随着时代的变化，人们已经过渡砍伐了树木。如今，现在的树木量比起来，简直就是小巫见大巫。

现在，植树这项活动已经成了重中之重，这是为什么呢?因为植树不但可以净化氧气，而且还能有效地抵挡狂风暴雨，当然，在夏天还能给工作了一天的人们带去凉爽，使人忘记一天的烦恼。因此，在这一年一度的植树节，我下定决心要变为一个环保小卫士，也为这个社会贡献一份力量!

“草长莺飞二月天，拂低杨柳醉村烟”。在这最适合植树的一天里，我肩扛着树苗，右手拿着锄头，兴致勃勃地跑到草地上，准备大干一场。

我迈着大步，找到了一块最适合树苗生长的“风水宝地”。我拿着锄头，使了九牛二虎之力挖了一个坑，突然，一只“拦路虎”——石头出现在我的眼前，好像在向我下战书：“此路不通!你要在这儿种树就先把我给搬走了再说!”倔强的我不撞南墙不回头，拿起锄头用力向那个“拦路虎”砸去。顿时，“砰”地一声响，那个坚强的石头在我的面前竟然不堪一击，被我给打成了两半。解决了这颗“眼中钉”以后，我终于挖了一个大约八十厘米深，一百厘米长的大坑。

接着，我左手扶住树苗，右手用铲子填坑，把泥土堆在小树苗根部并踩实。树苗有了一个全新的舒适温暖的家了。

最后，就差浇水小树苗就可以无忧无虑地生活了，说干就干。我拿起水桶，向小河跑去，装满了水桶的水，拿着沉甸甸的水桶又向小树苗跑回，说时迟那时快，“啪”地一声水桶掉到地上，草地上刹时水漫金山。我只好耐心地重新跑一趟，谁叫我当时太急了呢?

果然功夫不负有心人，我终于给我一心一意栽培的树苗浇了第一桶水。我想：“种树真不容易”，折树枝却那么简单，我再也不会闲着去折树枝了!而那次我给小树苗浇的不止有江里的清水，还有我辛勤的汗水。

一阵微风吹过，看见了小树苗好像对我微笑，突然，脑中掠过这样一幕。几年后，这里绿树成荫，忙绿了一天的人们正在我的“成果”下乘凉……

想到这里，我的嘴角漾起了一丝抹不掉的笑。
