As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the

action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being

cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of

protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them

have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers

or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the

environment needs everybody’s effort.

Today, my parents were not at home, they had something to deal with, so

they left me alone. I was so happy because I could be in charge in my own house,

it made me feel like I was a grow-up. I wanted to give my parents a surprise, so

I planned to clean the house. It was not easy to do the house chores, first, I

swept the floor and took notice of every corner. And then I rearranged the

messed things. I just wanted to make sure the room would be very clean at first

sign. When my parents went home, they couldnt believe what I had done, they

were so happy that I could take care of myself.

10月1日，国庆节。我和爸爸妈妈去西安曲江看车展。

看车展的人可多了。展馆里有各式各样的轿车，有国产的，有进口的，还有世界的奔驰和宝马等豪华车。漂亮极了。看得人眼花缭乱。特别是许多轿车旁，还站着非常漂亮的车模，有的还是外国的车模呢。我拿照相机给她们拍了好多张照片。而且我还和好几位美丽大方的车模姐姐合了影，太开心了。

看完车展，我们去了附近的大唐不夜城。那里有个美术馆，里面都是名人的画，有的画画的可像了，好像照相机拍的一样。到了晚上，街道两边五颜六色的灯都亮了起来。特别是开元广场两边的光柱变化着各种图案，把城市的夜空装扮得美轮美奂，让人流连忘返。

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

新的一年到了，大家见面的第一句话就是新年快乐!，小朋友穿着五颜六色的新衣一个个生龙活虎，脸上露出节日微笑，。

但是新年里我最开心的事就是能放鞭炮了，爸爸早早的就给我准备了各种各样的鞭炮，有的样子叫五星小子，有的叫龙凤在天，有的叫喜洋洋，天暗了下来，我们准备开始放鞭炮了，边上围观着好多的小朋友，大家相互叫着，刚开始的时候，我不敢放，大人们鼓舞我的心矛盾极了，但是我还是鼓足勇气勇敢走向鞭炮边，慢慢的靠近导火线。内心怕极了，手有点在发抖，就怕自己来不及闪避，伤到自己，爸爸握住我的对手，点燃导火线，我们眼疾手快的跑开，一束一束的烟花飞上了天空，有的像一知知小飞龙，有的像五彩缤纷的菊花一样展开，有的像一片片的叶子从天空中慢慢飘落下来，把天空点亮的格外艳丽。

我又过了一个开心年。

“爷爷，我想您了。”“哦，我也想你了。”这句话每次打电话都说的，它好像代替了我们打招呼的方式。“爷爷今天是重阳节，祝您重阳节快乐!”“哦，好，那你也快乐!”我不善于表达，爷爷也不善于表达，这简短的对话僵持了好久，终于爷爷把电话让给了奶奶。“奶奶!”“哎!”听着奶奶温和又沙哑的声音，想起她那满头的银发和矮小的身躯，心里浮现出一种异常温馨的感觉。“奶奶我想你了!

”“我也想你了!”这句话又溜到嘴边滑了出来，“奶奶重阳节快乐!”“好!”“奶奶，重阳节吃重阳糕了吗?”“吃了吃了，这不桌上还有一盘你爱吃的，等去你那儿了，给你带过去。”“那你什么时候来呀?”“等我忙完田里的活就去看你。”我跟奶奶的话很多，一句接着一句停不下来，突然我瞄了一眼大钟，竟然快到十点了，我还有写作业呢，于是匆匆道别了奶奶，我又回到书桌前。

重阳节本应该是和老人们开开心心团聚在一起吃饭，一起聊天的日子，然而现在我和爸爸妈妈远离家乡，现在与老人天各一方，只能通过电话表示祝福。这种每逢佳节倍思亲的日子什么时候才能到头啊!

今天，我特别激动，为什么呢?因为我一大早就听见了劈哩啪啦鞭炮声，这意味着什么呢?哈哈!猜对了!今天是新年，是20__年最后一天。20__年过去了我们迎来了新一年：人们生活水平提高了、科技发达了。这说明祖国一年比一年富强了!我还因为什么呢?嘿嘿，过年我就可以收获大大红包啦!

