足，循序渐进的去培养和提高学生的作文能力。

我们评价作文时要学会用一双孩子的眼睛，用欣赏的眼光去看待小学生作文。一个教师对孩子习作的赏识，绝对不是表示他的水平低，缺乏鉴赏能力，而恰恰显出了教师的教育智慧。因此，教师在批改作文时要坚持鼓励为主的原则，在阅读学生习作时要多一份理解，多一份尊重，不要吝啬自己的赞美之词，在评价孩子的习作时多一些欣赏和赞美，让孩子产生对教师的信赖和亲近，使他们打开自己内心世界的大门，让内心的真情实感流露出来，让刚刚尝试用笔表达的孩子们在教师不经意的一句赞美中，点燃对语文对文学的兴趣，揭开作文的神秘面纱，消除他们对作文的恐惧心理和望而生畏的想法，让学生觉得作文并不是可望而不可及的，从而对写作产生浓厚的兴趣。

总之，提高学生的作文能力主要还得靠学生自己，不只是老师单方面应该努力的事，所以，教师是绝不可能包办代替得了学生写好作文的。在作文评价与批改中要让学生从习作的被动地位转向主动地位，努力让学生从习作的实践中去体会文章写好以后要认真修改的道理，让学生在修改的过程中看到经自己修改过的作文比原来更通顺了、更流畅了，从而产生一种成功的喜悦，以增强学生对写好作文的自信心，提高写作的兴趣，进一步养成认真进行习作、认真修改自己作文的良好习惯，从而不断提高作文水平，最终使学生成为作文的真正主人。

我们不可否认，也不能否认，随着科技的发展，这个社会在经济和生活上发展得越来越快，工业革命让机器代替了人工，加大了生产力的解放，让世界进入了蒸汽时代。第二次工业革命给我们带来了光明。电灯取代了煤油，让黑夜变成了白天，也让世界进入了电气时代。各种机械都提倡于使用电力。也在次之时，石油问世，50年间由于石油的发现，人类的生活发生了根本上的改变。因为他们拥于进行工业生产，科技发明的原料，越来越快。几十年间，电话取代了书信，手机取代了电话。电脑的出现改变了世界的交流，把世界各地联系起来，方便了生活，方便了世界的交流，促进了经济的快速发展。

但是经济发展起来了，我们在享受它给我们带来好处的同时，想想它对我们内心所带来的事物。网络方便了人类之间的沟通和交流，但与此同时，我们看到了一个个的网络诈骗事件。为了能够满足自身的欲望而利用科技进行欺骗，让他人辛苦挣的钱化为泡沫，有的甚至利用父母对孩子的关爱，以孩子的生命安全等事件 欺诈父母，以从中获得钱财。有的人借用于科学手段造出有害于人体健康，含氮量达不到标准却无法检测的奶粉，让一个个幼小的生命在还未看到未来光明就扼止于这个时代!有的人以自身所知的科学知识制造毒品，让他人的身体心理都因此而受到极大的伤害，从而导致有人为了吸毒而杀妻卖子，烧杀抢掠失去了理智失去了人性。因此看来，在这个科技无孔不入的时代，我们更加应该去提倡人文精神。

人文精神是一种主张以人为本，重视人的价值，尊重人的尊严和权力，关怀人的现实生活，追求人的自由、平等和解放思想的行为。

科技是为人提供服务而不是用来伤害人类。然而一切科技都是由人所创造，它之所以能够害人是因为人类缺少人文关怀。是人类操控科技让其对人类进行伤害。或许我们还记得《生化危机》中那一张张恐怖的面孔。看上去是活生生的人，他会动会走。但是因为没有了知觉，已经失去了生命，但是因为科技的原因，制造出病毒让所有人死也不能安息，而成了“僵尸”没有了人性，到处咬人以传播病毒。当我们回想起那一幕幕血腥的画面，仍旧感到心有余悸，如果随着科技的发展，人类的人文精神逐步退化，导致人类也丧失了人性，只为了利用而可以无任何情义。

人类，我们是否到了要反思的时候。
