接着我便导入本课，我觉的本课导入非常成功，学生通过观赏雪景和聆听歌曲，有了真切感受，说起来也就简单了，由此，我意识到，学生平时回答问题是有困难，说明他们没有真正弄懂其中的缘由，缺乏真实的感受，回答起来就难了，或只见树木不见森林，或不着边际，或离题万里。

2、考试就像一面镜子，照出了一段时间以来教师教的成效与学生学习效果。通观我教得几个班学生所做的思想政治试卷，让我不得不掩卷思索：半学期来我的教学以及学生知识的掌握存在的不足之处。

一、考试不足之处

1、选择题。本次考试出的数量太少，分值占的过多，导致在选择题上学生的分数档次拉开。思想政治选择题不是失分较多的题型，在考试中反映出的问题主要是，审题上的失误，知识性的不足并不太多。

2。大题部分。看不全材料中的信息，结果在答说明类试题时，以偏概全，顾此失彼。不能准确理解题意，所以在回答时不知所云，离题万里。准确度很差。还有就是答题缺乏充实性，内容很少，没话可说。卷面不整洁，字迹潦草，也没有一个条理性。不会联系课本知识，不会灵活运用，如：战略的考查、轨道转移的问题。不能把材料中体现的的内容和课本知识相结合。从总体上看，优秀率偏少，低分太多。

二、学生中存在的问题

1、基础知识不牢，记忆量少。比如判断题基本上还是以书本基础知识为主的。在做选择题时，缺乏严谨的态度，很多学生在做选择题时脱离题目给的材料，过分依赖教科书，考虑不全面是失分的主要原因，培养学生在平时养成良好的做题习惯尤为重要。

2、缺乏解题思路，答题技巧，学习主动性差。从卷面的主观题答题情况看来，学生缺乏深刻的理解，不会组织语言，只会从书本上一字不漏，大段大段的抄袭。甚至同一个知识点重复出现，答题思路很混乱。因此往往出现试卷每题都答得很满，可是老师却无从给分。

三、今后教学中注意的问题

1、注意课本基础知识和重点内容的记忆。既不要全面铺开，也不能敷衍而过。而是把检查和督促经常化，检查内容要有选择有重点。

2、习题课要注意对习题的分析，要让学生掌握思路，同时让他们善于归纳和总结。既发挥学生的主动性也要使学生明确规范准确的答案，使学生对照自己的答案，在比较重提升自己总结分析习题的能力。

3、强调上课的效率问题。使全体学生都能参与到教学中来，尤其使差学生扭转被动态度，多提问他们，给他们机会，使其注意听讲，让学生掌握一定的听课的技巧，使学生提高听课的效率。

4、课下作业的落实。主要是体现在背的作业上。让学生把背的内容写一遍，使之明确答案与问题，只有这样才能背的准确，记得牢固。避免对作业的抄袭，使学生独立自主的、完成作业。

5、发挥小组的作用。对差生的帮助和督促，在组长的安排下进行。无论是课堂发言还是讨论，让差生真正的发挥出应有的作用来。使他们能主动学，认真学，学的进去，真正把基础知识有所掌握。

人的智慧来自于反思，反思对于个人的自我更新意义重大，人之所以为人，反思是重要的特点之一。

古往今来，无论是伟人还是普通人在一生中多多少少会犯错误。如在古代，秦王扫六国统一全国是一件轰轰烈烈的大事，但在统一后，由于秦的暴政，导致秦本身仅仅存在了15年。再说说近代，中国完成三大改造后，由于错误的认识，以及毛泽东的错误判断，导致先后发生了大跃进与农民公社化运动和文化大革命，以至于生产能力大大消弱，农民生产积极性大大降低。在文化大革命中，许多老一辈革命家被批斗，当时中华人民共和国主席刘少奇被批斗为叛徒，内奸，工贼在开封市的一个旧银行中含冤而死。先进分子被抵触，中国的文化教育在那时是一片空白，学校内学生都去上街游行而无人学习，中国倒退了二三十年。

然而，正是有了错误，我们才会学会反思。

秦始皇的暴政并没有使国家毁灭，而是在秦始皇死后，秦二世时没有意识到错误，依然对人们的压迫导致秦的毁灭。在近代中国文化大革命后，邓小平意识到了“左”的错误，在第十一届三中全会上呼吁停止“左”的错误，确立解放思想、实事求是的思想路线;做出党和国家把重点工作转移到经济建设上来，提出了改革开放的伟大决策。从此，中国走上了经济大发展的新时代。

