我在这天晚上看到了圣诞老人，他笑着和我说，我来给你送礼物了，我收下礼物，打开一看，是一张纸，上边写着：我愿你好好学习，天天向上!不要老是想着放假!

我听到这句话，我在也不想着放假了!!谢谢你圣诞老人!

自从我出生以来直到记事起，爸爸妈妈就经常的给我买一些动画书和童话集，那时的我根本不懂得书里讲的是什么，只是用我那稚嫩的小手不停地翻动着书页，看书上画的图画，并咿呀的说着没有人能听懂的话。晚上睡觉前也会缠着妈妈，让他给我讲故事，妈妈有时会抱着我随口给我讲一些小故事，有时，会拿出那些图书，指着上面的图画给我讲故事，听着听着，我随着妈妈讲述的故事进入了那个美丽的童话世界。

随着我逐渐长大，爸爸妈妈会根据我的年龄给我选择一些适合我的图书，有时跟着爸爸妈妈到书店或是图书馆去，我会自己跑到书架前，寻找自己喜欢和爱看的书，找到后，席地而坐就翻看起来，整个人沉浸在书籍所讲述的故事中，甚至有时会随着书中故事情节的变化，一会儿笑，一会儿哭，同时，也享受着书籍给我带来的乐趣。

其实，我对书籍的喜好多种多样，有童话寓言书、动画书、漫画书、故事会、科学类探索类的，生活小常识类的等等，很多，很杂。爸爸妈妈对我读的书也都很赞成，并经常告诉我“书籍是人类进步的阶梯，要养成好读书，读好书的习惯，书籍能够给我们带来知识、能够净化我们的心灵，能够教我们做人的道理，对我们的学习、写作有很大帮助，俗话说‘读书破万卷，下笔如有神’”。

那天妈妈给我推荐了一本名字叫做《我可以抱你吗，宝贝》的书。这本书中讲的是人间最伟大的爱—母爱！本文主要讲了王家的俩个孩子，一个叫王家点点和王家保保。其实，王家点点并不是王家的骨肉，她是从福利院抱来的，长的是斜视、兔唇，非常难看！可是有一天，有个像天使一样的妈妈出现了，她把点点整容成漂亮的小女孩，给了点点无私的爱和幸福的家。可是不久王家保保降生了，他是一个患有自闭症的小男孩。妈妈为了治好他的病把所有的爱都给了保保。点点开始变得不安、嫉妒，但她还是被妈妈的母爱所感动。保保是一个对眼泪对爱对拥抱亲人都没有知觉的“星星的孩子”。可妈妈却下定决心要创造一次奇迹，真正的拥抱一次保保，亲耳他叫自己一声妈妈。最终在妈妈爱的努力下，保保在那遥远的星球向着妈妈方向呼喊—“妈妈，抱抱我，抱抱我······”

自从我看完这本书后，我才发现母爱是多么的伟大啊！自那以后每当我看到“妈妈”俩个字的时候，我都会停留片刻。因为这俩个字在我心目中是世界上最美丽的名字。以前我总对自己的妈妈耍小脾气，但看完这本书后，我感受到了妈妈的伟大和艰辛，因为是她哺育了我，给了我这世界上最无私的爱。如果有一天你“受伤”了，想要找一个既温暖又安全的地方躲起来，我想没有比她的怀抱更完美的地方了。

闲来无聊，宿舍又不能学习，无奈，随手翻起已放身边很久却从未看过的书——《傅雷家书》。刚刚读一篇就悲伤的再也读不下去了。

第一篇是父亲傅雷写给远行的儿子傅聪的(傅聪应邀出国参加比赛并留学)，儿子刚刚离开，父亲就开始想念，离情久久不能释怀，并由离伤既而转入忏悔——对儿子关怀不够的忏悔。

