现在的汽车是作为文明与前进的象征，已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分，但频繁的堵车，浑浊的尾气使人们在安享汽车带来便捷的同时，更多的是要去考虑汽车给人们带来的污染而产生的严重影响。现在人们不仅是汽车的领有者以及驾驶者，还是制造污染的控制者，所以在开车的时候要避免突然变速，选择合适档位，避免低档跑高速，定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开车内空调，尽量减少汽车对自然的污染。

夏天，我们在家用空调的时候，不要长时间开着，用一两个小时后就关掉，再开电风扇，这样就可以节省50%的电；在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样就能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电；用微波炉加工食品的时候，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料或盖上盖子，这样被加工的食品水分就不易被蒸发，食品的味道更美味并且更节电……平时我们勤动手动脑也可以实现“低碳”。一般家庭都有很多废弃的盒子，如肥皂盒、牙膏盒、牛奶盒等，其实将这些废弃的盒子稍加裁剪，就可以轻松将它们废物利用。比如：制作储物盒，可以在里面放置茶叶包或化妆品之类的物品；还可以利用方便面盒、罐头瓶、酸奶盒等制作一盏漂亮的台灯，喝过的茶叶渣，晒干後还可以做成一个茶叶枕头，既舒适还能改善睡眠；普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下插头……这些看似不经意的小事都是在为“减碳”做贡献。

我们应该从节水、节电、节油、节气等这些小事做起。

森林是绿的，大地是绿的，天空是绿的，小草是绿的，荷叶是绿的……世界万物都散发出“绿”的气息，而低碳生活就是我们要建立的绿生活，只要我们去行动，就可以接近低碳生活，达到低碳生活的标准。

我们的地球需要我们共同来爱护，让我们从身边的小事做起，珍惜资源，减少污染，让我们建立绿生活，让生活更美好。

回想老人们说的小桥流水人家、鸟语花香天下，只能在公园里也许会见到人工的匠心独运，现实中我们二十一世纪的新人还无缘见到。

“地球危在旦夕，人类的末日即将到来”这并不是危言耸听。看上面的反差对比，我们应该有所体会，地球是我们共同的家园，保护地球是我们共同的责任。我们不要到森林砍光了，鸟儿不见了，小鱼消失了，沙尘弥漫时再行动，保护环境，刻不容缓。

环境保护

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.
