人的智慧来自于反思，反思对于个人的自我更新意义重大，人之所以为人，反思是重要的特点之一。

古往今来，无论是伟人还是普通人在一生中多多少少会犯错误。如在古代，秦王扫六国统一全国是一件轰轰烈烈的大事，但在统一后，由于秦的暴政，导致秦本身仅仅存在了15年。再说说近代，中国完成三大改造后，由于错误的认识，以及毛泽东的错误判断，导致先后发生了大跃进与农民公社化运动和文化大革命，以至于生产能力大大消弱，农民生产积极性大大降低。在文化大革命中，许多老一辈革命家被批斗，当时中华人民共和国主席刘少奇被批斗为叛徒，内奸，工贼在开封市的一个旧银行中含冤而死。先进分子被抵触，中国的文化教育在那时是一片空白，学校内学生都去上街游行而无人学习，中国倒退了二三十年。

然而，正是有了错误，我们才会学会反思。

秦始皇的暴政并没有使国家毁灭，而是在秦始皇死后，秦二世时没有意识到错误，依然对人们的压迫导致秦的毁灭。在近代中国文化大革命后，邓小平意识到了“左”的错误，在第十一届三中全会上呼吁停止“左”的错误，确立解放思想、实事求是的思想路线;做出党和国家把重点工作转移到经济建设上来，提出了改革开放的伟大决策。从此，中国走上了经济大发展的新时代。

可见，错误本身并不可怕，可怕的是在犯错后人们不懂得反思自己的错误，导致一错再错。

世界上没有不犯错误的人，有的是在犯错后敢于反思自己的人，发现自己的错误，就像在空地上发现一个坑;反思自己的错误，就像在为填坑做准备;解决自己的错误，就像把坑填上一样。每填一个坑，就少个因不小心掉进坑里而受伤的人，自己就少了份内疚，多了份轻松。当把所有坑都填上时，自己的内心就会平静且不会再因错误而自责与内疚。

雨果曾经说过：“尽可能少犯错误，这是人的准则，不犯错误，那是天使的梦想。”人无完人，人都会犯错误，我们要有正确看待错误的观念，在错误中反思自己，使自己进步，让自己接近于完美，错误是成功的开始。

High school is very important in one’s lifetime. Nowadays, the movies about the high school time are so popular, but the stories are exaggerated, my memories about high school life are so different from the movie. During the three years, study occupied most of my time. I fought for the future with my classmates. We studied together and shared our opinion about the difficult points. We couldnt believe that it was a village. The buildings for the farmers were very beautiful, the streets were very clean and there were many flowers in front of the houses. This morning I got up early and went to the market to buy some vegetables instead my mother for the first time.

一、认真反思，不断学习提高自身素质。

提高自身素质只有通过多种渠道不断的学习，才能提高忠诚于党的教育事业的责任心，才能提高自身的素质和教学本领。本人在本学期中，积极参加各项时事、政治学习，坚持把理论同实际相结合，从我做起，从身边的小事做起，用正确的思想引导幼儿，做好保教工作。本学期中，充分发挥自身的凝聚力作用，坚持做到以身作则、勇于奉献、勤勤恳恳，无论是否当班，都要做好并检查班级的各项工作。只有这样才能使其他老师充分把精力投入到工作中，在工作中从不计较个人得失，充分发挥“你中有我，我中有你”的团队精神作用，团结一致地做好班级工作。在狠抓班级常规中，真正做到工作有目的、行动有组织、实施有计划。

二、勇于改革，丰富课堂内容形式。

我结合主题课程，开展了丰富多彩的区域活动，努力做到“静与动”的结合。为了给孩子们创造一个优美整洁且符合幼儿年龄特点的活动环境，我们充分利用教室有限的场地，设计最佳的区角位置，找资料、齐动手，在活动室里设立了图书角、益智区、小巧手、表演区、建构区、娃娃家、小医院等，还利用室外一角，设置了小超市。在每个区域我们都利用废旧鞋盒，布置作品展示去。结合季节特征，开展了“种子贴画”、酒瓶装饰等手工活动，很受小朋友喜欢，在感受到快乐的同时提高了孩子们动手能力。值得一提的是，我们班小朋友在老师的引导下，对折纸活动非常感兴趣，吃好了饭，你常常可以看到三五一群的孩子围在一起在研究折纸，有的在比赛自己折的飞机。许多孩子的动手能力得到了很大提高，小手也变巧了，还锻炼了他们的耐心，孩子在教室里追跑打闹的现象也少了。

