Nowadays students’ physical fitness is declining year by year. I think

there are some reasons.

Students have too much homework to do， so they have little time to have

sports. Some students eat too much junk food. That’s also bad for their

health.

Then， how to keep healthy? Here is some useful advice. First， students

should do more exercise. Second， students should eat a balanced diet. They

should eat more vegetables and fruits， and try to eat less junk food. Finally，

enough sleep is also very important.

There was once a man that thought he knew everything, and he kept showing

off to the people in his country. As time passed, many people began to feel,

that this smart man, could even beat the professor of the king. Now this king

was very proud, but the professor was not so at all. But the professor said,

There is an old man living next to my house. I can see him every day when I

walk down the street. He sells shoes every day and he has done the business for

more than 20 years. Most people have changed their career but only he insists. I

admire him because he sells shoes no matter rain or shine. He loves his job and

has a nice talk to his customers.

There was once a little girl named Mary that wanted a phone so badly that

her parents couldn’t help bearing her crying and got her a phone with purple

dots and a little smiley face on it.

So life went on as usual until one day. when she was walking down town, she
