二、让思维的火花永不熄灭

学生真的没有创造力吗?看看学生的表现，想想自己的做法，确实感慨万千。老师自己习惯于某种定式，学生也会习惯。在习惯的过程中，学生的思维能力在老师的“教导”下萎缩了，原来活泼的学生，变得“老成持重”了，大家的想法日趋统一，最后变成了一模一样“合格”产品。《课程标准》针对传统体育课中教师居于绝对支配地位、反复练习和训练成为主要教学手段的现象，提出要提高教学活动的有效性，强调帮助学生自学、自练和学会合作学习和探究式学习，提高学生的体育学习能力。在这游戏课里，自己的稍一放权力，学生把各种游戏玩法就会换成另一种的花样，比老师安排的好多了，并且在活动过程中提高学生的激情程度远远超过老师事先安排的教学模式。学生的潜能就是一座埋藏在地下的火山，只要老师给个空间，他们思维的火花便会喷涌而出!

三、不要轻易放过机会

体育老师首先是老师，肩负者培养学生的任务，很多老师都知道如何提高学生的运动技术水平，激发学生运动兴趣，往往却忽视了对学生的教育，即使有也只是说教或是拿势压人，学生表面服，心理面一百个不服。当出现问题的时候，正是老师大显身手的时候，如何解决得当，能反映出一个老师处理突发事件的能力。其实，在我们的教学中，有很多这样的机会，我们往往由于没有发觉或是处理不当，是大好的机会白白浪费，甚至出现了相反的结果。

另外开放式的准备部分还为学生在心理方面留有一定的空间，教师可以设置问题情景，让学生积极思维试图回答问题，并引导学生在实际练习中检验，让学生正确理解理论与实践两者的相互关系，体会成功的快乐，培养学生三思而后行的良好习惯。

本校同行们的悉心指教，让我对一节课，甚至整个语文教学有了更为深刻的认识。对于那些帮助过我的老师们，我表示深深地感谢！

我对本节课的反思如下：

首先，一节好课层次的高低首先在于教学设计。合理的教学目标，由浅入深的教学思路，合理的材料，讲练结合的做法，都在教学设计中完成，而这些的优劣决定着这一节课能否成为上乘之作。

其次，要充分发挥老师的主导性和学生的主体性。备课的过程中，既要备教材，备教法，还要备学生，尤其是备学生显得更为重要。因为老师一切美妙的设想都要在学生身上实现。讲课的过程更是如此，老师应该是知识的引导者，要充分尊重学生的认知规律和认知能力，而不能越俎代庖，要让学生自己体验由不会到会，由模糊到清晰，由浅显到深刻的认知过程。

再次，一堂好课应该是具有生成性的课。课堂上，学生被调动起来以后，思维非常活跃，会有一些新奇，甚至奇怪的想法，这些想法很有可能超越老师的预设，在这种情况下，老师应当允许不同想法的存在，鼓励大家进行创新思维，对于学生的想法进行合理的引导，这样才能保证学生思维的鲜活，灵动。否则，如果完全按照老师的想法，对不同意见采取打击压制的方式，学生会最终丧失对语文的兴趣。

以上是我这次做课过程中感触最深的几点，也是我在这节课中力求做到的几个方面。

当然，讲完之后，尤其是听了备课组同仁的评课之后，我也认识到自己这节课中存在的不足，比如课堂互动不够热烈，课堂练习设计有失妥当等等，这些我会铭记于心，在以后的教学过程中吸取教训。

对于从教刚刚八年的我来说，语文教学这条路还很长，我会以这次做课的经验与教训为起点，以更高的标准要求自己，走好以后的每一步，努力做到更好。

for my future. The reason why I study so hard are various. First, I want my

parents to be proud of me. When my mothers’ friends come to visit her, they

always brag about how excellent their children are, but my mother would never

take me as the topic, because she does not want me to have the pressure. I

appreciate what my mother does to me and really want her to be proud of me.

Second, If I enter a good university, I can have the promising future. It is

time for me to return my parents’ love.

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

He goes to the hospital very early before I get up, and comes back home after I

sleep. But I doesn’t matter at all, he is hero to me. He devotes almost all the

time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have

dignity, integrity, honor, and most of all, be helpful to others. This affected

me deeply, so I work hard so that someday I could be the man like my father.

实习进入第五周，幼儿园一日常规基本可以应对了。相对于各种研讨，我更享受与孩子们在一起的时间。不论是带活动，还是进行游戏，只要与孩子们在一起会更加开心、单纯。我可以体会“传道、授业、解惑”的成就感;可以认真思考小A为什么总是不够坚强;还可以实践各种教育理念并找出现实与理论的差距，更好地进行反思;可以感受孩子们的喜怒哀乐，真正的去了解，而不是以书本上的知识来套孩子的心理成长阶段或是干脆将他们看成是“成人的缩小版”，以自己的思维方式来判断幼儿的想法。

这不仅使我反思，幼儿教育的本质究竟是什么?当然研讨也许是为了教师的成长，随即带来的也许是更好的集体活动，不可否认这样的确会带了很多益处。但是，教师成长的同时，幼儿又获得了什么呢?难道我们不应该把重中之重放到研究现实中的孩子吗?不用花过多精力在课题组的活动研讨，而是着重在日常教学，用心做好每一天的集体教学。也许，在经历过课题的历练后，教师的整体素质都会有质的飞跃，但是谁来为教师成长过程中正在带领的孩子“买单”?事实上，日常教学更能锻炼教师的素质。

如果是课题组的活动研讨，还算是在为将来的幼儿奠定基础。但是，花费幼儿教师大量时间的需要上交的诸多琐碎的材料里，有多少是基于幼儿，基于真正意义上的教育反思呢?事实上，有许多材料是“虚假材料”，幼儿教师在一种“不得不”的情况下，编造出一些没有营养的东西交差。所以，现实中的理论教育很多是“虚假”的，因为用虚假创造出的必然是虚假。

教育是由许多的弊端，和现实的制约因素。但是，教师如果想研究适应现实的教学，谈何容易?教师们被各种“虚假”的事件所累，在被动的情况下又怎么会呈现出“真诚”的教育呢?得出这个感慨真的是一件很悲伤的事情。

不过，现实的教育并不会使我失去希望。理论引领实践，这句话说起来容易、易懂，做起来真的难上加难。在现实中，我们很容易抛弃之前秉持的理念，或者说是一种淡忘。恍然回头，才发现已经开始走远了。所以，反思是必要的，也是重要的，它使我们不致在前进的道路上偏离太远。但是我们需要的是真是的反思，反思人尽皆知、理所当然的教育理念实践时出现的矛盾与冲突;反思五大领域活动设计时是否体现出学科的本质;反思设计活动时的思考与实践后的差距，等等这些都会极大地丰富一个教师的实战经验，更重要的是帮助孩子们得到更恰当更负责任的教育。