三、加强常规建设，培养幼儿良好的行为习惯。

俗话说：“没有规矩，难成方圆”。良好的常规可以使幼儿的生活具有合理的节奏，使神经系统得到有益的调节，我进一步培养幼儿自我服务的能力，为他们的生活和学习打下良好基矗但是常规也不是以牺牲幼儿的个性、快乐为代价。我班有个别幼儿生性好动，比较调皮，我们两位老师步调一致，共同合作，重抓教育，使小朋友逐渐能互相帮助、关心集体，捣乱的小朋友小了，热爱劳动的小朋友多了。

幼儿的独立意识增强，而且自我服务的愿望和要求日趋激烈，我们抓住孩子这一心理特征，开展了“小组长轮换制”，让做小组长的孩子负责擦桌子、发蜡笔、点人数……抓住这些细小的机会，既培养了他们为同伴服务的能力，而且督促了孩子的自律，潜移默化中培养了幼儿良好的行为习惯，从而促进了整个班风班貌的提高。

四、存在的不足和今后工作方向

这个学期中，我班孩子的出勤率较好，口语表达能力有了飞跃性的进展，自理能力在不断提高。在看到成绩的同时，我们也注意到了自身的不足，如：有时会因户外活动超时回来较晚，给孩子穿衣着急，以至于孩子少穿了一件衣服、穿反了鞋子也没发现，幼儿进餐的速度有待进一步的提高。对此我们都进行了认真地总结，以便于以后更好地开展工作。辞旧迎新，在新的学期中我们会更加努力，争取把工作做得更好，取得更大的进步!

培养学生自主学习能力，让合作、探究的理念指导自己的教学，以便更有效地提高课堂教学效率，这是新形势下，我们每位教师都必须思索的现实问题。

我根据名师的经验和专家报告的思想去年在初一尝试了“预习――质疑――讨论――反馈”的四环节小组学习方法，也初步培养了学生的质疑、发现问题的能力，但学生自学的习惯还没有很好地养成，更谈不上学习的兴趣了。我们语文学科的博、杂更决定了兴趣、爱好及习惯的重要性。摆在面前的即是作文的老大难问题。以往的作文教学是“老师命题，提出要求，学生思考成文，批改收交”，学生被动接受，对于作文毫无兴趣可言，书写起来更谈不上真情流露，相关的批改反馈的针对性及实效性也较差。如何改变作文课这种被动消极的局面。我思考了好久决定尝试一种小组合作的学习方法，在开学的三周内，先在12班进行了试验，现把初步的思路简单介绍：

周四的作文课，一反常态，先分析上次学生作文的得失，由此定出作文的要求及目标。针对上次对新闻事实的叙述交待不清，而提出“合理交代清记叙的要素，交待清楚一件事”的总体要求。

然后各小组在组长的组织下，讨论拟题并简单说说构思，组长示意，老师计时。

静思独立，老师观察各小组的情况。

成文后，组长示意可以写读书笔记。

统一完成后，合作批改。

第一步：交换找优点，评价闪光点，写出主要内容，概括大意。

第二步：再交换挑毛病，指不足（比如错别字，病句等）。

第三步：本人小声读文，动情优美处，大声的读，后品味反思别人的评价，结合自己的感受，对自己提出中肯的建议。

最后，交流心得。每组推一篇美文大家共赏，由作文负责人根据各小组记分、上交，由老师根据各小组的情况，找出优缺点，并概括不足（共性的东西），思考下一次作文的要求及目标。

经过这样一改动，作文课上，学生以小组为单位全部动起来，全身心地积极投入，每位同学至少读了三篇同类的作文，又听读了六篇美文，不论从听觉、视觉上都能获得很大的收获。相对以往单一、枯燥的形式，学生的积极性大大提高，小组之间的凝聚力、向心力增强。

由于刚刚开始，此方法毕竟有它极多不完善的地方，比如时间的分配，各小组时间的不均衡，小组之间成员能力水平的差异等等，因此，我今后将会更加努力地去探索、完善。

作为一节作文指导课，本节课我力求实现自己的教学设想，以学生的说为主，以发展学生的想象为目标，充分尊重学生个性特征，以学生的想象为指导线索，努力使学生运用“变”来实现自己心中的梦想。

本节课教学有以下几点反思之处：

反思一：让学生说并不等同于让学生随意说。课堂教学是一门艺术，作为艺术，学生的主动性活动是必不可少的，但绝不能离开教师的指导与约束。如果一味地让学生进行活动，而不加以引导和制约，那么课堂则将变得散漫、无序。本节课，我这一点做得较好，对于学生的发言、讨论都能够给予较为及时的评价与引导，使学生说得有层次，有顺序，有条理。

