The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

我喜欢春夏秋冬四个季节，因为它们带给我不同的感受，不同的体验。

我喜欢春天，春天是个万物复苏，百花齐放的季节，每一个地方都留着春天的气息：轻盈，放松。勤劳的蜜蜂在花丛中采蜜，蝴蝶在田野里翩翩起舞，蜻蜓在小溪边玩耍……

我也喜欢夏天，我喜欢夏天的悠闲，夏天农活忙完了，大人们坐在树阴下乘凉，谈天说地；有的三四个围在一起打扑克牌，有的躺在椅子上在蝉鸣中睡觉，小孩子在互相嬉戏，追逐打闹。

我喜欢秋天，秋天是丰收的季节农民在田野上收割稻谷，在烈日的照耀下，汗流浃背，但是他们脸上还是洋溢着幸福的笑容，孩子们有的在田垄上嬉戏打闹，有的在帮家里劳作，秋天，果园里弥漫着果实的清香，人们架着梯子摘果子，丰收的果子和人们的笑脸又融到了一起。市场上，人们快乐地挑选着各种水果、蔬菜。

我喜欢冬天冬天天上飞着鹅毛大雪，地上树上到处是银装素裹、粉装玉砌的白雪世界。小鸟也躲巢休息了，广场上也很少见人出来活动了，真像诗句中的：千山鸟飞绝，万径人踪灭。在冬天，小朋友们可以在覆盖着皑皑白雪、冷清玉洁的雪地上堆雪人，打雪仗。在雪中跳来跳去，留下一串大大小小的脚印，有的一不下心滚到雪里面，然后又狼狈的爬起来还在傻傻的笑着，有的在充满雾气的玻璃上画鬼脸。

However, communications being what they were in the days when news traveled by foot, many people did not receive the news for several years. Others, the more obstinate crowd, refused to accept the new calendar and continued to celebrate the new year on April 1. These backward folk were labeled as "fools" by the general populace. They were subject to some ridicule, and were often sent on "fools errands" or were made the butt of other practical jokes.

This harassment evolved, over time, into a tradition of prank-playing on the first day of April. The tradition eventually spread to England and Scotland in the eighteenth century. It was later introduced to the American colonies of both the English and French. April Fools Day thus developed into an international fun fest, so to speak, with different nationalities specializing in their own brand of humor at the expense of their friends and families.

In Scotland, for example, April Fools Day is actually celebrated for two days. The second day is devoted to pranks involving the posterior region of the body. It is called Taily Day. The origin of the "kick me" sign can be traced to this observance.

Mexicos counterpart of April Fools Day is actually observed on December 28. Originally, the day was a sad remembrance of the slaughter of the innocent children by King Herod. It eventually evolved into a lighter commemoration involving pranks and trickery.

Pranks performed on April Fools Day range from the simple, (such as saying, "Your shoes untied, or I accidentally stepped on your glasses!), to the elaborate. Setting a roommates alarm clock back an hour is a common gag. Whatever the prank, the trickster usually ends it by yelling to his victim, "April Fool!"

Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fools Day. Sometimes, elaborate practical jokes are played on friends or relatives that last the entire day. The news media even gets involved. For instance, a British short film once shown on April Fools Day was a fairly detailed documentary about "spaghetti farmers" and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees.

April Fools Day is a "for-fun-only" observance. Nobody is expected to buy gifts or to take their "significant other" out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Nobody gets off work or school. Its simply a fun little holiday, but a holiday on which one must remain forever vigilant, for he may be the next April Fool!

一年的四个季节都有自己的特点。春天花会盛开，鸟也回来了。夏天没有学校，可以去中国旅行。秋天凉爽又有五颜六色的景色。冬天会下雪，可以玩雪。我最喜欢秋天因为凉爽的天气感觉很好。也不会下很多雨和雪，刚好可以在外面玩很多。我喜欢在外面玩篮球，橄榄球和骑自行车。秋天有五颜六色的景色。那时树的叶子有很多颜色，红色，橘色，黄色和紫色。

秋天我们家后院有很多掉下来的叶子。爸爸收拾叶子，吹成一堆堆的。我也帮着收拾叶子，有时跳到叶子堆里听见沙沙的声音，感觉很好玩。收拾叶子真得很有趣。

秋天也是开学的时候。终于可以看到同学们了，我们在一起开心地说暑假有趣的事情。最重要的是我的生日是在秋天。那天我可以玩很多我平常不能玩的东西像打游戏和看电视等。另外我还可以收到精美的生日礼物和吃生日蛋糕。那是其它季节没有的开心事。