可见，错误本身并不可怕，可怕的是在犯错后人们不懂得反思自己的错误，导致一错再错。

世界上没有不犯错误的人，有的是在犯错后敢于反思自己的人，发现自己的错误，就像在空地上发现一个坑;反思自己的错误，就像在为填坑做准备;解决自己的错误，就像把坑填上一样。每填一个坑，就少个因不小心掉进坑里而受伤的人，自己就少了份内疚，多了份轻松。当把所有坑都填上时，自己的内心就会平静且不会再因错误而自责与内疚。

雨果曾经说过：“尽可能少犯错误，这是人的准则，不犯错误，那是天使的梦想。”人无完人，人都会犯错误，我们要有正确看待错误的观念，在错误中反思自己，使自己进步，让自己接近于完美，错误是成功的开始。

对于错误，有的人选择去躲避，有的人选择去面对，在错误中反思自己。错误不可怕，要有一颗承担错误的心，提升自己，把错误看成垫脚石，一步一步的走向成功。

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

I have rested for XX days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt unnetfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-netputer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

No netputer, I will not know to do what. I have no solution to the problem. So I sent my notebook-netputer to the Asus netputer netpany. I must have my netputer repaired. And the other one, it was thoroughly broken. It can’t be repaired again.The netputer netpany told me that my notebook netputer needed one week to repair. The electric led to all trouble. And many electrical appliances are broken. I don’t know when our country can solve the problem.

I have lost two netputers, but I had another one. I bought it about five years ago. It can be called curio. Though it was old. But it can still work. Although it works slowly, I was pleased. I can go on internet again. Chatting with my friends is a good relaxing. In the internet, one of my old friends invited me to tomorrow’s party. He told me that some friends would go, too. So I promised to go. A-ha! I can see my old friends. I was very happy and hopeful.

我感觉，自己的这个课（教案）在贯彻新的课程标准思想理念方面，还是认真的，也努力做到了。下面是这个课例的教学设想和课后思考。

一、体现“以生为本”的新课程标准思想理念，倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式。

对于新课程，我是这样理解的，实际课堂上，教学应遵循“教师引导，学生自主，师生合作，生生合作，共同交流探讨”的原则，应注重学生自主阅读、自觉感悟和主动探究的学习过程，教师不能满堂灌，应将学习的自主权交到学生手中，避免越俎代庖，这样学生学习才越来越有兴趣，才有长进、步入佳境。但也不能忽略教师的作用，教师是教学的组织者、促进者和合作者，应适当发挥引导教学过程、灵活调控课堂气氛等作用，师生都投入了，这样的教学才真正有实效。

本课教学以学生为主体，注重学生自主阅读、自觉感悟和主动探究的学习过程，有别于学生被动接受知识和道理的传统教学。教学过程分“体验亲情、交流感受、表达亲情”三个环节，按下面三个步骤开展：第一，以文本阅读为楔子，引导学生如何捕捉细节、感悟亲情（自主阅读——自觉感悟）；第二，从对文本亲情的感悟中寻找与生活的共鸣点，唤起学生类似的亲情体验，交流感受（师生、生生合作探讨、交流互动）；第三，亲情告白（包括学生写课堂小作文，完成课外综合实践活动的作业）。

在“自主、合作、探究”的学习过程中，特别要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解。如，在对亲情的感悟的教学安排上，我选择一篇短小感人、内涵丰富而有张力的阅读材料作为情感的引入，让学生去读，去思考、去体验感悟，在自主学习、自主感悟、合作交流中，学生读懂了语言文字背后的内容，体会到了母爱的真挚、无私、博大、深沉，懂得尊重亲情、珍惜亲情、奉献爱心的道理；下面的环节也重在学生自主发言，师生共同交流探讨，力求沟通融洽。

二、在教学过程中强调听，说、读、写的有效结合，提高口头和书面的表达与交流等语文基本能力。

教学过程中，开展“体验亲情、探讨亲情、表达亲情”等阅读、讨论、交流、写作等教学活动，有效提高学生口头和书面的表达与交流等语文基本能力。首先，以文本的阅读作为唤醒学生情感体验的切入口；第二，通过对文本的感悟、探讨、交流，加深学生对亲情的理解，为下面寻找与生活的共鸣点作铺垫；第三，通过上面的情感酝酿，唤起学生类似的亲情体验，交流感受，进入生活中亲情体验的交流，逐步将学生推向对生命本质认识的高峰，为下面学生抒写自我心灵的真情实感蓄势；最后，水到渠成，让学生捕捉一二生活细节，当堂完成亲情小作文。全程读、说、听、写结合，环环相扣，过渡自然，符合学生认知规律，收到很好的教学效果，从而避免了讨论式教学中出现的空、泛等不实的做法。

