The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. 下课铃响了，寂静的操场上顿时沸腾起来，有的堆雪人，有的打雪仗。瞧!王老师正在笑咪咪的“坐山观虎斗”。忽然一个雪球朝他飞去，可是他只有招架之功而无还手之力!这时几个同学去帮王老师，双方开始对打，一个雪球钻进我的脖子，“好凉啊!”我退出了战场。

上课铃响了，我们依依不舍地回了教室。

I am ten years old. I like playing piano. And I have a good teacher. She is

beautiful, just like the fairy from the heaven. She likes wearing white dress.

Her hair is long and straight. And her fingers are the most beautiful I have

ever seen. They are long and thin. She can use them to play wonderful songs. I

feel pleasant when I hear her songs. I want to be as excellent as her in the

future.

我十岁了。喜欢弹钢琴。我有一个很好的老师。她很漂亮，就像天上的仙女一样。她喜欢穿白色的衣服。她的头发又长又直。她的手指是我见过最漂亮的，又细又长。她可以用它们来演奏美妙的歌曲。听她的歌我会很愉悦。将来我也想成为像她一样优秀的人。

我家花盆里有一只小蜗牛，它整天背着它的大房子东走走，西走走。每次我看它的时候，都发现蜗牛从壳里出来的时候，总就是屁股先出来后，头才探出来慢慢地往前爬，每次下过雨，它都要爬到纱窗上，因为它喜欢潮湿阿。

有一次，我正在浇花，又看到了那只小蜗牛，我发现它走过的路上都留下一条亮晶晶的白线，这就是为什么呢我跑去问妈妈，妈妈说：“蜗牛的身上有一种黏液，所以它走过的路有白线。”

我很高兴，因为我学到了一个新的知识。

我仔细观察了草丛里的蜗牛，发现它有一对触角(蜗牛有两对触角，要仔细观察呀)，我用手指一碰，触角就缩进脑袋里。当它发现没有危险时，才缓缓的伸开，警惕地向四周望了望，再继续干它们要干的事。那蜗牛就是怎样运动的呢我仔细观察，望见蜗牛就是用壳底下的一只脚运动。我查阅了资料，明白了这只脚叫作腹足。

蜗牛爱吃白菜、萝卜等种种蔬菜的叶子，我拿着白菜叶子来喂蜗牛，但就是它一下子钻到壳里去了，怎样办呢我用木棒轻轻敲了几下蜗牛的壳，可它就就是不出来。此时我就把蜗牛放进水里，不一会儿，蜗牛就把头伸出来了，我把它从水中取出来，咦蜗牛像昆虫一样长着一对触角呀，那么说，蜗牛也可能就是昆虫喽。但就是，昆虫都有很多脚阿，一只脚的也算就是昆虫吗我问爸爸，爸爸也不明白。于就是，我们上网查了查，原先，昆虫的特征就是有触角，身体分为头胸腹三部分，胸部有三对足，大多数昆虫有翅膀。这样的话，蜗牛就不就是昆虫了。我们又查，原先蜗牛就是软体动物。

自然界里藏着无穷的奥秘，以后我还要多多观察。

My family

I have a happy family. My name is Shenzhang Chi . I’m tweleve years old,I’m

from Xiaoshan. I like lion eat, sleep and read books. My father is a teacher, my

mother is a teacher too. They very love me. My father likes sleeping read

newspaper and watch TV. My mother is very beautiful, she likes watching TV,

Good morning, everyone! My Name is Lu Xin. I am so happy to stand in front

of you to introduce myself. I am thirteen years old. I graduated from the No.1

Primary School of our city. I like reading books and playing badminton. I hope

we can take exercises after class. Besides, I like watching movies and listening

to pop music. I am sure there are some classmates have the common interests with

me. Therefore, we can communicate with each other. In primary school, I did well

in Chinese but math is not so good. I hope I can make progress in middle school.

I am very excited to be a classmate of you and I hope we can make progress and

have good days together.

Our college is an ordinary institution of higher learning.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

filled with various apparatus.The buildings that the students and teachers live

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones

will be pulled down.I think that our campus will become more and more

beautiful.Then more and more young men will come and learn in it.

Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

share the hottest songs together, just like they can communicate. Once in the

foreign country, I had dinner in a restaurant, where there had the singers.

People enjoyed the music when they were eating. At this moment, it was music

that brought people together, and they share the same emotion.
