这样的情况已经大大降低了小区居民们的生活质量，威胁到人们的身体健康。小区的居民们也曾经向您的局并请求处理，但石沉大海，毫无结果。再次，我想向您提出几点建议：

1、对酒店和烧烤店进行一些必要的惩罚措施，给他们点警告与教训；

2、将烟囱修复，每次排放浓烟先过滤一遍让他们懂得保护环境的重要性与紧迫性；

3、禁止酒店随意向小区泼洒污水，将污水处理后正确排放；

4、关闭酒店后门，在厨房里洗菜、切菜，不能占道洗菜，让酒店服务员在餐桌上放警示牌，提示顾客不要乱扔垃圾、大声喧哗；

5、设立酒店专用垃圾桶，将垃圾扔进桶里，不要随地乱扔。

此外，我还发现擂鼓岭许多小区也有类似的情况，无数的居民也在忍受着臭气熏天、肮脏不堪的折磨，生活苦不堪言。

希望环保局局长能在百忙之中抽空看看我的建议书，并根据我的建议对酒店、烧烤店进行妥善处理，换我们一个安静、干净、美丽的家园！

在今天，我去调查河流，我调查到一条河流，叫做：义城巷河。

当时，我看见这条河的时候，它已经浑浊不堪了。一堆一堆的淤泥堆积在了河面上，淤泥的脏也污染到了河水的清澈见底，加上从旁边的工厂内的污水再排放进这条河道，河水就变得更加浑浊。

这时候，我想起了父母小时候，在每条小河里，都能看见小雨或者小虾，甚至还有跳跳鱼呢!男孩子们和女孩子们夏天的时候都会去小河里游泳呢!非常快乐。可是现在，小鱼和小虾，还有跳跳鱼，都游走了，是因为这儿的水太脏了，在这里都无法生存。

那么这些污水都是从工厂通过哪里排放出来的呢?我站在桥上东找找西找找，在一个有许多杂草的地方，有一个洞，洞的前面，有一条小道，一条小道一直通到了河里，我想：肯定就是这条小道在“捣乱”。

我希望以后的家乡会更加美丽，不会再有污染了。

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to improve his way of life. With the tools of technology he has altered many physical features of the earth.