他这样写到：我爱你从未像现在这样深，而爱到正深时你却又要离开。幸亏你得天独厚，任凭如何打击都摧毁不了你，因而减少了我一部分罪过。分析这两天的精神波动，大半是因为：我从来没爱你像现在爱得深切，而正在这爱的最深切的关头，偏偏来了离别!可怜过了四十五年，父性才真正觉醒。

When I was picking up my stuff after school， I saw a dog staring at me at the school gate .I was kind of scary. I thought the dog would bite me when I was going out. But it was not. The dog started to follow me. I was very afraid. I started to run away， but the dog did it， either. Suddenly， the dog ran pass away me. I realized the man in front of me was the owner of the dog. My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

学生是学习的主人，是学科课堂的主人。学生是班级的主人，他也应该是班级管理的主人。班主任管理班级时，他在班级管理中应该扮演什么样的角色呢?就像学科教学一样，班主任不应该成为管理的主力，而应该是班级管理的引导者，监督者。从班级管理的实践来看，一个几十人的小学班级，仅靠一个或几个教师管理是不行的，关键是要教育和指导学生学会自我管理，使每个学生做到既是被管理的对象，又是实施管理的主体，达到?管是为了不管?的目的。

这学期，我就是把班级的工作重点放在培养学生的自主管理能力方面。培养学生的自我管理能力，首先就是从培养学生管自己能力开始的。《班主任大全》一书中就指出：现在的学生大多数是独生子女，他们对成人的依赖性很强。由于家长的溺爱，这些?小太阳?们在家庭中失去了培养独立性的机会，他们更多的依赖成人的帮助和照料。对于学生自我管理能力的培养主要从三个方面着手：第一方面，利用晨会、班会、队会等，向学生正面宣传?自己能做的事自己做?，让学生从认识上加深对独立性的理解。第二方面，在班级中安排?人人岗位责任制?，使每个学生都有自己的岗位，对自己的岗位负责。第三方面，联系学生的家长，取得家长的配合，培养学生在家的自我管理。

其次就是培养一支班干部队伍。利用管理班级的机会培养学生的自我管理能力，班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部，同时要精心培养小干部。第一，帮助小干部树立威信。对于学生自己选出来的班干部，要尊重他们的权利。每天的值日先由卫生委员负责评比，然后，由我发表自己的意见和建议供他们参考。第二，鼓励小干部大胆工作，指点他们工作方法。第三，严格要求小干部在知识、能力上取得更大进步，在纪律以身作则，力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用，亦即?以点带面?。第四，培养干部团结协作的精神，要能够通过干部这个小集体建立正确、健全的舆论，带动整个班级体开展批评与自我批评，形成集体的组织性、纪律性和进取心，以即?以面带面?。同时也要注意及时召开班干部会议，针对他们在工作中出现的问题，教给他们工作方法，使他们明确自己的职责，指出他们的优缺点和今后努力工作的方向。同时，还要求他们注意班干部成员之间的合作，齐心协力，拧成一股绳，尽力在同学之间树立他们的威信，创造机会，锻炼和培养他们的能力。这样培养的方法，所有采取的措施，其目的不在于人人都能管人，而在于人人都能管自己，培养学生对自己、班级、家庭的责任意识。

你可曾读过《海底两万里》?当我读完这部作品时，我的感触颇深。这本科幻小说讲述的故事真可谓大胆至极。凡尔纳以第一人称写了法国生物学家阿龙纳斯和仆人康塞尔以及加拿大人尼德，误进“诺第留斯”号后的种.种经历。尽管凡尔纳没有下过海，但在他的文章里丝毫看不见虚伪的痕迹，反而真实而惊险的冒险会让人喘气。

凡尔纳是一个极其聪明的人，他巧妙地将科学与幻想结合起来，将水下的生物描绘得淋漓尽致。潜艇在大海中任意穿梭，海底时而险象丛生，千钧一发，时而景色优美，令人陶醉。美妙壮观的海底世界冲满了异国情调和浓厚的浪漫主义色彩。我赞叹不已!

