It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.

I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

英语念起来干枯无聊，我偶尔往前面望去，有一排同学没事可做，竟然搞起敢死队的工作——在英语老师的眼皮子底下看漫画书，晕。更为巧合的是――竟然都是坐在一排的人！怀疑是不是串通好了的呢。

敢死队员1号：小心翼翼型

这位队员一边看着书，一边虎视耽耽地望着老师。瞧，他刚翻一页，就抬头看看老师，接着又翻一页，然后有抬头望望老师，这样重复循环，真不知道他把内容看进去没有。看见老师的目光没有扫向他，他赶紧抓住机会连翻几页，然后突然抬头，盯着老师。

敢死队员2号：动作怪怪型

这位队员可有点怪了，看着书，一会儿掏掏鼻子，一会儿打打哈欠，一会儿摸摸耳朵，一副惟恐天下不乱的样子，好像不让老师发现他的举动就不甘心似的，真是个怪人。

敢死队员3、4号：谈天说地型

这两位同学有些不把老师放在眼里了，边看书边聊天。我隐隐约约听见他们说冒险岛OL，说漫画内容，说小说，说娱乐咨询，就连老师和同学的目光扫向他们，也无济于事。

敢死队员5号：边学边看型

这位同学好像有些明白学习的重要性，看了几分钟的书，马上立起来听老师的讲课。课上一半时，老师为了扫查班上的敢死队，把同学们一个叫起一个问问题。这下可让这群敢死队员们开始惶恐不安了，他们连书都顾不着看呢。而这位队员呢，看一会儿就学学，这一招算是对他的MISS了。

敢死队员6号：理直气壮型

这位同学可是班上的霸王级分子了（注：别乱想，不是我啊），他可是一人之下，几十人之上，谁敢对他不敬，他的落雷马上就落在你头上了，（注：我已经欠了他3顿打了，要不是我能帮他弄电脑作业，我早就魂飞天了）因此每人敢告发他。不知是她的好运还是老师放水，他这样看了一堂课，竟然都没半点被批评，真太不公平了！！

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

人们都说草原一望无边，今天我倒要去看看草原到底是什么样子的，说到去内蒙古我心里别提多高兴了。况且还有爸爸和哥哥陪着我，能不高兴吗。

这回我可算是大开眼界了，我到了草原，映入眼帘的是一片翠绿的草原，望远看去看不到边。天蓝的像大海，还有各式各样的蒙古包。当我还在看风景的时候。却被我们的导游叫走了，接下来我们要骑马，一个阿姨坐在我后头，我哥骑另外一头马，我们刚开始还挺适应，但是一到后面马就开始跑了，颠的我受不了，就下了马，中途回去了。不过我吃到了烤全羊，特别好吃，让人吃了还想吃，咬一口满嘴都是油。

第二天我们去了鄂尔多斯响沙湾，一到那里我们就看到了一片片的沙丘，就跟在看电影一样，抓一把沙子，一下子沙子就跑光了。我和哥哥在沙丘上滚来滚去，接下来我们就要去索道了，一定很刺激。我边走边想。到了地方，我和哥哥站在台子上，还没来得及反应索道车就把我们载了上去。我吓得连忙把护栏盖上，但看到底下的美景时，才松了一口气，安心看美景。接下来是骑骆驼，我做在他背上没什么事，等他一起来我就慌了。骆驼既然这么高，他走的时候我有点小麻烦，后面的骆驼把我的水抢走了，真是倒霉。骆驼走的时候一前一后的，可好玩了。还有他的驼峰，甩来甩去让人忍不住笑。

再回去的路上我还看了成吉思汗陵，还看了成吉思汗的片子，草原真是丰富多彩啊。

今天，阳光明媚，天气晴朗，同学们带着轻盈的脚步来到了我们日思夜想的地方—陵口少阳中学，百花齐放，鸟语花香，还有一只只五彩缤纷的蝴蝶和一群勤劳的蜜蜂在花园里采蜜呢!