三、引导学生关注生活，善于观察生活，对社会、人生有自己的感受和思考。

引导学生关注社会、人生和生活。忙碌的现代生活和紧张的节奏，使我们渐渐地忽略了身边家人的感受，也疏远了与他们的情感，不少学生和父母有“代沟”；这代的学生，多是独生子女，自我意识强，家人的处处呵护已让他们中不少人存在“唯我独尊”“凡事多为己着想少为他人着想”的思想意识，只会享受爱，不懂得付出。通过这堂课，学生能察觉到自身的缺点，并反省，逐步改正。

关注生活中的细节，挖掘其中的情感。我们大多是平凡人，过的是平凡人的生活，生活中固然不乏有轰轰烈烈、惊天动地的爱，但更多的是平凡、朴素、深沉埋在心底、不着痕迹的爱，特别是家人对我们的爱，往往蕴藏在平凡琐碎的生活小事中，不易被觉察。通过交流，培养学生细心观察生活、体味生活的能力，加深对亲情的感悟，提升做人的品位。

从学生课堂上的发言、当堂的小作文来看，学生能顺畅地表达自己真实、独特的个性体验，不说假话、空话、套话，不为文造情。这也是一个闪光点。

唯一感到遗憾的是一节课的时间安排紧些，在“交流感受”部分未能让更多的学生发言，有些仓促收尾。

书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

1、Only when we realize the importance of environmental protection, can we solve the problem of pollution.

2、So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste it.

3、Diligent as he was, he failed in passing the exam.

4、By no means should teenagers get into the habit of smocking.

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

噢耶！过年喽！吃年夜饭了！”我高兴地到处嚷嚷。

除夕之夜是一家人团聚的时刻，俗话说得好：“有钱没钱，回家过年。”这一天是中华民族团聚欢乐的好时光。

我家也不例外，妈妈和姥姥做年夜饭，爸爸和姥爷贴春联，我呢在楼下和小伙伴玩鞭炮，大家都忙得不亦乐乎。

体育学习的目的不光在于让学生锻炼身体，而且还在于激发和保持学生对体育的学习兴趣。学生学习的内在需要主要表现为学习兴趣。学生对体育本身带有一定的兴趣，只要我们稍加引导就可以激发出学生的浓烈学习兴趣。了解了学生对哪些体育项目感兴趣，并根据此调整教学计划，使教学内容尽量与学生兴趣接轨。课堂中充分尊重学生主体地位，采用民主和商量的口吻进行调动，使其主动学习，才能使学习气氛宽松、广阔，学生无拘无束地置身其中，尝试学习，享受学习的乐趣，课堂焕发无限的生命力，学生思维活跃，热情高涨，真正成为学习的主人，成为课堂的主角。这样往往会取得事半功倍的奇效。

我们都知道优美的示范、准确的讲解是最能感染学生的。但除此以外，教师还应该做到亲而不媚、“笑”而不俗。亲而不媚指让学生感到很放松，觉得老师很好相处，愿意与教师配合完成教学任务。从教学中我真的感受到每个学生都有自己独特的内心世界、精神世界和内在感受，有着不同他人的观察、思维和解决问题的方式。也就是说，学生有着独特的个性，每个学生的学习方式本质上都是独特个性的体现。实际上，有效的学习方式都是个性化的，没有统一的方式。正如多元智力理论所指出的，每个人的智慧类型不一样，他们的思考方式、学习需要、学习优势、学习风格也不一样，因此每个人的具体学习方式是不同的。这意味着我们在体育与健康教学，要尊重每一个学生的独特个性和具体生活，根据学生不同性格类型设计教学法，不设上下限，力争为每个学生富有个性的发展创造空间，为每一位学生创造一个可以发挥的天地。学生的差异性，学生学习客观上存在着个体差异，不同的学生在学习同一内容时，实际具备的认知基础和情感准备以及学习能力倾向不同，决定了需要的帮助不同。课堂学习方式的转变对促进学生发展更具有战略性的意义。但是传统的学习方式过分突出和强调接受与掌握，学生学习成了纯粹被动式地接受、记忆过的过程。这种教学窒息学生的思维和智力，摧残了学生的学习兴趣的热情。造成了学生喜欢体育，却不喜欢上体育课这样滑稽的局面。

