今天感觉有点腿疼，可能是昨天早上跑的原因吧。昨天早上本来我和同事准备7点起床的，也定了七点的闹钟，可是闹钟响的时候谁都不愿起，一直到我的7：40的闹铃响的时候才猛地坐起来，匆匆洗了把脸就出来了，我说这次得跑着去上班了。以前二十分钟的路，现在要十分钟走完。呼呼，也没有买早餐，就开始跑了，我跑起来了，同事说：“还真跑啊!?”那当然，不然怎么办。要迟到了。跑啊跑，我跑啊跑，累死了，热死了，她在后边追，开始还往后回头看她。后来另一同事的电话来了，我知道一刻不能停了，挂了她电话我就回头给在后面跑的同事说了一声，后来就一直往前跑，没再看她，她落在后边了。呼呼，还要爬楼。哦，天!终于到了，也算没晚，不过比第一个到的同事晚了，她平时都比我们晚的。呼，累死我了。幸亏我小学练过体育，初中跑过越野。哇，减肥了。

所以造成今天这个样子，感觉腿有点点疼，好长时间没运动的原因吧。也没时间运动啊。现在上下班来回走走还好点，不然运动的机会少之又少啊。哦，要警惕一些，不要再长胖了。
