自从我上学读书以来，我发现老师对同学们的态度很不一样。比如有一天下午上课的时候，我们班的胡勇迟到了，他是一个成绩比较差的男生，数学和语文都在及格的边缘徘徊。老师站在教室的门口，严厉的瞪着他然后凶巴巴的批评，也不给胡勇解释的机会。等骂完了，就指着大操场对着他说：“去，下去跑四圈。”胡勇低着头红着脸狼狈的跑向操场。过了几分钟，我们班的谢阳急匆匆的跑到教室门口，他是我们班的尖子生，平时不是第一就是第二。我们想：这下他应该也会被狠狠地批评了吧!

没想到的是，他站在教室门口喊：“报道。”老师扭过头见到是他，脸上什么不愉快的表情也没有，反而笑着说：“怎么迟到了?”谢阳喘着气解释道：“老师，我妈妈的电瓶车爆胎了，所以我在半路跑过来的。”“哦，这样啊，那快进来上课吧!”班主任的话让我们所有的人感到了极大的不平等，都不自觉的想着：还好不是我迟到了。

老是这样的对待差生，只能让差生的心里感到自卑和自弃。没有自信的孩子怎么可能把已经学的很差的课程学好呢?如果我能够实现梦想当上老师，我一定会做一个保护学生自尊心的好老师，公平的对待每一位学生，不按成绩的好坏而区别对待。因为每一个学生都有尊严。作为老师，我觉得应该要善于发现学生的优点好好的培养，当学生犯错时，应该给解释的机会，尊重孩子也是一位好老师应该做到的。

真的希望我的梦想会实现，当然我一直在朝着这个梦想进发呢!

Everyone has a lot of dreams。 Some people want to be rich， dreaming of being millionaires overnight。 Others want to be famous， dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame。 I have a lot of dreams，too。 When I was a young girl， I dreamed of being a scientist like Hua Imogen in future。 However， I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts。 So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal。

After graduating from， college， I found a job as a teacher。 Although I was very busy with teaching， I never gave up my goal。 I read a lot of books to get more knowledge。 I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books。 Sometimes， I was so deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time。 Now I have made great progress。 Several of my research papers have been published。 The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems。 I am very happy。 The ladder of being a scientist is still far ahead， but I have climbed the first rung anyway。

每一个人都有属于自己的梦想，有警察，宇航员，医生，我的理想是当一名本世纪最伟大的科学家，发明很多太对人类有用的机器，我想发明一坐智能操纵的房子，只要用脑电波就可以控制。

只要把操纵的小型机器放在脖子上，整栋房子就会接受指令，他可以自动打扫卫生，清楚家务等等各种事情。还有个保姆，这个保姆是机器人。

她可以哄小孩子睡觉，还会煮饭，负则家里的所有事情，这样家长就可以放心离去，这个机器人保姆还会识别家里人的声音，只有是自己家里的人她才会开门。

我还要发明一台可以到处走的机器车，这种车可以走房子，还可以走天花版各种地方都能走，而且不会掉下来，保证安全。

我还想发明一部多功能语音操纵电脑，这种电脑配备了语音识别系统，要开机还要通过语音识别呢，就算被偷了，也会回到这个家中，这就是这台电脑的特别之处，瞬间移动装置。这台电脑只要你要看的电视节目，它都能为你找到。

我还想造一个人工太阳，这种太阳看起来和真的太阳没什么区别，不过里面的装置才叫神奇，它在没太阳的时候，庄稼缺乏阳光他就可以起到作用，他还有自动化肥呢。在人们寒冷的时候，也可以暖炉来用。

这些发明虽然起不到什么作用，但对人来说还是有点帮助的。