令我满意的是豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐的来源和怎样做豆浆，我们组的组员是：束文泽，杨倚天，董佳玮和我，束文泽是负责推磨豆浆，杨倚天负责放水，我负责放黄豆，而董佳玮是负责倒水，第一步：首先放一点黄豆和一点水，然后推磨几下，一点豆浆便出来了，我们兴奋极了，然后做了几次，就已经有不少豆浆磨出来了，老师看到了说：“你们组的水放得少了。”我们听到后便放点水和黄豆，不过一会，豆浆便涌入了桶里，不过一会儿黄豆便磨完了。大家把大桶里的豆浆到入过滤袋中，把豆浆和豆渣分开来，然后把豆浆倒入锅内，老师说让我们品尝品尝自己做的豆浆，就在这时，老师问我们，豆渣可以用来做什么，有的同学说可以做豆渣饼，有的同学说可以当肥料，有的同学说可以当饲料，老师说：“不错，豆渣含有蛋白质，当肥料可以让植物长得快些，吸收得好。”不过一会儿豆浆煮好了，大家每人拿一杯，在树阴下喝，豆浆甜甜的，真好喝。

通过这次综合实践活动，让我们增长了许多知识，学会了洗衣服，洗碗等家务活，我真开心!

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.

星期三，妈妈带我们去游乐园里玩，我们连蹦带跳的跑到了攀山网，因为我来过很多次，所以我一点也不害怕，我熟练地爬到了顶峰，又慢慢的从上往下滑了下来。

过了一会，不知好歹的男生竟然向我们女生发起了挑战，我们答应了。开始比赛了，我奋力的向上爬，使出了全身的力气，还有十米，五米，三米。哈哈我爬到顶峰了，李世龙还在底下紧追着，比赛还没有结束，我快速的翻过这边一下子滚了下去，哈哈我赢了，李世龙灰溜溜地走下去。我们又来到独木桥，独木桥开始摇晃起来正当我们玩的快乐时，男生上来了。

他们个个像个霸道的强盗，我们很生气干脆把他们推下来。可他们力气大我们一次次被推下去看来我们这关输了。我又来到了空中索道，我闭上眼，脚猛的一登一下子就越了出去，就像一只欢快的小燕子，到头了我还赖着不肯下去，硬让他们把我拉回去。最后我们又去玩了跷跷板，我和李世龙一组看谁能把对方压上去下不来。眼看着我那弱小的身体一下子被翘了起来，怎么也下不来，气的我在上面哇哇大叫。天渐渐黑了，我们一蹦一跳的回家了。

my holiday was very wonderful.and it was very busy. in the morning.i went to the park with my parents.im very happy. at noon.i went to the restaurant with my parents. the food was very delicious. in the evening.i was watch tv.then i did my homework.last,i went to bed at10 oclock.

20_月_日 星期_ 晴今天又是一年一度的中秋节，按照往年的惯例，我们和表姐、弟一家吃完饭都会聚在一起赏月。

据说今年是圆十五，月亮会又大又圆，而下一个圆十五就要等到2021年了。所以我不能错过今晚的月亮。

到了晚上，妈妈和奶奶在阳台上摆满了我们爱吃的水果、月饼等赏月的食品。

不用我们的呼唤，月亮就早早的高挂在空中，远远望去月亮光芒四射，像一块晶莹剔透的白玉。皎洁的月光笼罩着大地，像给大地披上一层透明的银装，夜色迷人极了。随着时间的转移，月亮的周围布满了云海，云烟缕缕另有一番景色。这时对面大厦的楼顶升起了一盏又大又亮的孔明灯，它从圆圆的月亮飘过为月亮增添了光芒，我静静的看着月亮，仿佛看到了美丽而孤独的嫦娥和玉兔。

