我们高二的几位老师都有同感：学生的作文越来越难改，批改一篇作文花上的时间要比写一篇作文的时间还要多，而学生也越来越害怕作文，不喜欢写作文，甚至讨厌、不写作文。这个既令学生又另老师伤脑筋的问题还真不容忽视。为此，我们几个一起查询资料、讨论，以求找到解决的办法。现简单小结一下，以促进今后的英语教学。

一、 向学生解释英语写作的重要性。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。因此在平时教学中，老师要经常性地有意识地对学生进行写作重要性的教育。学生一进入高中就要让他们了解初中和高中英语教学要求的异同。

二、指导学生写作时值得注意的几个问题：

1.教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。刚开始的时候，我们要求所有学生至少每周写一篇作文。而不少学生因为英语基础太差，写作相当困难。因此作文迟迟交不上来。基于这种情况，后阶段作文我们对于部分学生适当放宽了要求。

2.坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……同样，不少学生，尤其是对英语不感兴趣的一些男生每次写作时总是以“不知道”为由不写。我找他们谈话，鼓励他们哪怕是先写自我介绍。第一次就写出自己的姓名，出生年月和出生地。第二次你还可就自己的爱好写一两句或者介绍自己的家庭也可。学生哈哈笑了：这个容易。但事实上就这么简单的他们也犯了不少错误。这使我更明白了对于学生不能急于求成。

3.分程度要求。当今的素质教育主张分层次教学，对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举而沾沾自喜，而有些学生却无从下手。

4.注意讲评。任何人都喜欢听好话，学生也一样。因此我们要经常指出学生的优点，提高他们的积极性，同时委婉地指出缺点和错误，避免以后重犯。

5.基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

6.要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的作风。

但是，在实践过程中，出现了合作不理想得问题。

虽然在平时的课中也常常小组学习，但是没有注重学生良好的合作学习的习惯，因此出现了老师在讲要求，学生已经是“跃跃欲试”“一团乱”的现象。合作的效果没有预想的好，学生不能够很快的找到有效地信息，不能有效率的进行合作。因此，在以后的课中，合作的习惯应养成与小组中人物的分配要合理。

今年的高考已经过去，回顾这一年的高三语文教学，有很多值得总结和深思的地方，

高三语文教学工作反思。下面谈一下今年的一些做法和思考。

一、课本梳理。引导学生对必修一至必修五等课本内容进行复习整理，尤其是文言文，有指导材料，有老师点拨，有学生整理、感悟。帮助了学生对课本素材进行有效复习、思考、整理和吸收。对课本专题有了一个初步的思考和材料积累。但是，在指导过程中没有能指导学生及时回顾复习，强化记忆，学生在第二学期基本上忘记了了先前复习的内容，这也导致了我们的复习往往事倍功半，在二轮复习是师生往往觉得无事可做，分数难以保持。

二、加强早读晚读的指导与落实。早晚有系统指导材料，有具体落实检查措施，学生能按照老师的要求进行学习又有自由选择的余地，充分发挥自主性。

三、专题素材积累。

(一)时事评论。利用午间新闻，要求同学边看边有选择地做记录，并且指导同学每周在读书笔记上写至少一篇时事评论，旨在引导学生关注社会关注生活，养成观察、思考、动笔的好习惯，

教学反思《高三语文教学工作反思》。学生在训练中接触了很多新鲜的时事及评论文章，有很好的效果。但是在内容的选择和写作上老师并没有给以具体切实有力的指导，致使学生在记录整理上随意性较强，显得粗浅，写得水平仅让停留在较低水平。

(二)利用早晚读材料对个专题素材进行积累，特别是美文阅读。每次的材料上都精选一篇美文，让学生阅读评鉴。

(三)美文荐读。要求学生每周选自己喜欢的一篇作文，抄录在纸上，并向同学介绍自己选文的优点，学生浏览其他的文章并选出自己喜欢的文章，并作点评。但是往往坚持力度不够，选文随意性较强，有的同学应付了事，老师的指导作用也没有完全发挥。可以加强背诵和模仿训练，不断重复、跟进，只有这样才有可能让学生真正有所得。

四、是坚持开展有针对性地训练。高考毕竟是一次考试，和平时的考试其实没什么两样，只不过重要性不同罢了。为了让同学们及早地适应这种考试，就必须平时有针对性加以训练，但这种量不宜过多，过犹不及。在训练的过程中，要重点训练以下几项内容：1、书写清晰规范;

2、审题明白准确;

3、答题科学合理;

4、时间利用得当。

五、是让高三学生拥有成就感。高三学生学习语文缺乏成就感，我们需要的结果是学生获取优良的成绩，但偏多偏难偏怪的训练正是学生获取优良成绩道路上的拦路虎。正确之举是尽快降低语文训练的难度，让学生在学习中充分感受学习的成效，这不仅能激发学生的激情、兴趣，稳固他们的信心，也大大地有助于存在的问题的发现、思索和解决，有助于富有针对性地展开新的复习。

