In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

下雨天

buy some food。

My Chinese teacher， Mr Zhou， is in his thirties. He looks young for his age. He is tall and strong， and he likes sports very much.

He likes singing and often teaches us songs in our spare time. He also tell us jokes in the class. So we all like to have his classes. Whenever we are in trouble， we will ask him for help， for we treat him as our friend.

我的语文老师周老师今年30多岁了，他显得很年轻。他又高又壮，非常喜欢运动。

秋天是一个丰收的季节。9月8日爸爸带着我和妈妈去乡村体验秋天的傍晚。

20：45分我们驾车离开了喧闹的城市，到了一片田野里。首先映入眼帘的是一片绿油油的包谷地，杆很高，大约有我两人那么高，上面结满了硕大的包谷，顶着一头洋气的卷发，有的是紫檀色的、有的是咖啡色的、有的是金黄色的……

远处是一排排高耸笔直的杨树，树下是一片花花绿绿的菜地，田间菜农一副忙碌的身影。

太阳被一片乌云遮住了，只留下了一片金色的霞光，若隐若现，慢慢地，乌云散开了，露出了半张脸，红彤彤的，周围也逐渐亮堂了起来。可是几分钟后，就藏到了白杨树梢里面去了，从缝隙只能看到一个小红点，直到消失不见。

这时候，在“树天相接”的空中，出现了变化多端的云彩，其中有一块最神奇，像一只大白兔，长着长长的耳朵，正在啃一个大萝卜，慢慢地，大白兔又变成了带翅膀的天使，又变成一个秋千，后来慢慢散开了，什么都不像了。周围的云彩有的像洒在碧蓝的天空中的棉花团、有的像大山、有的像海边的田螺……，揉揉眼的瞬间功夫，又发生了变化，或者就找不到了。

21：00左右，天空有些暗了，蓝天也变成了暗灰色，捡棉花的农民伯伯也坐上了毛驴车准备回家了，车上装满了雪白的棉花，赶车的伯伯摸着他的山羊胡，嘴里哼着听不懂的歌，正乐呵呵沉浸在丰收的喜悦之中。乡村小路上回家的羊群鼓着圆圆地肚皮，远处农庄顶上也冒出了袅袅炊烟，我似乎也闻到了阵阵饭香。

21：30，爸爸说我们该回家了，我也感觉到了空气凉爽起来，鞋面的装饰上挂上了调皮的露珠，光露在外面的胳膊也湿润了起来，只好慢慢收回了的眼帘，依依不舍的离开了。

秋天的乡村傍晚真美啊!她的美不光在于风景，还有丰收!

今天是端午节，大街小巷到处洋溢着过节的气氛，超市里人山人海，商家抓住这一机遇在搞特价卖粽子；大街上到处是提着礼物串门的人们，走到楼道里各家各户的门把手上都插着艾叶，我们家 也不例外，奶奶准备好了江米、粽叶、白糖、蜜枣、花生和绳子准备包粽子。

正当我们正准备开始包粽子的时侯，门铃突然响了起来，我一开门，原来是大姑和大姑夫来了。他们也马上加入到了我们的包粽子队伍中来。十分钟过去了，门铃又响了，我又过去开门，啊，原来是李 霏姐姐和魏涛哥哥来了，奶奶又多了两个帮手，正在包的时候，奶奶的手机又响了，原来是三姑打电话说她们一家三口一会儿就到了，啊，端午节真热闹呀，全家人都到齐了。

我也不甘示弱，开始动手包粽子了，我拿出两片一大一小的粽叶，学着奶奶的样子折出一角，再在折好的角筒上放入一点已浸泡好的糯米，塞上一个蜜枣和花生，又用糯米盖得严严实实的。我得意了， 比想象中还顺利地完成了一大半。当我再把粽叶盖好时，糯米就像孩子似的不听我的使唤，接二连三地跳出来。我急得直跺脚，幸好奶奶替我“解了围”——去掉一些糯米，我才舒了一口气，我们终于 包出了一个个精美的粽子，高兴极了。粽子是包完了，下面我们又要开始包糖糕和菜角了，奶奶准备了面粉、发酵粉、糖、水，开始做糖糕了。首先我们把面粉和发酵粉放进盆里，和了五分钟后，再放 水，接着和五分钟。到那时，面就被和的软软的了。我们再把糖放进里面，不多不少，甜味又好，到第三步了，我们把锅洗了后，把糖糕放进锅里。

这时，我看到大家都满头大汗，我也不例外，但我们想到美味可口的糖糕、菜角时，大家都不再怕累了。

我们吃着又香又甜的粽子、糖糕、还有香香脆脆的菜角。哇，我咬了一口，简直是人间美味啊！这个端午节过得真快乐！

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

smile, I am sure I can do it!

As a small child, I always want to grow up soon, because when I grow up, I

can know what kind of job I should do. Sometimes I am so confused about my

future. If I dont study well, what will happen to my life. All of these

problems annoy me all the time. It seems that the only way to solve them is to

be independent. My parents tell me that they want me to be happy and enjoy every

stage of my life. They understand the things I worry about, because they have

When I was picking up my stuff after school， I saw a dog staring at me at the school gate .I was kind of scary. I thought the dog would bite me when I was going out. But it was not. I went to the river which lies in the south of our viliage happily.When we

Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the
