作为老师，仅教给学生课本上的知识是不够的，还应该教他们欣赏诗歌、阅读名家名作，以增长课外知识。这样既能培养学生的学习兴趣，又能提高学生的写作水平，开阔学生的视野。唱歌、跳舞、弹琴......一样可以充实学生的课外生活。我会充分利用课余时间与他们唱歌、跳舞，给他们将将怎样做人的道理，多方面培养学生，使他们成为各方面都优秀的全才。

我爱我的学生，在学生需要我的时候，我会毫不犹豫的给予帮助和支持。花儿最懂得春雨的无私，月儿最理解阳光的慷慨，老师的厚爱，我最能体会，慈祥是爱，严厉是爱，充满希望、关怀的爱!

桶是一样的，因装的东西不同命运也就不同。

——人生就是如此的，有什么样的观念就有什么样的人生，有什么样的想法就有什么样的生活。

人与人之间的根本差别并不是天赋、机遇，而在于有无目标。

成功是用目标的阶梯搭称成的。所谓成功，就是实现既定的目标。所以，成功的第一步，应从设立目标开始。

不少人终生都像梦游者一样，漫无目标的游荡。他们每天都按熟悉的“老一套”生活，从来不问自己：“我这一生要干什么？”他们对自己的作为不堪来了了，因为他们没有目标。

对于没有目标人来说，岁月的流逝只以为这年龄的增长，平庸的他们只能日复一日的重复自己。有人说，一个人无论现在的年龄有多大，他真正的人生之旅，都是从来设定目标的那一天开始。以前的日子不过在绕圈子而已。
