令我满意的是豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐的来源和怎样做豆浆，我们组的组员是：束文泽，杨倚天，董佳玮和我，束文泽是负责推磨豆浆，杨倚天负责放水，我负责放黄豆，而董佳玮是负责倒水，第一步：首先放一点黄豆和一点水，然后推磨几下，一点豆浆便出来了，我们兴奋极了，然后做了几次，就已经有不少豆浆磨出来了，老师看到了说：“你们组的水放得少了。”我们听到后便放点水和黄豆，不过一会，豆浆便涌入了桶里，不过一会儿黄豆便磨完了。大家把大桶里的豆浆到入过滤袋中，把豆浆和豆渣分开来，然后把豆浆倒入锅内，老师说让我们品尝品尝自己做的豆浆，就在这时，老师问我们，豆渣可以用来做什么，有的同学说可以做豆渣饼，有的同学说可以当肥料，有的同学说可以当饲料，老师说：“不错，豆渣含有蛋白质，当肥料可以让植物长得快些，吸收得好。”不过一会儿豆浆煮好了，大家每人拿一杯，在树阴下喝，豆浆甜甜的，真好喝。

通过这次综合实践活动，让我们增长了许多知识，学会了洗衣服，洗碗等家务活，我真开心!

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow. 今天早上，我们做了数学第九单元的试卷，拿到试卷，我就拼命的写，写到第二题的时候，老师说：“大家抓紧时间，只有一节课的时间。”说完，同学们都倒吸了一口气，发出一种声音，啊——!我便更快速的写，要争分夺秒呀。可我写了不到20分钟就写好了。因为这一单元是统计和可能性，大多都是统计图，只有一点题目，所以我很快就写好了。

这回一定要检查了，以前几次我都没考好，当我在检查的时候，我发现第二大题错了3个，我仔细的看了看，把它们都改正过来。这时，方欣怡问我，：“最后一小题是多少?”“是186。”我说道。当组长收卷子的时候，我就自信满满的把试卷交了上去。

下午，老师叫组长把卷子发下来的时候，我对章峰说：“我最多能考98分。”章峰说：“我最多能考90分。”这时，我的卷子发下来了，我迫不急待的看了看试卷，我真的考了98分!竟然被我猜中了!我非常惊讶。

真是一分耕耘，一分收获啊!

这个中秋节，真令我难忘，不仅吃的丰盛，而且玩得很快乐。

放暑假了，妈妈带我去龙江参加英语生日会。

我们到了那里，我看到许许多多的小朋友在看动画片呢。这是，老师来了，给我们唱起来生日歌，我们非常开心。接着老师让我们做一个游戏。老师说：‘’让一个女生，一个男生上去。2人把双手高高举起，然后剩下的同学 手拉手在一起钻山洞，谁被捉住了就要换人。“游戏开始了，我们就都跑了起来。老师说：”STOP。“我被捉住了，我换人了，我后面的杨飞翼也被捉住了。

下面老师给我们发了一顶小帽子，小洋烛灯，还拿来三层的蛋糕，老师让我们手拉手，许一个心愿。开始吃蛋糕了，我们非常兴奋，坐在我旁边的小朋友吃的满脸都是。笑的我们乐开了嘴。

要是下次还能来参加生日会，那该多好呀！

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

今天早晨，我早早地起了床，我穿上衣服，跑到厨房里，看一看今天早上吃点什么。看了看，心想：我都长大了，应该帮妈妈做饭了。于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，我来帮你做饭吧!”妈妈说：

“你能行吗?”我回答到：“当然能行了。”于是，我系起了围裙，开始做饭了。

首先，妈妈说：“你先学煎鸡蛋吧

!”我听了，微笑地点了点头。妈妈开始详细的指导，等妈妈说完，我已经迫不及待的开始做了，我先找了个微波炉菜盘，在盘里抹了一些精制油，以免粘皮，

然后打了一个鸡蛋倒在里面。

事情并不是很顺利，我在打鸡蛋时，由于用力过猛。蛋清弄的满手都是，我有些不知所措。妈妈鼓励我：“不要太着急，慢慢做。”我把手洗净，继续做着。我照着妈妈的吩咐，用牙签在蛋黄上戳

了许多小洞，并撒上一些盐，然后放在微波炉里，把火力旋转开关调到小火力，转了一分钟，热气腾腾的荷包蛋出炉了。它真是又好看又可口。

我吃着自己做的荷包蛋，心里美滋滋的，好像从来没吃过这样好吃的东西。

今天，我表哥来我家做客。上午，我们在楼下滑冰，玩儿的很开心。

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

organize these facts and relationships; technology has to do with

tools,techniques, and procedures for implementing the findings of science.

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

seek to comprehend the universe and know the truth with the highest degree of

accuracy and certainty, cannot pay heed to their own or other peoples likes or

dislikes, or to popular ideas about the fitness of things. What scientists

discover may shock or anger people--as did Darwins theory of evolution. But

even an unpleasant truth is more than likely to be useful; besides, we have the

option of refusing to believe it! But hardly so with technology;we do not have

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

Failure is so common in our life. No one can avoid it. When we fail in

doing something, we often feel so depressed that we have no interest in other

things. Sometimes failure can also make us lose heart. Therefore, no one wants

to be a failure.

Success is what we all hope for, because it can bring us a sense of pride

and a good reputation. The moment we succeed, we always feel so proud, as if

having everything in our hands. If one enjoys his continuous success in his

career, he will be famous and worshiped by others.

However, failure is the mother of success. One failure doesn’t mean you can

never be successful. It depends on what we do to deal with failure. Those who

are always afraid of failure and can’t go through it will never win. But as long

好不容易熬过这两关，上下眼皮快支撑不住时，我只等着昏昏沉沉进入梦乡。可冷不防又来了声声霹雳!爸爸下晚班一进家门，就按下了电视机开关，紧接着就传来连续不断的节目声……

唉，睡个好觉咋就这么难呢!
