The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people

could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat

these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring

Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can

eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most

people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our

犹记得当初我们因为不懂得军队的纪律而被罚做俯卧撑，后来我们觉得“俯卧撑准备”是最恐怖的五个字，坚硬的橡胶石子硌在你的手心，即使再痛也要坚持大声报数;即使汗滴从脸颊划过，也要坚持做完俯卧撑。

犹记得飘飞的小雨中我们在雨中踢着正步，一抬一踢之间，仿佛忘记了我们在雨中，后来雨点在雷声的轰鸣下越下越大，我们一齐狂奔回了宿舍，即使瓢泼大雨也浇灭不了我们的热情，在雨中奔跑，虽然才洗的头发又被淋湿，但我们仍然拥有对军营的.热情。喝下温热的姜汤，褪去了身上的寒气但是退却不了我们的热情。

犹记得军训一天晚上，我们由于纪律不严明，被罚蹲在操场上，蹲了一会儿，总教官叫我们玩一个抓星星的游戏，我们心想：哇，终于可以站起来了教官却让我们双手举过头顶，直到他说可以了为止，我们每个人都奋力向上抓。俗话说得好：团结就是力量。在我们三营全体成员的的努力下，我们终于站了起来，站起来的时候，感觉蹲着的腿都放松了，我们都感到了前所未有的轻松与快乐。

军营生活教会了我许许多多，坚持、团结......这一切仿佛都发生在昨天。这，应该是这段最美最特殊的青春岁月。结束并不意味着句号，而是漫长的高中生活中的一个逗号。需要我们努力的日子还很长，漫漫生命长河，我们应当在花季努力拼搏，奋勇前行

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business

in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager

of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the

telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a

lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mothers office, I

had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I cant

do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

今天，我们伴随着欢声笑语来到了中国的首都：北京！因此，我们的心情都无比地激动。

安顿好了住的地方，马上向伟大的八达岭长城进发，一路上，我们向小鸟一样叽叽喳喳的，好似完全不知道疲惫一样，大约半个小时，我们终于到达了“八达岭长城”我们来到售票处，到长城入口后，我看到了雄伟的万里长城，我的心咯噔了一下，天呐，那么高大，那么雄伟，根本就是世界奇迹嘛！游玩过长城以后，已是傍晚了，我们索性回到公寓休息。

第二天，我们因为要去看升国旗，所以3点就起床了，我们来到了天安门广场，这里非常的大，国旗杆后面是天安门城楼，那位伟大的毛爷爷所住过的城楼，我们不禁向它敬了个礼，看完升国旗以后，我们去了鸟巢和水立方，看到了很多国家运动员在鸟巢里训练，我真希望自己以后也能像他们一样！最后，我们去了著名的颐和园，看到了万寿桥和十七孔桥，还有慈禧太后所住的宫殿，真大，真宏伟啊，我们甚至还看到了一些明星。

时间飞速，不知不觉，又该走了，我们依依不舍的走出了颐和园。

虽然这次北京之旅只有2天，但是我永远都不会忘记，因为，它已经深深的印在了我的心里！

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house. I played with my

cousin. Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

我和煜阳下车后就飞奔到酒店门口，一看我俩都呆住，哇！旋转门，我俩一下子都不知该怎样走进去？正好这时来了个老外，我和煜阳赶紧象“跟屁虫”似的跟着他身后进去酒店，酒店的大堂很安静，环境很优雅，于是我俩就和外婆他们等钟蕙他们到来。很快他们就到了，我们三个小朋友高兴极了。叔叔，阿姨就带我们去到二楼喝早茶。我们点了很多精美的点心，大家吃得很开心！真不愧是五的酒店。

吃饱喝足，我们一群人又浩浩荡荡地朝着今天的第二个目的地——兰亭书画社出发了。今天在画廊有少儿书画展览。一走进画廊，墙壁上挂满了五颜六色的画和书法作品。最开心的是看到了我自己和骞梓还有钟蕙的画都在其中。钟蕙的牵牛花，画得真是太美了。我真不知道她的色彩是怎样搭配出来的。其中还有一位11岁的小姐姐画得人物画也十分生动逼真，我既佩服又羡慕他们。真希望自己有一天也能像她们画得一样好。看完画展，我觉得每个小朋友都很有创意。

看完画展，我们三个小朋友就上楼去玩，我们象出笼的小鸟，一会儿飞到这，一会儿飞到那，玩得可疯了。后来我们有一起用电脑玩游戏。后来，我们还见到了画家钟耕略老师，然后我们一起合影。我心情可激动了，的大画家很和蔼可亲！

下午由于我有点留鼻血，不得不依依不舍地和钟蕙及叔叔阿姨告别回家。今天是个快乐的六一，更是个令人难忘的六一！

Failure is so common in our life. No one can avoid it. When we fail in

doing something, we often feel so depressed that we have no interest in other

表妹抱着毛绒兔儿在树下奔跑，表弟则追逐着他的姐姐，小小的手里还拿着一块大大的月饼。外婆捧出两盒月饼，妈妈端出茶杯，舅舅和舅妈忙着搬竹椅到场地上……看着这么一幅其乐融融的景象，我不由自主地会心一笑。

如此一个中秋之夜，怎能少了我最爱的芦粟?只见外公与父亲早已拿好了镰刀，我也赶紧跟了上去。这次与往年不同的是，我也帮上忙了。天空涂上了墨色，我帮着外公照着手电筒，外公砍下一根根芦粟，交给了父亲。等外公砍完足够的芦粟，我们仨拖着长长的芦粟，芦粟叶在田埂上发出“哗啦哗啦”的声音，像一首动听的中秋夜曲。就这样，我们一起拖着芦粟回家，走在高低不平的小路上，满载“故乡”而归。

月儿终于露出了倩影，家人们的笑声住满了小院。我嚼着甜甜的芦粟，望向那轮圆圆的明月，心中感叹道：“所谓故乡，我现在所拥有的、所沉浸的，不就是我的故乡吗?”终于，我找回了属于我心中的那个故乡。

beautiful house. The house was in the top of the mountain. Every morning, the
