To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.

今天我们来到了响沙湾，它背依大漠龙头——库布其沙漠，面临罕台大川，又名“银肯”响沙，宛如弯月相缀，沙坡高110米，宽200米，在领略大漠风光之余，自高处顺沙坡滑下，便可听到沙子发出如同击鼓，吹号的呜呜声，神秘莫测的响沙连绵不绝，堪称“世界罕见，中国之最”。

一眼望去，到处都是单调的黄色，连一棵树木都没有。大沙漠，浩浩渺渺，起伏不断，人在其间，顿时显得那么渺小，似乎永远走不去似的。

我们开始了惊险的沙漠之旅。我们一行六人坐上沙漠冲浪车，冲浪车时起时伏，人们发出尖叫声。这还不够刺激，当我骑上探险车才知道什么是刺激，什么是速度。探险车在沙漠上风驰电掣，整个人都飘起来了。最后我们骑上被“沙漠之舟”的骆驼。我们的驼队浩浩荡荡地出发了，可是一到半路，老天不作美，下起了雨，我们只好匆匆往回走。离开景区时，雨还在下，我想：要是雨停了，我也许就能看到海市蜃楼了。

8月3日那天，我住在外婆家里。早上9点左右，我和哥哥、妹妹正在看电视，突然，“吱”的一声电视机黑频了，我想可能是电视机出故障了，但是再看电风扇，它也慢慢地停了下来。不好了，停电啦!我赶紧下楼跟外婆说了这件事

，外婆说：“停电了，水也可能没有了。”我打开水龙头水一滴都没有流出来。“OH，MY

GOD!”这个晴空霹雳的消息对我们来说简直是世界末日。大热天的怎么能没水没电呢!不是要把我们变成“烤鸭”了吗?

到了中午，我已经满头大汗，而且衣服全都湿透了。我连忙打开_，脱掉衣服裤子，跳进外婆家门口的河里。在清凉的河水里我觉得舒服极了，小鱼被我吓得都躲到河底去了。等身体凉快了，我才爬上来，胡乱扒了几口饭，外婆让我们去睡午觉了。我躺在地板上，翻来覆去，汗水从头上密密麻麻、无声无息地渗了出来，怎么睡也睡不着，心烦意乱，整个人还无精打采的，眼睛睁地大大的，一点睡意也没有。不知道时间过了多久，地球好象停止了转动。我们睡不着，只能坐在那里等待来电和水。

下午4点“吱”的一声电终于被我们等到了，我和哥哥、妹妹连忙打开电视机和电风扇，享受电给我们带来的好处。这天让我知道没有水和电我们的生活将会是如何糟糕，所以我们要珍惜资源。

最后，我还是把圣诞卡分给了同学们，还有一些也送了给我。

啊。今天是我最快乐的一天。

今天是开学的第一天，我怀着复杂的心情来到操场上参加开学典礼。

开学典礼开始了。雪花也来参加，他们穿着雪白的校服，慢慢地赶来，一点都不担心来晚了会被批评。我真羡慕他们的自由自在，可以坐着小船慢悠悠的飘下来，时而还在空中伴随付思宇动听的声音翩翩起舞，然后悄无声息的落在地上，此时此刻的我，愿意放弃这个比其他东西都有只会但是没有自由的身躯，去做一个有足够自由的小雪花。

不一会儿，该轮到尊敬的怡校长讲话，她的讲话让我受启发。其中当校长说到李天一时，有几个同学知道他。而不经常关注新闻的我对李天一浑然不知。可能是刚才一校长的讲话太吸引我专心了，我竟一点也不觉得冷，现在的我们头上、肩膀上都是雪，变成了一动不动的雪人。这时候校长的一句话又把我引了进去。他向我们介绍李天一，他是李双江的儿子，以前开车撞过人。最近，他和几个朋友喝醉酒后，将一个女孩轮奸了。他的行为是多么恶劣!让人为他感到羞愧不已，他把他父亲的脸面丢尽了。我们绝对不能像他一样。

现在的我浑身热血沸腾，丝毫没有感到冷。我知道了，感随心动，只要我们全神贯注的去干一件事情，就不会被周围的事情所干扰。

这个星期天，老师布置了一个德育作业，就是让我们帮妈妈洗衣服。我想：老师竟然布置了这项德育作业，我一定要完成。再说了，妈妈一天是很辛苦的，帮妈妈洗衣服也是对妈妈减轻了一点负担。

洗前，我先给盆里接上水，再倒上洗衣粉，然后把衣服放进盆里，最后在戴上大人洗衣服的时候戴的那一种手套，准备好洗前的工作，我就可以开洗了。

我曾听妈妈说过洗衣服应该先洗领子和袖口，因为这里是最脏的所以我不停地搓，不停地搓，搓干净了以后，再搓一遍，觉得干净了，就洗下一个，就像一个个人排着队伍洗澡一样，把这一步做完以后，我们又开始进行下一个环节，就是涮衣服，涮衣服要涮三四次，直到涮到没有泡沫，才算干净，把这一步做完了以后，就开始晾衣服了，晾完衣服，看着晾衣架上一件件的衣服，心里不知道有多自豪。

我想等妈妈下班回来看到这些应该很高兴!我今后要多帮妈妈洗衣服。

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to

primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early

at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down.

But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my

An English proverb says that time is money. I consider it (this) wrong.

Why? Because we all know that we can earn money by work but can not in any way

get back time (in anyway). For this reason, we may (can) say that time is more

valuable than money.Many people do not know the value of time. It (this) is

indeed a great pity. We must bear (keep) in mind that wasting time is equal to

wasting your life.

Our school had to give-away activity for the poor kids.Students gave away their pocket money,toys,used books and stationery to kids in need. In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also

tell yourself that you need to work harder to surpass him next time. Under this

stress, you will find yourself have more motivation and energy to study. In this

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.