夜深了，我喜欢这皎洁而宁静的夜晚，更喜欢中秋节的天伦之乐。

我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

我要发明的第二种作品是"潜水药"。所谓的潜水药，你们一定会很奇怪。可能还会有人问我："有谁潜水会吃药呀"其实，"潜水药"并不是得了病才吃的。它也是一种："安全药"。比如一个小孩子想去游泳，但自己不会游，怕呛到水。可是，一但吃了"潜水药"，不会呛到水，而且在潜水时，不带氧气瓶也能呼吸。

我要发明的第三种作品对小孩长身高有益，那就是"轻书包"。许多小孩因为书包太重，所以长不高。只要背上了轻书包，无论放多少东西进去也很轻。

我要发明的第四种作品"海底飞碟"。你们去过海底世界吗我想你们一定去过吧!但只能隔着玻璃在一个地方看海底的鱼和植物，多没趣儿呀!也许你们会想：穿潜水衣不就得了吗可是穿潜水衣潜水要靠自己的双手双脚，那多累呀!不如坐坐我发明的"海底飞碟"吧!"海底飞碟"是不要人操作的。它的外壳全是安全玻璃，不管是上下左右都能见到美妙而神秘的海底。"海底飞碟"很大，能容下几人，里面配有房间，餐厅，厕所，沙发，酒吧等一些娱乐设施。

我的最后一样要发明是"游乐椅子"。坐汽车去游乐真不好，不如坐椅子去游乐吧!"游乐椅子"下面有四个轮子。椅子两旁都有扶手，中间的前面有个方面盘。只要像开汽车一样转动方向盘，想到哪边就到哪边。椅子很大，能坐6个人，最适合全家人一起去游乐。

假如，在二十二世纪，我真的是一个发明家的话该多好。我会为人们做出更多的贡献。发明出更多的新鲜东西。

Most children don’t like to go to school, and they just want to enjoy

freedom and hang out for fun all the time. But when I see some kids studying so

hard and their special skills help them to win applause, I realize that I need

今天我们来到了响沙湾，它背依大漠龙头——库布其沙漠，面临罕台大川，又名“银肯”响沙，宛如弯月相缀，沙坡高110米，宽200米，在领略大漠风光之余，自高处顺沙坡滑下，便可听到沙子发出如同击鼓，吹号的呜呜声，神秘莫测的响沙连绵不绝，堪称“世界罕见，中国之最”。

一眼望去，到处都是单调的黄色，连一棵树木都没有。大沙漠，浩浩渺渺，起伏不断，人在其间，顿时显得那么渺小，似乎永远走不去似的。

我们开始了惊险的沙漠之旅。我们一行六人坐上沙漠冲浪车，冲浪车时起时伏，人们发出尖叫声。这还不够刺激，当我骑上探险车才知道什么是刺激，什么是速度。探险车在沙漠上风驰电掣，整个人都飘起来了。最后我们骑上被“沙漠之舟”的骆驼。我们的驼队浩浩荡荡地出发了，可是一到半路，老天不作美，下起了雨，我们只好匆匆往回走。离开景区时，雨还在下，我想：要是雨停了，我也许就能看到海市蜃楼了。

我繁忙的一天 My Busy Day

Sunday ,grandma and grandpa are my house. Everybody is working.

Mum ,grandma and I are downstairs in the kitchen. Mum is washing up.

Grandma is cooking,and I is ironing ,brother is upstairs. He is tidying his

room.

In the garden uncle is sweeping the path, aunt is helping him sweep.

Grandpa and dad are mending the fence. Dad is digging, sister is washing her

dog.

My Sunday is very busy.

I want to set up a flower shop. It’s my ideal work. I think flower is the

most beautiful gifts given by nature. And flower is a good way to express one’s

affection. Nowadays, sending flowers is more and more popular, to parents,

friends, teachers and spouse. So I think this business must be good. Moreover, I

like flowers very much and I am familiar various flowers. I will choose

different flowers for different people or preference. The most important is that

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

做粽子一定要有准备的。原来，姐姐已准备好浸泡了3个小时的糯米，同时也买好了粽叶，这样准备就让我大吃一惊了。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come out of lonely life and now I can.

I will try my best to make the old people smile, I am sure I can do it!
