The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses

我喜欢书那散发着文字油墨的味道，每一本书整整齐齐的躺在书架上，我的内心是多么的舒服啊，每当抚摸那漂亮的封面的时候，我的心里忍不住想看看书里面的内容，在小时候时我就对书产生了浓厚的兴趣。

encourages when we are frustrated. With this quality, no enemy can overwhelm us,

and noobstacles can stand in our way. There are many examples of success being

achieved solely through the strong will of the spirit. As in the picture, the

It is not easy to cultivate this determined spirit. To do this, we must

当我手捧这本专著细细品读之时，就好像苏霍姆林斯基站在我的面前和我轻声交谈；当我放下书细细回味时，就好像看见他风尘仆仆地奔走于师生中间。听着他柔和的话语，看着他忙碌的背影，我不禁被他杰出的业绩和高尚的人格所感动，更多的是收获和对自己工作的反思。

《给教师的一百条建议》是一本看时“爱不释手”，看后“百读不厌”的好书。书中用大量的教育实践阐述出了相信孩子、尊重孩子，用心灵去塑造心灵的教育思想，主张个性和谐发展的教育建议。通读一遍后，最令我震惊和佩服的不是苏霍姆林斯基所写的那些有价值的教育原则和方法，而是苏霍姆林斯基对教育事业持之以恒的追求，几十年如一日的工作热情。这种“力所能及，耕耘不息”的工作热情和“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针”的坚韧品质才是走向成功不可或缺的瑰宝。所以我认为，要想教育出好学生，就必须先锤炼自己的素质。教育学生要从改变自己开始！

在苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》一书中有一条建议——《谈谈教师的教育素养》，关于“教师的教育素养”在这里谈到了多个方面，其中谈到每一位教师要懂得一点教学的常识，而且要深知所教学科的知识。那么如何获得这些知识？苏氏建议要“读书，读书，再读书”、“要把读书当作第一精神需要，当作饥饿者的食物，要有读书的兴趣，要能在书本面前坐下来，深入地思考”。

书中还有另一条建议——《给刚参加学校工作的教师的几点建议》，他说年轻人要建立起自己的藏书，让书成为自己的老师，每天去向他们请教。苏氏建议我们每个月买三本书：

（1）关于你所教的那门学科方面的科学问题的书；

（2）关于可以作为青年们的学习榜样的那些人物的生活和斗争事迹的书；

（3）关于人、特别是儿童、少年、男女青年的心灵的书，即心理学方面的书。

作为一名教师，很可能会平庸一世，但是如果我们能努力追求，也照样能够成为名师和专家，创造自己的事业。很多优秀教师或教育专家，他们成功的经验就是成为了一个真正的读书人。这里很重要的一点就是让自己成为真正的读书爱好者。

苏霍姆林斯基之所以成功，正源于他广泛地阅读，渊博的知识，他说：“我私人的图书馆里，在几间房子和走廊里，从地板知道天花板都摆上了书架，有成千上万册书，我每天不读上几页，有时不读上几行，我是无法活下去的。”所以才有了他的四十多本理论专著和几百篇论文，才有了“学校生活的百科全书”。因此，只要我们对教育工作感兴趣，只要我们坚持读书学习，勤奋实践，我们一定可以走出平庸，走向成功。

每天不间断地读书，跟书籍结下终生的友谊。让它像潺潺小溪，充实着我们思想的江河。爱好读书应该是教师的职业素养和习惯，就像军人喜爱武器，孩子喜欢玩具一样，教师的至爱应该是书籍，但只喜欢教材和教学参考书两本书的教师是无论如何不能称之为优秀教师的。我们读书，要读教育名著，与大师对话，和名家交流，学习他们的理论精髓和实践经验，更要学习他们的创新精神，他们对事业的执着追求和献身精神，这些人格力量的学习将会积淀成为自己的综合素养和能力，能够提升我们的理想和信念。只有这样，我们才能成为学生的教育者、生活的导师和道德的引路人，对一个教师来说最危险的是自己在智力上的空虚，缺乏精神财富的储备。”因此，《给》这部书中曾多次写到教师们为了给孩子更多的启迪，自己做的大量繁杂的准备工作。如，为了让孩子加强对词的敏感性，开设“思维课”。带孩子到大自然中去的时候，教师先自己多次去观察感受，买相关的书籍研究，努力做到用准确生动丰富的语言更好的描述自然的细微变化。写口头作文千余篇。再如，为了给各种类型的学生提供适合的阅读书籍，教师们自己大量阅读、写读书笔记，编排习题集，设置读书角，创办各类“特长小组”。每个教师都拥有属于自己的一群孩子。……所谓“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”这些看似简单，说来容易的教育方法要实施非常困难，要长期坚持不懈的落实更是难上加难。但是他们做到了，而且做得非常好。书中提到的每一个教师都是一把万能的钥匙，用自己丰富的精神宝库，伟大的人格魅力，教育出一批批优秀的有用的快乐的人！

他们能做到的，我也能！我对自己说：我的学生就是我的孩子。我现在带给他们的是什么呢？安常习故，抱残守缺！我想给他们什么呢？健康快乐，聪明伶俐，宽容豁达，乐观向上。那么，《给》这部书中已经有了这么多好的教育方法，就从现在开始去实践吧！让学生读书，我多读！读教育名著，读文艺作品，读唐诗宋词。让学生写作，我多写！写读书笔记，写已背诗词和成语。让学生行动，我多行！看中央十台的节目，看新闻报纸。让学生思考，我多思考！让学生表达，我多表达！让学生观察，我多观察！总之，让学生做到的我先做到，对自己的要求永远高于对学生的。

“行是知之始，行是知已成。”有了好方法就要坚持实施，有了目标就要不懈进取。今天的我将会以更激情飞扬的精神面貌去面对工作和生活，象苏霍姆林斯基那样对自己的教育事业永远力所能及，耕耘不息！

一开始，我津津有味地读着看着，天长日久，我就渐渐感着不过瘾了，便又不看这一类的书了。妈妈见我又不看这些书了，就每天给我念这一本本故事书，我也听着并拍拍手表示快乐，便伴着故事里的内容，甜甜美美地进入了梦乡。过了几年，我已经长大了两岁，已经开始读幼儿。就在我上大班那年，虽然我当时还不识字，但是姐姐给我买了七套连环画，让我的妈妈给我念，让我可以拥有一个充满梦想力的心里。

这七套书我听得津津有味，如醉如痴。《白雪公主》让我知道了什么是美;《灰姑娘》让我泪流满面;《龟兔赛跑》让我知道坚持就是胜利，到我上小学的时候，我对连环画不感兴趣，我又发现了一块“绿洲”在学校有一个图书馆，三个月下来，我把这里大部分的书给借读了。我看了《十万个为什么》，让我浮想联翩，《哈利波特》让我知道了坚持就是胜利

I am Happy

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so
