一、六年级学生心理特点

六年级的教师可能都有相同的感受：六年级的学生不好管。学生表现出来的是一种莫名的躁动：不听老师的说教，自由行动。其实并不奇怪，这就是学生进入青春期的表现在这个时期，心理特点归纳起来大致有以下几个方面：

1、学生的自主意识逐渐强烈，喜欢用批判的眼光看待其他事物，有时甚至还对师长的正当干涉感到反抗抵制。情绪不很稳定。但由于意志力还不够坚强，分析问题的能力尚在发展之中，所以一旦遇到困难和挫折又容易灰心、颓丧。造成这种情况的最主原因，是青春期的生理发育与性的成熟。

2、对异性的关注。希望异性关注自己并受到异性喜爱，喜欢和异性在一起。我们常常会见到这样一些现象：有女孩子在场，男孩变得格外兴奋，以"男子汉"的姿态博取女孩子的喜爱;与男孩子交往，女孩子更爱打扮，眉目传情，故作姿态，以引起男孩子的注目。在异性方面表现自己，互相取悦、吸引，是健康的性心理。

3、个体心理的发展。青春期中，人的记忆力增强，注意力容易集中、敏锐，特别是由于抽象思维逻辑思维能力的大大加强了，不但兴趣、爱好变得更加广泛、稳定，而且渐渐形成了看待事物的标准，使自我意识、自我评价和自我教育的能力也得到了充分发展，初步形成了个人的性格以及人生和世界的基本看法。但由于意志力还不够坚强，分析问题的能力尚在发展之中，所以一旦遇到困难和挫折又容易灰心、颓丧，或者会出现理智不能驾驭感情的现象。

4、学习方面：随着年级的增高，孩子们的知识学习广泛了，内容增加了，难度加大了，作业量相对多了，学习方法改变了。所以出现了一部分同学求知欲增强，对知识十分渴求，总有一股生怕落后的不服输思想，学习很自觉;而有一部分同学则出现惰性，怕辛苦，或因为知识的掉坎而自信心丧失，成绩出现较大滑坡;也有一部分同学协调不好不同学科的学习，学习出现偏科现象。所以加强对孩子的心理健康教育很重要。例如：由于学习任务的增加，孩子肯定会觉得辛苦。在孩子有怨言的时候要及时进行心理疏导，为他们讲道理，使他们懂得，不努力、不吃苦就不会有大的收获。同时对他们通过努力、勤奋得到的进步要表扬、鼓励。使他们苦中有乐、苦中有希望。

5、因为已经有五年的在校时间，他们对学校的管理比较熟悉了，对校纪校规不是那么在意;又面临毕业，学生普遍心浮气躁，叛逆抗拒心理增长，因此不怎么听从教导比较难管。

这就要求教师和家长一起要密切注意学生的心理变化，使他们在学好知识的同时。有个健康的心理发展。要和学生一起分析问题解决问题，使他们有一个平和而又激情的生活，使他们享受成长的快乐。

二、班级总的情况介绍：

进入六年级以来，感觉班里的多数学生学习自觉，认真,集体荣誉感很强，有些家长对孩子的学习也很重视，每次的家庭作业都检查签名。这让我感到欣慰。

下面就管理班级的一些思路和我了解的一些情况向各位家长做一下汇报：

1、 尽量让每个孩子都有锻炼的机会，让每个孩子都有机会服务于别人。参与班级日常管理。班干部和各科学习小组长的认定都是采用民主推选和自愿想结合的方式确定下来的。班级中有班干部班长，副班长，纪律委员，学习委员，劳动委员，卫生委员。光学习小组长就有15人，参与学校管理的监督岗成员我班就有4人。细细算来几乎每一个同学都干点官。这也是很好的锻炼孩子的机会，我的目的是让每个孩子在班级里都有种被重视的感觉，去管理别人的同时，也自我约束着自己。

2、 秋季作息时间：上午7：40，中午放学11：40，下午现在2点10到校，放学时间是4点30。(提醒：中午别让孩子来的太早，)

8、作业：有个别学生行为习惯不太好，学习不够自觉如：作业不及时完成。对于这些孩子的家庭作业，希望家长督促检查，不要只满足于问一问。在作业或试卷上签名，表示你对他学习的重视。有些家长平日不大过问，考试一结束就朝着孩子大发雷霆。他毕竟是孩子，贪玩和自制力差，再加上一直就没有形成良好的学习习惯，孩子成绩不好，有你家长的责任。恳请各位家长多关心一下我们的孩子，关心一下他们的学习，使他们都能健康活泼地成长。

3、学生的家庭教育。

我们在家庭内要关注学生的健康发展。这次家长会，我主要谈怎样针对六年级学生的年龄特点来进行教育和沟通.孩子的年龄大了,有了自己的主见,有了逆反心理。

三、他山之石，共同分享

我看过，美国评出的优秀教师在家庭教育方面给家长提出了10条建议，这些建议不仅是对你现在有启示，对你孩子进入中学后的教育也是很有帮助的。我在这里也推荐给大家：

1、尽量多表扬。孩子具有一定的自信心，才乐于学习。

2、多关心孩子的学习内容和实际进步程度。

3、经常制定几个易于达到的小目标。这可使孩子觉得能够做到，从而有利于发挥潜能，增加自信。

4、刺激学习欲望。不只限于书面，还要抓住生活中的各种机会让孩子练习。例如，制定旅游计划时让孩子从书中查找地名、路线、测量距离等。

5、帮助孩子树立责任心。让孩子学会洗碗、整理自己的床铺、用具，尽到自己的那份责任。

6、做好表率。父母能为一本新书、一个课题而激动不已，反复研讨，那么，耳濡目染之下，孩子就不知不觉地受到影响，认真读书、解答课外练习题，汲取知识。

7、尽量不要在孩子面前议论老师。尤其不要在孩子面前贬低老师，不要说“××老师课讲得糟透了”、“××老师太爱管闲事”等等。

8、定下家庭学习规矩。例如，“不完成作业不许出去玩”、“说不出今天所学到的东西不许看电视”等，并且自始至终地执行。

9、重视上学。尽量避免因家庭问题导致孩子缺课。

以上几点是我个人的几点体会和建议，希望能给各位家长带来一点启发和帮助，希望在今后的日子里，我们共同努力，共同教育好我们的孩子，使他们都能健康地成长。

还记得有一次，为了更好的完成作文，杨老师还带我们全体学生去了小广场做了一个有关作文内容的游戏，好让我们写。

杨老师还很喜欢看历史和文学书，她看的好书会推荐给我们，若她知道我们在写什么好书，她又会向我们借，这样也拉近了师生之间的关系。

杨老师非常注意我们的一言一行，一举一动，若有同学说粗口话，杨老师会立刻禁止，若同学之间闹了矛盾，杨老师会在第一时间制止。若有某些同学生病，杨老师会立即打电话问清楚情况，并通知全班的家长注意预防。

杨老师还经常以身作则，打扫卫生，淋菜，都是杨老师干的多，于是我们的同学给杨老师取了一个外号——“干妈”。

可惜的是我马上就要小学毕业了，也说明我以后很难再见到杨老师，想起杨老师和同学的一幕幕，我都非常感动。