爸爸妈妈买完年货回到家，拿起扫把二话不说，就开始做大扫除。我也不能袖手旁观，立马站起来帮爸爸贴对联。我们把家装办完以后，就拿起爸爸给我买鞭炮，痛痛快快玩儿了起来。

到了晚上12点，人们不约而同准时来到了楼下放鞭炮，那鞭炮声简直惊天动地!放完了鞭炮，妈妈把早已准备好年夜饭端上了餐桌。在吃饭前，我给全家人拜了年。爸爸妈妈也给我了大大红包，我高兴极了!

我们全家人一起看春节晚会。就这样，一个快乐吉祥年就快快乐乐过完了!在这里我借此机会：“祝全天下人心想事成、万事如意、身体健康!

星期六的早晨，天气晴朗，阳光明媚。微微的春风徐徐吹来，这正是放风筝的好时候，我和几个同学一起去西门渊放风筝。

来到长江堤坝下，我和同学罗文精心挑选了一个漂亮的“热带鱼”风筝，这个“热带鱼”风筝由红黄蓝三种颜色组成，后面还拖着一条小尾巴。我们拿着自己选购的风筝迫不急待地来到西门渊的沙滩上，只见天空中五彩缤纷的风筝都在展翅翱翔。看！那只灰白色的“飞机”飞得多高啊！好像在云层中穿行。这边的“大蝴蝶”也扇动那对又长又宽的金翅膀，在天空飘来飘去，最漂亮的要数那只"蓝猫"风筝了，总是张开嘴巴对我笑咧……

“快！把我们的热带鱼也送上天去。”罗文提醒我说。“好！”我光顾着欣赏而冷落了我的“热带鱼”了，它可能等急了。我让罗文举着风筝，自己拿着线轴向前跑，“热带鱼”顶着微风徐徐升高，我正得意洋洋，突然，“热带鱼”失去平衡急速栽了下来，我的心猛的提了起来。我对罗文说：“我们再来一次，我们俩要配合好，不让风筝失去平衡”。说完，我们又按刚才的动作再来了一次，等到我喊一声“放！”罗文赶紧松开手，我举着迎风飘扬的“热带鱼”又跑了一阵子，边跑边放线，还不时回头看看，这次我们成功了，我们的"热带鱼"已经稳稳当当地飞上了天空，一颗悬着的心才放了下来。看着“热带鱼”越飞越高，我和罗文高兴地叫嚷着。

天空中的风筝越来越多，有红色的“小燕子”黑色的“老鹰”雪白的“小鸽子”，……它们争奇斗艳，令人眼花缭乱。

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. 生日是中午开始的，当然有一个大大的精美的蛋糕，是妈妈为我准备的。大家见面后我一下收到7个红包，还有小姨送给我的大TEDDY熊。好开心呀!这时只听见妈妈在说：“欢迎今天的小主人给我们说几句!”我落落大方的站起来面带微笑的说：“大家好!我是今天的小寿星，马上春节就要到了，我在这里祝大家春节愉快!这10年以来，你们一直很关心我，我很感动，在这里对你们说声谢谢!你们每天都关心我，不停地教育我，使我变成一个有知识的人，我知道你们费了很多心血。在这美妙的10年里，我不停的去努力。你们对我的关爱，在我的心里早已栽成了一棵爱的小树……总而言之，我是不会忘记这棵爱的小树，谢谢大家!”

Yesterday was Tree Planting Day. The teachers asked us to plant trees at

the corner of our playground. At 3:00 in the afternoon, we got there.

Our teacher showed us how to plant trees,then we started to do it. Some dug

trees. When we finished our work, it was nearly dark.

An interesting thing happened on yesterday.At night,when I was sleepping ,I

我迈着轻松的步伐走进庆苑公园，这是一片火红的枫林，那颜色红的鲜艳，红得透亮，看上去多可爱！停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于二月花仿佛古代诗人杜牧就近在眼前，吟诵着这首诗，我身临其境，终于知道他为什么发出这样的感叹了。再向前走，漫步在小道上，心情格外舒畅。突然，那一簇簇白色的野菊花映入了我的眼帘，俯身闻一下，还略带一丝露珠的芳香，它们没有玫瑰般华丽的外衣，更没有牡丹般妖艳，但也惹人喜爱，因为它们有一种别的花没有的乡村的泥土气息，洋溢着丰富多彩的农村生活，秋天是白色的！

树，开始落叶了。枯黄的叶子落在了地上，成了点缀大地的黄毯，踏上去软绵绵的，胜于一切地毯，大概是自然的缘故吧。落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花！我明白了，秋天是五彩的。