反思二：引导学生的作文写作，要首先引导学生理清思路。头脑中是怎样想的，笔下则就是怎样写的。因此，在教学本节作文时，我尽力引导学生按照“想怎么变”、“想变什么”“变化后干什么”、“故事怎样开展”的顺序进行语言交流，从而使学生把握住了写作顺序，为创作奠定了写作思路。

反思三：本节课最大的不足，就在于学生知道自己想变什么，也知道为什么而变，但在写作过程中，可以看出学生并不能很好地将自己的变化与故事结合起来，在描写过程中只是简单地进行描述，缺少了故事的要素，使得故事并不生动具体，缺乏可读性。这与老师在课堂教学中指导不到位有关，主要是课堂教学时间的不合理安排，使得这部分教学内容指导没有及时跟上。这也为今后自己的作文教学积累了一个宝贵的经验。

总之，这节课的教学取得了很多的经验，也看到了自己作文教学的不足。在今后的研究过程中，我将着重在作文教学指导上下功夫，力求让作文教学上得更加有特点，更有生命力。

首先，我关注了学生多种方式的阅读。上课学生听老师范读课文，整体感知了课文内容，初步了解了搭石风景的亮丽。接着，我又引导学生通过默读、自由读、感悟读、齐读、背读等多层次、多角度地读，充分地接触文本，在阅读中感悟美、欣赏美，突出了教学重点。同时，通过重点段的品读，又让学生进一步感受到家乡这道风景的亮丽。在整节课我注重了对学生关爱他人美好情感的熏陶和正确的情感态度和价值观的引导。比如在过渡语、小结语、评价语和激情语中潜移默化的渗透。学生情感与文本产生了共鸣，感受到乡亲们浓浓的乡情。

二是加强了说写训练。课文中多次出现假设句子。教学中，让学生初步了解了假设句子的意义，然后仿照课文中的句式说身边的美，进行说写练习，训练了学生的思维、语言内化与表达。

三是注重传授学习方法，揭示学习规律。在本节课教学中，我不光引导学生了解意思，也提示理解的方法。如在理解重点词“协调有序”时，学生通过课前预习了这个词的本义，我又引导学生说出了这个词的引申义，即在具体语言环境中的意思，然后再联系上下文理解这个词用得准确。又如：在开课伊始，让学生边默读课文，边思考，边画句子，边理解，学生在实践的过程中有掌握了一种很好的阅读方法。

高考落下帷幕，成绩揭晓的那天，显得很平静。八号的晚上，已决定要复读。可是嘴上虽然这么说，内心里当然很不甘。毕竟，我也曾挥洒过汗水，却努力不够，失败应该是必然的。

回顾高考那让人叹谓的成绩：语文114，数学74，英语94，理综175.我已经不想对自己的成绩作出任何评价，或者说是因为什么什么原因导致自己没有考好之类的话，我只想做个分析和总结，说一些有用的话。

失败，寻找内因。父母的教诲已够多了，我想我应该独自思考下自己的未来。

首先，回顾下自己是怎么样度过高中三年的。高一时，我犹如一头疯狂的小鹿在教室外的走廊嬉戏。那时的我丝毫没有体会到学习的重要性。学习习惯没有养成导致的是学习效率很低上课老爱走神，没有专心听讲。早读课的宝贵时光匆匆流走，自己浑然不知，要么和同学说话，要么唱着歌，哼小曲。对自己的放纵就是对自己的残忍。考试成绩很差时，我却想着哪些人比我还低，就是着这种自以为是毁掉了自己的上进心。

胡思乱想葬送了大把的宝贵学习时间。从未脚踏实地的做好应该做的事。中午午休时间算起来有一两个小时的学习时间，我拿来闲聊，或者干脆一睡不起，到两点二十分上课才醒来。昏昏沉沉的大脑显然无法正常运转。思维跟不上的直接后果就是对知识点的掌握不牢。一知半解的我在考试中手足无措，然而面对考试的失败，却又重蹈覆辙地延续自己的错误。自习课上将个人的浮躁心理彻底显露出来了。浮躁，不专心，注定很难取得成功。

对于各个科目，自己抱着侥幸心理，认为自己还行，每次都没有好好分析自己的成绩，比较一下。其实自己真的很差。

特别是数学，明知自己对函数掌握地不好，却不主动去补。自以为几何很简单，可几何题很少得满分。

高一下学期的文理分科，是人生的一大抉择。我最后选择了理科，违背了自己的特点，兴趣爱好，堂而皇之的将之归于叛逆的选择。其实我后来才知道，不管是什么学科，只要用心去学，没有学不好这一说。我知道，没有做到。

