there are a great many fruits to eat. But l like winter. l can go skating with

Every parent wants their daughters to learn ballet and piano. My mother

finds me having no talent in ballet, so she chooses to send me to learn piano.

Spring is coming. Everything begin to come back to life, the long cold

winter is over. Birds are singing in the woods. Some girls are dancing under the

tree. Some boys are rolling on the grass and chasing the butterflies. They are

grass and watch the sky. I look around and see a chipmunk looking for food under

Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in our

country. There are many customs, such as picking up the God of wealth, stepping

on the new year, setting off firecrackers and so on. Well, lets choose one to

talk about! Lets set off firecrackers!

The starting point of setting off firecrackers is the same as that of

lighting up lights. But the lights only have light, but no sound. Light can ward

off evil spirits, and sound can ward off evil spirits. It is said that the

setting off of firecrackers was related to Jiang Ziya. It is said that Jiang

Ziya helped King Wu of Zhou exterminate King Zhou of Shang Dynasty and went to

secretly bought some firecrackers and set off firecrackers at the designated