学生是教学活动中的主体，必须充分发挥其主体作用，从被动接受变成主动学习。要想使学生在课堂上“笑”起来，首先要给学生一个宽松的学习环境，多表扬，少批评，教师过于严肃，势必使学生产生距离感和畏惧感，如果学生做完练习的第一反应是观察教师脸上的表情而不是体会练习过程中的满足感，那么学生也就永远都“笑”不起来;其次，要激发学生练习的兴趣，循循善诱，永远不要让学生觉得“我肯定不行”或“这太简单了，我不练都行”，而要让他们认为“我肯定能行，让我试一试”。把课堂还给学生，给学生自主练习的空间，底年级同学，兴趣广泛，并有了一定的自主能力，教师应考虑从学生的实际出发，打破以往教学中一切都由教师组织学生一起做同一活动的做法，而多给学生有选择性的自由练习空间，使学生找到练习的乐趣，发现自己的特长，为终身体育打下坚实的基础。教师放手让学生自己去练、自己去学，就给了部分学生表现的良机.总之，教师要善于从学生实际需要考虑，放开手脚，把课堂还给学生，努力去为学生拓展一个空间，而不是让学生艰难的来适应自己的教学方式，使学生真正成为课堂的主人。学习和教学只有在师生愉悦的情况下才会迸发无限生机。

总之，无论体育场地如何，学生情况怎样，作为我们一线的体育教师，新课程目标一定要吃透，认真备好每一堂课，激发、调动学生的兴趣，重视和发挥学生在教学中的主体地位，以及充分利用多种不同的教学模式，才能在小场地上好体育课，同时也需要我们教师付出更多的心血，想出更多的办法，使我们的新课程目标顺利完成

在这节指导作文课当中，存在几个问题：指导学生写作文的开头时，没有像学生说明写的是作文的开头。另外，在评价作文时，只是指名学生读自己的作文，这就不能直面地指导学生学习如何修改作文，借助投影机投影学生的作文，这样，学生就可以清楚地看到如何修改作

这是一节作文指导课，在这节课当中，我指导学生展开想象的翅膀，让他们在想象的天空中自由地翱翔，充分尊重他们独特的个性，使他们通过这一节课的“变”来实现他们的梦想或者心愿。

回想这节课，有几个地方需要反思：

一、第一环节是以孙悟空的变进行导入，凭着孙悟空在学生脑海中的鲜明形象，孙悟空那出神入化的72变成功地引起了学生想变的欲望。老师因势利导鼓励学生根据自己的心愿也来变一变，从而打开了学生的想象之门。

二、对于农村三年级的学生来说，写一篇佳作对他们并不容易。因此，指导他们写好文章的开头尤为重要。我出示例文中的开头，指导学生明确作文的开头要说清楚两个方面，()一是“想变什么？”，二是“为什么要变？”也就是说要变的原因。当给学生说明之后，并没有立刻让学生写，而是先让同学按要求进行讨论，通过小组内的讨论，同学之间可以互相学习写开头的方法，提高他们合作学习的能力。

三、在这节指导作文课当中，存在几个问题：指导学生写作文的开头时，没有像学生说明写的是作文的开头。另外，在评价作文时，只是指名学生读自己的作文，这就不能直面地指导学生学习如何修改作文，借助投影机投影学生的作文，这样，学生就可以清楚地看到如何修改作文了。最后，板书的设计不太完善，应加上变的内容，可以是“人”可以是“物”。

这白驹过隙的弹指一瞬间，这已经是我来到中学的第二个月了。在这两个月的生活里我们感受到了新的环境给我们带来的快乐和获得知识的喜悦同时也又要适应新环境的困难和压力。

在发成绩那天，我明知道自己好多题都不太确定，但我还是期待着有奇迹发生。果然还是印证了那句谚语：一分耕耘，一份收获。我考砸了，而且除了英语发挥一般，其他两科都考得是前所未有的差。这次比月考考得还糟糕。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼之间寒假来临了。刚刚从忙碌紧张的期末考走出来。迎接的是轻松自由的寒假。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。