撇开别的不谈，就来说说资料情节吧!开头小说就让我走进了它所描述的世界，什么飞走的巨礁啊，巨大的怪物啊，让我看了感到刺激不已，法国人阿龙纳斯、康塞尔以及捕鲸手尼德兰进入神秘的“诺第留斯”号之后和尼摩船长一起在海底作类似的环球旅行，海底的世界十分巧妙。我记得“海底森林”那一章，虽然没有真正的树林，但是海里柔软的珊瑚礁让我极为享受，闭上眼睛似乎也能看见，那飘动的海底生物。

在人生的道路上，总会有遇到困难的时候，使人“跌到”，但是，困难像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。应对困难，我们就要像阿龙纳斯一样，绝不唉声叹气、怨天尤人，也不自暴自弃、一蹶不振。而是要千方百计去克服困难。还要做到在哪里跌到就在哪里站起来，坚持到底，那么就是成功的开始。

《海底两万里》这部小说为我们营造了一个极其惊险的氛围，给我们以视觉上的享受。这真的是一部值得我们阅读的作品，有兴趣的人能够读读。

Remember last years summer vacation, my father and I went for a walk EHu edge, a way, Im kind of shouted thirsty, so my father on the side of the road store bought me a Popsicle. I ate and go, soon finished eating, carelessly threw the ice sticks into EHu. Dad saw, reminded me immediately; "Coco, cant litter oh! If everyone like you to throw garbage in the lake, the beautiful EHu lake becomes waste." Im ashamed of say: "know, next time I must not litter." Dad smiled and stroked my head and said: "the earth is our home, we should protect it, cherish it, let the sky bluer, the water cleaner, the grass is greener." I naughty to say: "oh, that is, everybody has said, the city is my home, clean environment depends on everybody. I understand." From then on, I no longer throw garbage.

I want to take care of the environment is closely related to everyone, so lets start from everyone!

今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

《海底两万里》的作者是儒勒·凡尔纳，咳咳，一听便是很有深度的作者。

文章一开头以一只类似于鲸鱼的“怪兽”为开头，使得坐船的人群人心惶惶。然而主人公阿龙纳斯教授却不惧危险。要将谜底揭开，忠心的仆人康塞尔也一直伴随左右。后来船还是被撞翻了，阿龙纳斯教授和康塞尔被一位不明国籍的尼摩船长所救，在船上，教授先生完成了他的研究，并增长了学识，还认识了一位擅长捕鱼的加拿大人。后来阿龙纳斯先生，康塞尔和加拿大人，决定逃出这艘船——鹦鹉螺号，谁知遭遇险境，还好三人成功逃出。

对于文中的人物使我印象最深刻的是尼摩船长。他和他的船员都充满着神秘的气息。文章到最后还是没有交代尼摩船长来自哪一个国家，为什么对军舰有着如此深的仇恨。宁可自我毁亡。但是文尾对于尼摩船长看着那照片的表情，让人不得不相信，这位表面冷酷无情，无血无肉的冷酷船长，在深深的心底还是有着赤子般的跳动的心。

文章通过主人公阿龙纳斯教授，康塞尔以及加拿大人向我们显示了人们反压迫的力量，那是一种骇人的力量，我个人觉得文章通过加拿大人间接性的告诉了我们这种反压迫的力量有很大一部分来自于人们对于爱的渴望，对于家人的思念，对于爱的尊重与信仰。但是我觉得作者也不忘揭示下自私的想法，记得文中这样写到过：加拿大人想这么多的珍珠，无法带到陆地上，而是在海中，那要他们有什么用?

同是海底那美丽的“奇观”，也同时成为一道亮丽的风景线。文章以阿龙纳斯教授的视角，在探索着神秘的海底。有巨大的乌贼，神奇的海底猎场，等等等等。海底是一个神秘而又诱人的奇境，但是它又无不散发着危险的气息，警告人们不许轻易接近它。

《海底两万里》在向我们介绍海洋的时候也在告诉人们这其中的个中故事。