六、是阅读思考与解题技巧同等重要。解题技巧的总结和积累在高三复习中是非常重要的，但阅读思考也不容忽视。“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”学生很少思考，成为解题机器，只会按部就班，缺少应变能力。体现在考试中，他们对于新东西新题目，因为缺乏应有的自信、创新能力而失分也就在情理之中了。

一提到作文，学生怕，老师也怕。学生怕写，老师怕教，而传统的作文教学，却只能在低谷中呻吟、徘徊。对于农村小学来说，作文更是语文教师的一大难题，为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。所以，结合自己的教学实际，我认为小学作文教学应注重以下几点：

一、注重平时的积累

作文也像语文基础知识、阅读一样需要积累，比如好词、佳句、精彩片段等。

1、根据课文内容来积累。“重视文本”也是新课标的要求，而且很多课文的思考练习中都出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段，摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习，让学生在背诵时感受语言文字的优美，摘抄中积累材料。如果学生能掌握一些好词佳句就为写作做好了铺垫，能够让他们有词可用、有话可说。

2、通过写日记来积累。坚持写日记是积累材料的最好方式，也是练笔的最佳途径，由于日记的内容很广，可写听到的、可写看到的、也可写想到的。总之，自己的喜怒哀乐都可无拘无束地表现出来，这样就让学生有一个自由表达的空间，也能够写真实的事情。比如：每搞完一次大扫除，都可让学生把当时的情景和感受用日记的形式写出来。

二、形式多样，及时有效

作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样，可以是书面的，也可以是口头的；可以采用分数、等级来表示，也可以用评语来表示；还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已，但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的，如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法，要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的，学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的，教师绝不能急功近利，揠苗助长。

三、注重作文的评价

教师的评价对学生十分重要。评价得当，能激励学生敢于作文、乐于作文，因而对学生的文章不能千篇一律，也不能一棒打死。应根据不同水平的学生给予不同要求的评价，对基础好的学生要有较高的要求，基础差的哪怕是用了一个好词、一个佳句也应该及时表扬。记得有一次，我发现一个平时作文很差的学生在文章中准确地用了一个表示时间过得很快的词“刹那间”，于是我在批语中这样写道：今后能多看点书，认真作好记录，教师相信你的作文会更上一层楼！这样做，能让一些差生得到鼓励，看到希望。

总之，作文教学不是件容易的事，教师必须在教学理论中不断探索，在教学实践中获得。

I always hear about my friends’ complaining, they say their income is such low that they can’t not make ends meet.

At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 9 pm.

一、设计悬念，激发兴趣

学生发现这些数据计量单位不同，很难一下就排好队。如果单位相同的话，就能很快排好队。于是我采取小组合作的讨论形式，让学生展开交流如何把 80 厘米化为（ ）米，学生发现这道题也就是将单名数改写成小数，同时学生通过讨论还发现了两种改写方法：一种是直接利用计量单位的关系，另一种是利用低级单位改写成高级单位的数要除以进率，再联系小数点位置移动引起小数大小变化的规律。大多数学生采取的是第二种方法，其实这两种方法都是可取的，这时应鼓励学生无论用哪种方法，只要方法正确，都是可以的，这里我应该强调一下。

二、鼓励在做中积累经验

将 1 米 45 厘米化为（ ）米，这是属于将复名数改写成小数的情况，这比单名数改写为小数稍微难一些。我没有给他们任何提示，做之前让学生自主探索改写的方法，这对班上中下面学生来说有一定难度，因此我参与到学生的讨论中，及时对部分学生进行帮助，指导学生认真掌握复名数改写成小数改写的方法。通过学习 80 厘米和 1 米 45 米的改写还有一个关键就是要让学生学会归纳改写方法。一个学生不光要学到知识，还要学会表达。

有些事情是可以教的，但创新意识不是靠教师教出来的，是：“做出来的”，是学生在各个学习环节中不断亲身经历、不断锻炼、不断积累而形成的。因此，我们 因坚持在“做”中培养学生的问题意识，从而逐步提升学生的创新意识。

高考英语作文需要将有自己的想法，并且掌握好写作的方法，这样英语才能得到高分。

1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1)确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2)要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3)用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间、段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1)在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2)使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3)改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4)学会使用过渡词。

(1) 递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc

(2) 转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc

(3) 总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc

(4) 强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc

(5) 对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc

5)确定文章用第几人称写，基本时态是什么。使用人称时人物不能张冠李戴或指代不明。

时态要尽量保持一致。

4、检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

要留时间通读全文，修改可能出现的错误。检查上下文是否连贯，句子衔接是否自然流畅。检验的标准主要是句子是否通畅，该用连词的地方用了没有，所用的连词是否合适，是否有语法错误，主谓是否一致，动词的时态、语态、语气的使用是否正确，词组的搭配是否合乎习惯，是否有大小写、拼写、标点错误等，还有就是注意卷面整洁。

可归纳为：中心突出，主题明确;层次清楚，条理清晰; 表达力强，传情达意;语句通顺，句型多变;过渡自然，衔接紧凑;标点正确，大小无误;字迹清楚，卷面整洁。