高二时关键，我并没有抓住。发呆，打乒乓球。还是发呆，打乒乓球。我老是迟到，高中第一次被叫家长，却是因为一次迟到。老师说过一句话：我希望你出成绩。但是我似乎从来没有出过好成绩。又想起，她对我说，你呢，书还是有的读，至于是什么样的大学，估计你最后得到的和你自己想象的相差很远。还是被她言中了。

一个荒芜的高二留下了一个无奈的背影。肖老师走了，不再坚守，不再面对热嘲冷讽。或许她真的失望了，对那个常常倒数第一的班级。其实老师们不会拿别人的错误来惩罚自己，她只会说，我累了，让我休息一会吧。

那一年，我似乎没做什么，只感觉时间过得好快。来到了令人唏嘘的高三。换了一个很有实力的班主任，改变了我们的物理，改变了我们的成绩。然而我们却不包括我，我依然没变，还是那个懒散的我。高三的十几次大考，我没有一次上过500分，而有的人没有一次下过500分。人与人的差距就在这里吧。高三伊始时，雄心壮志的我希望通过一年的努力，争取一个好的成绩，我幻想着高考能够超常发挥。幻想只是幻想罢了。买了很多资料，试卷，后来却发现自己连学校发的东西都做不完。

每次大考，同样对成绩抱有幻想，我应该会考好的吧。从700名到600名的进步也会沾沾自喜，我想，这一定会引起别人的嘲讽。每次发完试卷，总是沉默，只有语文成绩聊以欣慰，甚于炫耀，想来真是可悲，可笑。

每每熬夜做着作业，因效率过低，没有效果，反而影响了白天上课。这便是老师所说的，最为愚蠢的方法。我朦胧的睡眼在物理课上微闭了几分钟，老师看到了，却从来不说。对于二本线都上不了的学生，她何必浪费时间去惊醒他们。等我睡醒，或是一个题的结束，亦或是另一个题的开始。

化学课上，当我的回答和答案恰恰相反时，我看见一双双充满疑惑的眼睛正盯着我，我低下了头。耳畔传来的班上第一的解答，一句“完全正确”从化学老师的口中说了出来，“坐下”，我缓缓弯下身子，拉回自己的椅子，尴尬地坐了下去。回答正确的那个人不是我，不是我……

高考之后，面临困境。会有无数人来问你，考得怎么样，我没有沉默，轻描淡写说出复读。亲朋好友或有人指着鼻子“骂”，你干什么去了，对此，我的回答是：没有，没有，我没有干什么。是的，我没有干什么，没有学到什么，没有收获什么。或有人抱乐观态度，鼓励我，再来一年。高考之前有个诚信应考承诺书上有这样一句话：今年不行，明年再来。今年作弊，终生后悔。我没有作弊，却不幸成为了那个再来一年的人，这个概率，似乎比“再来一瓶”要低。而这一切却又似乎是必然的，因为平时的成绩能够反映高考的水平。

事已至此，不能改变过去，只能把握现在。学长告诫我：心态很重要，现在不要想着能考什么大学，能增加多少分，应该把自己当做一个刚刚进入高三的学生，一个普普通通的高三学生。不能纠结于过去，要冷静地思考如何才能把握好现在。

今天是七七事变75周年纪念日，是应该永远铭记的国耻日。今天也是高考过去一个月的日子，高考带来的失败的经验和教训不能忘记，以今日为鉴，反思过去，反思失败的根本原因，我还是不够勤奋。为了坚守自己的信仰，跌倒之后，爬起再战，高考，不怕!

Nowadays, electronic music is very popular around the world. First electronic music got popular from Lady Gaga, her creative dressing styles caught people’s attention and then people started to notice her music. They fell in love with her electronic music. Unlike rock and roll music, electronic music is more favorable by me. It makes me excited and I am totally lost in the wonderful music. Once my friends and I went to a music festival. There were so many people standing there and listening to the music. Especially when the DJ came out and everybody got excited. When the DJ played electronic music, my friends and I shook our bodies and joined the crowd to dance. It was such a wonderful experience for me. I will never forget the power of electronic music. 二、 情感要鲜明

情感的鲜明是指在文章中的情感指向要明确，该批判的批判，该歌颂的歌颂，并且在你的语言中要饱含感情。最好不要出现那些让读者都想不透的模棱两可的情感倾向。这不仅仅会减弱对主题的表现，也会伤害到语言的表现力和感染力，同时也影响了读者的阅读兴趣。感情的鲜明最忌的是故作姿态，夸大其辞，没有分寸，这样反而会让人感觉作呕。所以说，我们的感情表达真实可信才会感人，才会打动人。

三、 思考要深刻
